In all my work this year I experienced no pain and the injections were painless. When needed I will be back. I also get my teeth cleaned here their periodontist is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Christensen and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable, which is something I haven’t experienced at other dental offices. I’ll be honest I was nervous going in. I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists in the past 10+ years, and because of that, I hadn’t been in years. On top of that, I have a lot of visible tattoos (including my neck, throat, and hands) which Im used to I just avoided those uncomfortable situations throughout the years especially when it came to my health and dental, and sometimes that comes with a bit of judgment in professional settings. I didn’t feel that here at all, actually, the complete opposite. The team was so friendly, open, and made me feel like they were truly glad I was there. I didn’t even go in for a typical appointment I came in to ask about getting some cosmetic fangs done (strictly aesthetic). To my surprise, Dr. Christensen as well as his assistant was genuinely excited about it. He took the time to ask questions, talk through the process, and made me feel confident moving forward. When I came back for the appointment a couple weeks later, that same energy and enthusiasm was still there, even on my way out some members of their team where excited and wanted to see the finished product, the whole experience was just absolutely incredible AND they called me the next day to check in to see how I was feeling, how my retainers felt throughout the night! Because of how positive this experience was, I’m honestly happy to say I’ve found my new regular dentist after years of avoiding going altogether. That says a lot. If you’re looking for anything from a basic cleaning to cosmetic work or implants I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Christensen and his team. They create a welcoming, judgment free environment where you genuinely feel like they are happy you are there and it makes all the difference!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christensen's office arranged for a quick appointment for what I thought was a serious issue. Dr. Christensen explained the issue, took care of it, and took full exrays to provide assurance that there were no additional problems. Courteous and professional staff. Didn't have to wait and received great service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christensen is NOTHING like the others. He really cares about his patients. I feel like a human being every time I come. I got a tooth pulled out and I cried through the whole surgery. It was really hard for me but Dr Christensen was VERY kind and wiped away my tears and gave me a sincere hug at the end of it. Seriously, he is AMAZING!! The staff is pretty good too. While I was crying one of his assistants hold my hand and was very attentive to me. I just LOVE coming here. I used to hate the dentist, but he and his staff have changed that. If you are looking for a new dentist, don’t hesitate, Dr. Christensen is your guy!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Martineau has a great chair side manner. He took time to get to know me as a patient and what treatment for fixing a filling that I wanted. He kept asking how I was feeling during the procedure. Simple things like did I need to have suction for the spit . I recommend him for your dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of state when my tooth broke, and my daughter’s wedding reception was that night. I called multiple “emergency” dentist for an appointment, but no one could get me an appointment that day until I called Pleasant Valley! The staff was amazing!! I was nervous and on a very tight timeline, everyone treated me professionally and took great care of me. I wish I lived in the Ogden area and I would go there!!

I was super scared but it went so smooth and he was super kind and it didn’t hurt at all. He is an amazing dentist! I highly recommend him!!

The entire Pleasant Valley Staff (Family) are the most awesome and courteous people in the Dentist Community I have ever had the privilege to go to for our dental needs. I’ve been going to Pleasant Valley now for over twenty years, so the feeling of visiting family members is evidence of their friendly atmosphere. We have to drive 23 miles to get there and we will not change it for the world. There are Dental offices within 3 miles of our home, but knowing how we’ve been treated and how Dr. Ben Christensen and his AWESOME STAFF has handled our dental needs is why we are staying with the BEST in Utah! Fantastic experience: Dr Christensen makes everything look too easy. I believe that’s because he’s a pro at what he does. We’ve been coming here since the beginning. The staff is so helpful. My son at college home for a few days was able to get in on a cancellation. They go the extra mile.

Negative experience: I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning—it felt very basic and not thorough. They also charge a $40 cancellation fee if you don’t give 48 hours’ notice, which seems high. I noticed the dentist touching the computer mouse with gloves and then putting those same gloves back in my mouth, which didn’t feel hygienic. Because of these concerns, I decided not to return. On top of that, depending on your route, you may also need to pay around $2 to pass through a gate since the office is located near a private road.

It was a pretty daunting surgery (my first ever) and to be honest i couldnt have done it without the support they give. Highly recommend.
