Fantastic experience: Since I found comfort dental I have decided there is no better place to go Dr Roring has been seeing me and my family members for about 10 yrs now, their staff is always professional and so kind, they do incredible work. Fantastic experience: Comfort Dental is the best. Patient's peace of mind and physical ease are at the top of their priority list. Once they took me in last-minute (before a planned travel date) to repair a crown that I accidentally dislodged. And it wasn't even a crown that they had put on, it was from my previous dentist! A couple weeks later when the nerve on that same tooth flared up- Again, last-minute before we had to travel, they took me in, adjusted the crown, and gave me something to calm the nerve. My regular 6 months cleaning visits are always efficient. This morning before a cleaning, I had mentioned that the back tooth on the upper right had been sensitive to pressure lately and that it felt like there was something lodged under it. Turned out it was a wisdom tooth that had no match on the lower jaw and was best to be pulled. They actually brought me to a different room and Dr. Roring took care of it forthwith. I went home, followed the after-extraction instructions, and actually experienced no pain from the extraction or the rest of the day! Its 10pm now, I'm ready for bed, with no discomfort whatsoever. Again- Comfort Dental is the best! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: My wait time was extremely short. From the hygienist to the dentist everyone was very thorough and explained everything they were doing. Very impressed with the service I received. On top of that everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and customer service oriented.

Fantastic experience: The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had seen Clinton Family Dental and wanted to get a second opinion due to the price. $2,400 for a crown is unaffordable to many! They explained that our insurance didn't cover much and that our SECONDARY insurance (dental) wasn't picking up any, this was concerning but they offered financing.... uhh. At Comfort Dental they looked at the tooth (physically and x-ray) and decided that the tooth needed a filling. I asked if it may need a crown. The dentist confirmed that it didn't and that a filling would work fine. $84 later, day of, I walked out with a filling. I would recommend Comfort Dental to anyone looking for a dentist!!! 5+++ stars!

Fantastic experience: Had a huge cavity I went in for, costed about $90 bucks to get Xrays and have it fixed and they did it the same day within less then an hour. WAY better than "Clinton Dental Group and Ortgodontics" who tried to sell us crowns and other stuff for the same tooth for over $2k... Overall this place is 5/5 stars for their low price, won't oversell you, and quickly work!

Fantastic experience: They made special accommodations for me when I broke my tooth and I was late for my appointment. They were still able to get me in and stayed late To temporarily fix the problem with my broken tooth in order to get me through the Weekend until they could fix it permanently.

Fantastic experience: At a DIFFERENT dentist office today we had a horrible experience. Many cancelled appointments, etc. Today was the last straw. We called COMFORT DENTAL and they somehow had an opening immediately. We went in and the office was clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff was very helpful. My daughter was very comfortable through her procedure. We moved our whole family to Dr. Roring’s office.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many dentist offices and never stayed more than a year sometimes one visit. But when it comes to comfort dental I will never leave them, I have never been to a dental office where the ENTIRE office makes me feel like a famous person, I cannot say a single bad thing about anyone in that office . I have sent already sent 8 family members and friends to them. Best dental office ever

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my dental cleaning. I was seen right away and it was a pleasant experience. I always enjoy the staff.
Negative experience: About a year ago I went in and had crowns done on my teeth which was not cheap. I went through their financing company Cherry, for the balance of what insurance would not cover. Then in October I received a notification in the mail for a bill of an additional $2k. I called to find out what the bill was for and why this wasn't apart of the original amount I financed. They said it was due to one of my insurances not paying, but they would be pushing back to see if they could get it covered. I didn't hear back until about December or January that they were unable to get the insurance to approve the additional costs. I informed them that I was going to have to figure something out as I was currently not working. I had just started a new job and was planning to see if I could do the financing through cherry for that balance, but they went ahead and just sent it to collections. I was able to get the financing approved through Cherry so they could bill that instead, but they refused to recall the collections. So instead of working with me, I now have the unexpected amount of the bill with additional collections costs! Needless to say I will not be going back nor would I recommend them.

While we cannot discuss specific account details publicly, we do want to clarify that treatment estimates are based on information provided by insurance at the time of service, and final balances may change once claims are processed.
In this case, our team made multiple attempts over several months to reach you to review the remaining balance and discuss available options, including payment arrangements. We did not receive follow-through to resolve the balance during that time. Accounts are only moved to collections after repeated unsuccessful efforts to connect and establish a resolution.
We are always willing to work with patients, especially during financial hardship, when we are able to communicate and coordinate together.

Negative experience: We had been going here for a couple years, me and my husband have never missed an appointment, never been late. My husband had an appointment and we were having an issue with our kids, he realized he would be about 10 minutes late to his appointment so he called not even 5 minutes after his appointment time to let them know he was on his way. The lady said he would need to reschedule. We just got a bill for a $49 no show fee in the mail. Neither me or my husband will be going back. Absolutely ridiculous.

To clarify our policy, we allow a grace period at the start of each appointment. When a patient is more than ten minutes late, we typically need to reschedule so that we do not run behind for other patients. At your husband’s visit, he called 9 minutes after the appointment start time, acknowledged he was running late, and even asked if he would need to be rescheduled. Our team followed the standard policy and offered a new appointment time.
We are also required to apply a no-show or late-cancellation fee when less than forty-eight hours’ notice is given. During the call, this was reviewed and agreed to, and a new appointment was set. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment was also not attended, which is why the fee was generated.

Fantastic experience: My 2nd visit here and both have been good experiences. I called first thing Monday after spending a long 3-4 days with an aching tooth. They squeezed me in and quickly determined in needed to see an endodontist but helped me to the extent they. Personable staff and I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Garretbl has done a phenomenal job with treating me. He's calm and easy to get along with. He pulled my wisdom teeth back in January and told my girlfriend, then later that day my grandma that my bottom left would be the worst cause they had to dig for it. But after about 3 days I was feeling better and haven't had issues since. He also does a great job at making sure the area he needs to work on is numbed up pretty well to maximize comfort and less discomfort. I'd highly recommend going to Dr.Garret for any dental work.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Comfort Dental! Their team was able to take care of an emergency dental situation for me the same day that I called and made the process extremely easy! Positive experience: In spite of a childhood fear of dentists, I really liked this dentist. Dr. Roring removed an old broken crown from my upper right mouth. He did an exceptional job, at least I was impressed. He removed the large cavity from under the broken crown, prepped the tooth to recieve a new one. Other than the cost, haha, it wasn't too bad an experience. I think the old crown was about 20 yrs old. Thank you for doing such a good job for removing the old crown.
Fantastic experience: Okay so I have to say this place is a hidden gem. I was reluctant to leave a review cause I am selfish and wanna keep them to myself. Not only are they insanely affordable and easy to work with. They make it so easy and they are beyond helpful. Dr Garrett has been the best dentist I’ve worked with and again the cost alone…. So worth it. Beyond reasonable and nothing hidden not surprise billing. This office is amazing. I drive 1 1/2 hrs for them…. That alone should say what I think.

Negative experience: Wouldn't clean my teeth because 2 needed deep cleaning and they wanted 200 for it. I told them just do a regular cleaning and they wouldn't. Their X-ray machine wasn't working so they couldn't do correct x-rays.So they were gonna make me come back later for just an X-ray.I don't have time for all that. The girl. That polished my teeth was.It's not very gentle.She was way too hard and it hurt. The dentist was rude when I told hi was just going to leave .And see another dentist. Horrible, customer service.I'll never go back there

While we cannot share specific details of any individual’s treatment in a public forum, we can say that our office follows the standards of care recommended by the American Dental Association, which includes addressing areas that require more than a routine cleaning to help prevent further issues. When equipment issues arise, such as during the unexpected power outage we experienced that day, we offer patients options to reschedule or complete the service at a future appointment. Our goal is always to provide treatment that is both necessary and in the patient’s best interest, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns directly

It was okay with me. I got in promptly at my rescheduled time, and the visit was cordial, thorough and quick. My most on-time appointment yet!

Jodi is great in helping out with all your needs as are the hygienist. I can't say enough about Dr. Garret. He is such a great dentist! He checks on you every few minutes to make sure you are doing ok. He is as gentle as possible while working on your teeth. He will help you out as much as possible. Negative experience: That was seriously the most NOT gentle dental cleaning I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for a while and that was pretty rough. Both my daughter and I have pretty scraped up gums. That’s never happened to either of us before.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Comfort Dental. Although they weren’t my regular dental provider, they certainly are now. After reading positive reviews online, I reached out for an emergency appointment and was scheduled for the very next morning. To summarize, I had a molar with a history of two root canals that had become infected again—all while undergoing orthodontic treatment. I was in significant discomfort and mentally exhausted by the situation. Dr. Roring saw me and was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and reassuring. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff—from the front desk to the dental assistant—made me feel truly cared for. The assistant in particular was an absolute gem and a tremendous support during a difficult moment. Dr. Roring offered to extract the tooth immediately, and although I hadn’t had time to mentally prepare, the team’s kindness and sensitivity made the entire process smooth and less daunting. They were attentive to my medical concerns and even welcomed my husband into the room to help calm my nerves. The procedure went quickly, and I am now home recovering—grateful for the care I received. From the first phone call to the final moments in the chair, every single person I interacted with exceeded my expectations. I’ve already scheduled my follow-up and next cleaning with Comfort Dental, and my husband was so impressed, he’s calling to make an appointment as well. They truly live up to their name—Comfort Dental is exactly that.

Negative experience: I spent thousands here getting 4 crowns and numerous fillings. My crowns were the wrong color! I brought this up and the only thing offered to me was they polish the face of them which didn't help. No offering of a discount or to have them done RIGHT. Also one of the techs not the dentist didn't properly fit my temps and I told her that and also brought it up to the dentist when the crowns were being put on. She scoffed and said I was wrong and they were placed correctly. I could take my tongue and push them up to make them click on. If I can do that with my tongue and move them they are NOT placed correctly.So while I had the temps food a liquid were getting onto the very sensitive tooth they shaved down. Very bad experience. I won't be back
