Fantastic experience: Layton Hills Dental has been my place for dental care for several years now. They are friendly, flexible with my schedule, and I always feel like I get great care. Neleen helped me today and was very friendly and professional. I felt like she genuinely cared about my dental care. She even made some helpful suggestions for help I could get for dry mouth.

Fantastic experience: Dr Harrison is incredible!! He is so informative, kind, efficient, and educative! I am so glad I decided to go to Layton hills for my dental care. Chelsea at the front office is a delight!

Fantastic experience: De Neville was fantastic. Very professional now his receptionist could use some etiquette lessons. Very RUDE when I firsted arrived. I got there ten minutes early the door was locked. That's fine I didn't know we opened at 7:30. She indicated that she couldn't be there ny herself which i understand. She then made a comment towards me that she didnt want to be assaulted. I am not that type of person. Then when I set up my next appointment I said I preferred a Saturday appointment which her response in a snotey tone the Dr was in Monday thru Thursday so I chose Monday. She said 7:00 am I said I thought you didnt open until 7:30 and she replied I would not have have offered it if it was not available. When I recieved my appointment message it indicated 7:30. So what gives? She needs to learn to leave her personal problems home.

Positive experience: It was good, lots of cool tools, and i love all the text reminders i get. The hygienist is extremely careful not to hurt me. And the dentist (Dr. Neville) really knows his stuff and is probably the best dentist I've ever had. The only criticism i have is that...Sometimes I end up waiting alone in the dental chair waiting for someone to do the next step. Fortunately, I wasn't really in a hurry but it makes planning for the next appointment difficult.

Fantastic experience: Well I for one have never had a bad experience here. The front desk staff are always super friendly and the atmosphere is really cohesive between the staff and the dentist. I'll never go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: the staff is very professional and kind. patient with my anxiety about the dentist. walking me through the procedures & willing to let me take breathers if need. my teeth feel wonderful after teeth cleaning. Kim the hygienist is very talented with smiles.I get my teeth cleaned every 90 days to avoid cavities & they give me reasonable rates to make that happen. I got my text reminders and calls to remind me. I forgot things and the staff went above and beyond to make sure they remind me. Had my insurance estimates in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr. Neville and his woderful team for more than 15-years. Jeff and his staff have always been wonderful helping me with my dental needs. Trust me, I have a mouthful of work (multiple crowns and an implant) completed over the last decade and the staff was always incredible. Anna is also the best for all my hygienist work.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. The dentist himself is great, but the front office staff is extremely unprofessional. I had to call them to confirm whether I even had an appointment because I hadn’t received any reminder. They told me they had called and left a voicemail. When I asked what number they left it on, they admitted there was no phone number on file. That’s not a reminder — that’s an excuse. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t complete my full cleaning because staff was late and I would need to reschedule. I work 60 hours a week and set aside two hours for this appointment. I’m also a cash-paying customer. To be told to reschedule with no apology, no accountability, and no sense of urgency was unacceptable. When I said I would find a dentist closer to my home, the response was complete indifference. As professionals, we all understand how valuable time is. A little compassion and a simple apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from the staff overshadows the quality of the dentist.

Negative experience: On January 6th 2026 my husband went in for an appointment. we had been here prior to this appointment for a tooth extraction that went excruciatingly well so we returned. The appointment on January 6 How ever did not go as well. The bill was bigger and we were going over our options. As the billing discussion with the dentist went on we started to feel extremely uncomfortable with the amount of unnecessary people in the room (front desk workers and every assistant in the place not just one) all waiting to see if we would fork out the money or not. We had the money but because of the amount of people and bad attitudes of the front desk girls we took our money elsewhere and had the work done for 1/2 the cost they quoted us. When we were not going to continue with the appointment and look into other options ( insurance , other places etc.) we went up front to pay for the consultation. We were told it’s fine and we don’t need to pay anything we triple checked asking “are you sure?” they billed us an month later so we called. They were helpful and did stick to the word of not charging us and put put the account to 0$. How ever. She tried to tell us they did that as a courtesy and we need to schedule an appointment for a cleaning or other service. We let her know that we would not like to continue business with them due to the way our appointment went on January 6th She immediately changed her attitude was extremely rude and hung up on us yet another reason for us not to spend our money there!

Fantastic experience: Good Service and fast service the Doctor and the Nurse good people

Negative experience: I’m leaving this review to document a billing issue that should not have occurred. My husband previously had a payment plan with this office. The balance was paid in full, and on 12/27/2025 I sent written notice terminating services, requesting cancellation of all future appointments, and confirming the account had a $0 balance. No response. On 01/12/2026, the office withdrew $337 from my bank account. When I called, staff initially stated there was a $0 balance and said they did not know what charge I was referring to. Only after I mentioned the prior payment plan did they locate my termination email and acknowledge the error, calling it a “miscommunication.” A refund was then issued, with a stated processing time of 3–5 days. UPDATE: I have only received $40 out of the $337 I did not authorize to be taken. An unauthorized charge should not occur after written termination. I recommend anyone using payment plans ensure they receive clear confirmation that autopay authorizations have been fully removed. There is no communication from their web payment to the payment plan system. This needs serious updates to avoid overcharging patients. Not only this over the years I have compelte dissatisfaction with teeth cleanings and repairs which is initially why I wanted to end service. Goodluck and do yourself a favor, forget the stress and use a different dental office.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the team today that took care of my daughter and I. We have been coming here for years and have always had amazing service but I forget to leave a review so today is the lucky day. The front staff, Ms. Emily helped me with billing/payment which I’m so thanks for being as it’s the holidays. Ms. Emma made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease before the doctor came in and check on us frequently. Dr. Steven’s and Ms. Bella did a great job as well with keeping her relaxed during the process and I am really appreciative of this group. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love The work Dr Harrison has done for me ! He is the absolute best dentist in all of Utah. He is gentle , he is knowledgeable, he knows how to calm you down when your nervous and make you laugh , he is just absolutely amazing. I went in with a horrible tooth ache. He not only got my tooth fixed but found roots from a tooth that had fallen out a decade ago still in my gums. He got it all fixed up and had me good to go to not just my concert that night , but I was also able to fly home to Nashville for a week with zero pain. As soon as I got back he got me set for a crown and bridge. My bridge fits perfectly and I am able to chew steak again ! You cant even tell i have a bridge because Dr Harrison matched the color so perfectly. He explained how to keep it clean and has really made my experience amazing. If you want a good dentist he is the one for you. All of the ladies and Karen the office manager are absolutely angels and always so cheerful and kind and I always bring them treats to make their day amazing ! If you want good work done , Dr Harrison is the dentist for you ! Dr.Harrison and the rest of the team , thank you for always getting us in , getting us out of pain and fixing our teeth so we can continue smiling.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in probably 10 years or more. Just haven't had that in the works. Long story short I got a basic cleaning and exam done and they gave me a good idea on the health what I need to do next. I work in the auto industry and can normally tell when someone cares or at least is really good at displaying that they do, they did a great job at that. I'll be getting all my work done through them, the price is a bit wild and honestly 10% off for paying cash out of pocket isn't much but it is what it is. That's my only complaint.

Negative experience: I've been going to this dental office for quite some time and only decided to write a review now that I've made the decision to switch dental offices. I only loved one dentist there (Dr. Neville), and unfortunately forgot the names of the dental hygienist assistant I did like (was a female), and there was only 1 dental hygienist I loved. Usually the receptionists were people you loved talking to so they were never the issue for me, as well as the dental assistants, they were usually pleasant. Unfortunately due to different circumstances each time between sickness, anxiety, emergency, depression, being in pain, etc, I would cancel appointments without notice and was aware and understanding of fees. That however is not why I'm calling it quits there. On one occasion as I was sitting in the chair, one of the staff members was very condescending to me and talking back to my mom who I put on speakerphone to talk about my insurance, trying to tell my mom I can't be a dependant on MetLife as an adult and my mom was very irritated educating that woman that I was on my own MetLife dental insurance plan, not a dependant on my parents to which that staff member copped an attitude as if she still should've been right. (Train your staff better because that was very inappropriate on her part). This last time I was in- Friday 10/17/2025 - I went in for both a filling and cleaning after which I forgot Dr. Neville doesn't work Fridays but still if I had remembered I'd be blindsided with whoever was working on my filling, I wouldn't have gone in. But anyway, paid for the filling, cleaning, and fees from previous cancelations upon arrival costing almost $150 which again I was prepared for. But already being exhausted from ✨️surprise surprise✨️ a circumstance, this one being my dad just had open heart surgery on Tuesday and I saw him in the hospital Wednesday and haven't been sleeping, you'd think the dentist screwing up with the filling essentially gluing two teeth together so you couldn't floss there and using some kind of tool to saw a space, the entire time pressing down on my lower jaw and lip to where it hurt would've not done all that cause I told him about what I was dealing with prior to having anything in my mouth. A little gentle work would've been nice. Then I get brought to the hygienist chair where not only did the assistant not do a good job with the polishing but also didn't floss between every tooth (he can try and say he did but the teeth are in my skull so I felt where he missed) but he was the first to comment on my flat teeth. (I am already painfully aware of how flat all my teeth are and it's from previous night grinding growing up and I had to keep trying night guards). Then came this piece of work for a hygienist who not only hurt my gums several times in the back, but did this very weird thing where (I know several will do that self righteous move of once scraping off plaque they show it to you and I feel like that's absolutely unnecessary), but she handed me the mirror to go on about a white line between my gums and teeth saying that's where plaque had once started to form but then stopped and she advised to brush along my gum line to prevent further damage and I had said I already do that and have for years and she just kind of said oh well keep doing it. Then also commented on my flat teeth, adding on that I can order a grind guard through their clinic to which I said no. Then stated my insurance doesn't cover fluoride and it would be $45 if I wanted it and I said no. They all talked about another cavity I have that I'll need a filling for (which once again, I scheduled to have done somewhere else), assistant scheduled my next cleaning for April of next year which I promptly canceled over the phone when I got home. But as I was about to leave, that hygienist was in the receptionist area and said wait! Let's make sure everything looks good on your account! And I coldly said I paid everything when I first got here and she said oh OK and then I left. That appointment was at 7:30 AM and my mouth hurt all day.

Positive experience: My only complaint and it is a minor one is that the girl who polished and flossed my teeth went very fast and in my opinion didn’t do as good a job as others have done. She was very sweet. Otherwise it was an excellent visit as always.

Negative experience: I was told and assured by their staff before having work done, that it would be covered by my insurance. Otherwise i wouldnt have done the work. After the work was done, they sent me a bill. When I confronted them, they said that the work I had done was never covered by insurance. Very frustrating that they wouldn't just be upfront and honest. I wouldn't have done the work had they just let me know it wouldn't be covered by insurance. Very unprofessional and they had no interest in helping me or taking responsibility when I brought up this problem to them.

Fantastic experience: I called for an appointment for an extremely painful tooth. They were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Harrison is wonderful and has a great bedside manner. I’m very fearful of the dentist but felt at ease with the staff. They’re able to get me in quickly for the much needed root canal and have helped formula a plan for the other tooth bothering me. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My visit today went very well even though I had a lot of anxiety. The staff was attentive, helpful, and handled everything perfectly even when I almost caused a problem, they resolved it right away. Every question I asked and every request I made was met with patience and care, which completely turned my attitude around for the better. I truly appreciate the team’s support. While I didn’t get everyone’s name, I want to mention that Evie made an especially great impression. Thank you to everyone who helped out today, it was my first day off in 40 days.

We were referred to them by some friends when we moved here and I don't regret it in any way shape or form we've been going there since 2009 and it won't go anywhere else. Very caring thorough do everything to put you at ease I can't thank them enough. ♥️

Fantastic experience: I contacted Layton Hills for a same day emergency appointment to reset a crown. I had to have some help that day because I was traveling out of country. My regular dentist was on vacation. Service was friendly and excellent. While I probably will continue to see my regular dentist, I would recommend this office any time. They went out of their way to help me and work with my situation. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I can't begin to express how amazing my experience was. I woke up and had this unbearable pain and needed my teeth looked at. I called multiple places and this place was able to see me on the same day to at least take a look and help with the pain. The hygienist was really nice and welcoming and Dr. Harrison was amazing. His bed side manner is one of the best I've ever experienced. He was kind and showed he cared. He took the time to evaluate me and gave me a couple options and we proceeded. He checked on me often making sure I was comfortable and ok. I can't thank them enough for what they did and they're now going to be my place I go for all my teeth needs. Thank you!

Negative experience: Years ago, this clinic was decent. Dr Neville seems to genuinely care, however service has gone entirely downhill. We have been struggling with their team for over three years. It started with them being unable to get anything to process correctly through insurance (multiple providers since have NO issues) and constantly blaming the insurance. They have misrepresented estimates of costs. When calling to try to resolve this, we have been ignored via text and voicemail over a dozen times and can only get a response if we go in person. Additionally, every filling they did in the past 3 years either had to be redone or ended up in root canal in under six months. Having since moved to a new provider, who redid five fillings done at Layton Hills on my first visit, I have not had to have any work done or redone. This is the longest I have been pain and complication free for a fraction of the cost. While they haven’t touched my teeth in a year and a half, they are STILL running charges through my insurance and practice questionable billing practices, forwarding balances to thwart credit restrictions. This place is a nightmare for service and care. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Positive experience: It’s my second visit to Layton Hills Dental, I’ve been impressed with the level of care they provide. Shout out to the dental hygienists, I really appreciate the pain-free cleaning I receive. I’d give a 5 star but the lack of friendliness and no smile from one of the receptionists affected my decision. Not a big deal but still makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: After waiting for months to get my sons broken tooth pulled out. Driving home from the fourth rescheduled canceled appointment with no phone call saying it was canceled, I pulled into this office and they pulled the tooth the same day. They were easy to deal with and it was even less expensive than my regular place. Thank you sooooo much!

Negative experience: This review is due to my latest experience. I’ve been seeing dr. Neville for 11 years. And I was treated extremely poorly this last time by Dr. Palmer. Neville has done two previous root canals, an implant and all my fillings. The root canals smell like rotting flesh when I floss and the implant is a bit grayer than my other teeth and somewhat crooked, causing my teeth to shift more crooked and I now have to have Invisalign to fix it ($4000) This last time, Neville did a filling that fell out a year later. He fixed the filling and said I’d have to have a root canal, even though it didn’t hurt and I had no issues with the tooth. Immediately after the root canal, my tooth hasn’t stopped hurting. I went in multiple times over that year and all he did was keep shaving down the bite. I went in again and he had me see Palmer. Palmer came in wearing a collard button shirt and what appeared to be designer jeans. I thought it was an odd choice of attire for a professional dentist at work. He showed me on the x-ray that there was now bone loss going into my other good tooth. I could CLEARLY see that the root of my root canal was cracked, but he didn’t see it until I showed him. I then got fed up and called him out asking how on earth he couldn’t see the crack and he got angry and told me he was afraid I would sue them and he refused to give me answers. He refused me as a client, so now I have to go somewhere else and pay more money because they put too big of a cap on my tooth and it caused the root to break when I bit down. Neville never called me to talk about the issue at all. That is my BIGGEST complaint that after paying them thousands which is a lot of money for an only parent business owner without a guaranteed income, and he threw me away with the trash. Now I am forced to find a better dentist to clean up this mess, but maybe I’m due for someone better at this point. This company has caused me $6000+ in damages. They DO NOT care about their clients. They will do root canals and implants that will break and shift your teeth and cause you to pay for Invisalign to restraighten them. They will refuse to help you after they break your tooth from a bad root canal and then send you out the door without any guidance because "they are afraid you will sue them". (Dr. Palmer's actual words) And then they will hound you to pay for the work they did that broke your tooth. I set up a payment plan and they keep calling me to pay, but they are supposed to run my care credit monthly until it's paid, (EVEN THOUGH THEY BROKE MY TOOTH AND I HAVE TO GET AN IMPLANT NOW) After 10 loyal years with them, Neville NEVER called me to discuss what to do after a year of pain in the cracked root canal. He never called to talk about anything or to sort it out with me. He just had his office hound me to pay for the work, even though they were supposed to be running my card in their office. They DO NOT value you any more than what money they can get from you. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ROOT CANALS OR IMPLANTS. It will cost you thousands in repairs. GO to a specialist.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr. Neville. Been looking for a dentist for awhile, and a family member referred me to him. He was straight forward and to the point, and even called the next day to see how I was doing, which I've never had that happen before. I have found my family dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr.Neville for as long as he has had the Layton Hills Dental. He has treated my 3 kids and i know that they will bring their kids to him when they are older. He has been there for me in emergencies. This last week I had a bad tooth with no appointment, I stopped on Monday and he got me back took x-rays and was able to take the tooth out and get me out of pain. Dr. Neville has always been affordable and willing to work with payments as long as the payment plan is kept. It’s nice to know that we have a dentist that we can trust and that my kids can trust.

Negative experience: This is a terrible dental office. I had a dental cleaning a couple years ago and was told 3x during my appointment that I didn't have insurance. I told them 3x that they were wrong and that I did in fact have insurance. They never billed my insurance. I never received a bill from them until over a year later for an outstanding balance. I called my insurance and was told they never filed a claim. I called and spoke with Olivia who told me that they'd just write off the outstanding balance. She said she'd need to speak with someone about it but that if I didn't hear back from their office then I was fine and didn't owe anything. I never heard back from her or anyone. Well, yesterday I received another bill for the same balance. I called and spoke with Chelsey who told me that she didn't see anything documented on their end about this conversation having happened so I was still responsible for the balance. It's not my fault if they're terrible at keeping record of things. I'm a provider at a medical office and get after my own staff for not keeping tight records of conversations with patients for these kinds of reasons. Second, earlier this year I had some work done on my teeth by their doc. The entire procedure he was distracted telling his staff who to room next and reading XRays. At one point he left for 20 minutes and asked his dental assistant to finish curing my filling. She just tapped it a couple times and figured it was fine. She didn't hold the device on my tooth as long as the doc had done on the previous filling he'd cured. I asked her and him about it and they shrugged my concerns off. Between their staff not knowing what is going on and their docs being distracted and uncaring I'm never going back and wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there either.

Fantastic experience: I developed severe dental anxiety in my early adulthood years, I had to get a root canal today and the staff from front to back was absolutely incredible. Got in so quick, from X-rays to numbing and the actual root canal (which was my first one and I was horrified) it was actually a really great experience. They all did so good at reassuring me that I was okay, and that everything was going to be fine! I can’t say enough good things about this place, I’m excited to return and have the rest of my cavities fixed!

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain from something my previous dentist did incorrectly. That made me feel at ease and did my root canal so quickly. I am grateful for this office. I'll be back

Fantastic experience: This is the only dental office i have ever been to where the entire staff makes you feel right at home, my teeth are in pretty bad shape and it makes it hard to want to get help when you feel judged by a dentist. But i love the whole staff, from the front to the back the entire place is just awesome. They help manage my pain and give me peace of mind during my entire visit, plus help me take the next steps to prevent my teeth from getting any worse. LOVE THEM!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Naville is a fantastic dentist. I went in for a consultation of getting a new crown on my front tooth (since I chipped my old one) and Dr. Naville asked "do you want me to fix it today?" and I was like "Yeah!" and he got right onto fixing my tooth for a very reasonable price (since the insurance won't pay).

Fantastic experience: When I say Layton Hills dental care is number one I need it. I have an emergency situation the very first name that they did was to treat me like family to relax, and I was in a lot of pain and then they proceeded to get me out of pain immediately, they also gave me options that were very Informative on the breakdown. What the dentist could do and what do and they left the choice up to me. I am so blessed and grateful that they helped me yesterday. I would recommend this is for my whole family.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually do reviews but this is a exception.. I am 57 years old and been to many dentists but, Layton Hill is the best dental experience I've ever had. Not just the dentist.. all of the staff. The whole process here has given me a new faith in dentistry. I'll always have the anxiety, I'm sure but I won't avoid treatment now that I've found you. Fantastic experience: I was having the worst pain in my teeth and went to the ER with no help from them I begged dentists for late night appts. Not only did Layton Hills open up but the assistant kept contact with me until the dentist could get in and was very comforting. I felt so lucky to have a way to be taken care of. They were also all smiles even though it was so late at night! I will be returning no doubt!!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff were proficient and professional with my initial assessment. When informed of my need for the earliest appointment possible, based on my pain level and x-ray results, they worked with my schedule and fit me in two days after my first appointment.

Fantastic experience: They were so helpful and Dr. Neville doesn’t mess around, he knows what he is doing and was extremely efficient handling an emergency root canal. Him and Brigette went out of their way and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their expertise and professionalism.

Negative experience: Made an emergency appointment for my husband, they had 4 days to call us to tell us that they don't accept his insurance. Instead they waited until my husband showed up for his appointment to tell him. He's been in pain for over a week now and waited for this appointment when he could have gone somewhere else. They didn't even tell us when they called to confirm the appointment.

Fantastic experience: As a first time patient, I didn’t know what to expect. One of my fillings had fallen out from a previous dentist at a different dental shop, who may have not done it right. So I needed it fixed. I did some research and chose Layton Hills Dental. I was placed with Dr Palmer, who provided the greatest experience. He took the time to explain a lot of detail about my tooth and what he was going to do to fix it the right way. He did a wonderful job on the actual work and then explained even more about how to care for it. It was a very enjoyable, personable experience. I left feeling really good, mouth was still a bit numb, but definitely a five star experience.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office I've ever been to. I absolutely loved my first experience. All the assistants were so kind and patient with me. Dr. Neville is an absolute blast to be around ! He's kind , he's funny , he explained everything and he related to me in a way that made me relax and feel comfortable being there. He explained everything going on with my teeth and made sure i understood everything. He showed me all his incredible Halloween costumes because I am obsessed with Halloween. I think he's the King of Halloween I went over to finance dept after and she was so kind and explained everything and worked it out to where I could come in 2 seperate times to handle some of my dental needs and worked it out so I could afford it. She explained it and gave me a printout and a scheduling card with the date , time, and cost of the visit. I have found my forever dentist. I am so happy I found Dr. Neville and his amazing crew. Thank you Dr. Neville for such an amazing visit !

Fantastic experience: Doesn’t get much better than Layton Hills Dental. The staff is always bright and welcoming. Ive had a good bit of dental work done here and Dr. NeVille is always my go to. Fast, efficient, very detail oriented and precise. The list goes on and on. He is great at what he does, and nobody will change my mind. They take no risks when it comes to making sure you are numb for anything major, and they cover aftercare very well with you. As if this isn’t enough to make you want an appointment already, there’s more. It’s affordable. You will not be disappointed. They helped us set up payment plans a couple different times, and we were able to sit down with them and break down the bill and understand it. We were not paying anything blindly, which is my biggest pet peeve, and knew where every dollar came from, giving us peace of mind. There is so much positivity here, you’ll just have to make an appointment and see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I broke a wisdom tooth Sunday went in on Monday and popped it out in less then 10 feeling good, a very friendly and welcoming place. I’ll be going back to look at removing my other 2 wisdom teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a ton of pain caused by an erupted upper wisdom tooth that was pretty messed up. I went in for an extraction as a first time patient here and it was PAINLESS, Dr.Neville got it out extremely fast with no problems! Dr.Jeff Neville is by far the kindest and best dentist I've ever been with. The staff is incredible. If you are experiencing pain or just looking for a cleaning, do yourself a favor and go here.

Fantastic experience: I came to Layton Hills for a new patient cleaning. The process for signing up for an appointment was super easy and all done over the phone. All of the intake paperwork was done virtually and super easy to navigate. Everyone in the office was very sweet, I got in RIGHT away after check in and I got the BEST cleaning of my life! The Hygienist was very knowledgeable and thorough. Best routine cleaning I’ve had and I already scheduled my follow up(: Highly recommended if you’re nervous in dentist settings.

Negative experience: I had gone to Layton hills for the last couple years for variable things and the experience had been fine. But one of my last visits they told me a a cavity that I had filled years ago (and never had a problem with) should be turned into a crown, unfortunately I took their advice and now after getting that done and spending the money on it the tooth now needs a root canal. Which they told me they’d give me a discount on, 3 things wrong with this 1. I should’ve been aware that this could happen before the procedure but no they then told me it’s a 5-10% chance of that happening after when a problem came up. 2. After doing lots of research, researchers are now seeing that leaving dead teeth in your mouth is bad for our do health so I don’t want a root canal (plan on removing my other ones, it’s just not cheap to get an implant). 3. I absolutely hate sitting in a dentist chair, it’s the worst and we all know it. It was disappointing to have such a poor experience. Makes not trust dentist even more.

Fantastic experience: My fiance called and made me an appointment and they got me in same day. My tooth was pretty bad and I was in a lot of pain and they reassured me and comforted me the whole time. I highly recommend this place the dental assistants the front desk and the dentist were all so amazing to me and my little family.

Fantastic experience: My braces that were holding my teeth together broke up the day before my trip out of town. One of my teeth was particularly badly loosened and about to come off any time. I was frantically googling and looking for a dentist for emergency dental work. Layton Hills Dental had me come in within a few hours, and Dr. Palmer cemented my loose teeth and temporarily put them together. He did a great job. My teeth haven't been so stable for years. Looks like I have found a dentist for life. I would recommend Layton Hills Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My dentist knew I have a deep seated fear of dentists. He came in and immediately made sure I was comfortable and at ease. He handled my feelings and joked around with me to make me feel more secure. It was fast and really eased my fears.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go we are out in less 15 minutes! Today our appointment for a cavity fill for my eight year old took 6 minutes not even kidding! They didn’t have to numb her and the staff is amazingly friendly. All five of our kids are seen here.
