Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Badger and the team at Legacy yesterday! I really appreciated how Dr. Badger took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options in such a simple, kind, and understandable way. Vanessa was wonderful as well, walking me through the treatment and post-op process and handling all the insurance and financial details. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Cassity and his incredible team highly enough. I came to the office with a painful, urgent tooth issue that required an immediate extraction and a dental implant. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism and efficiency was unmatched. They were able to see me the exact same day I was referred. Within just hours of walking through the door, I was in the chair getting a comprehensive scan and receiving a step-by-step treatment plan. I was in pain and anxious, but their quick action and calm expertise completely put me at ease. Thank you to the doctor and the entire staff for taking such phenomenal care of me!

Negative experience: I don’t feel like I got the answers I was hoping for at my last appointment. Part of my mouth is still numb and at the same time painful. Even though the surgery area looks good … they said… it has some pain still. I am afraid Dr . Cassidy did something to the nerve.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Cassity and Legacy Implants and Periodontics Kaysville. They got me in on very short notice to do an exam on a broken and infected tooth. Then they made time to extract the tooth the same day. I was in their office for barely over an hour. I will definitely be going back when it’s time to get the implant done. Fantastic experience: OK, so let’s face it, no one wants to have to have oral surgery, but I’m sure glad these guys are around. Dr Badger and Hillary did such an amazing job and they were so fun to be around… I even joked about getting a gold star on my forehead for my stellar postop performance and they brought me one. I just really enjoy them and I’ll be back for the other side next year!

Fantastic experience: I developed a receding gum on one of my lower teeth. My regular dentist recommended I see a periodontist. I met with Dr. Erik Badger at Cassity Implants & Periodontics at their Kaysville office in June of 2025 for a consultation who recommended a skin graft, a $2400 procedure not covered by insurance. I decided to go ahead with it but needed a few months to come up with the money. I had the graft done yesterday, nine months after my initial consultation. After I was all drugged up for the procedure, I was asked for the $2400 payment. Imagine my delight this morning to discover on the receipt a $73 credit card service charge. I’m mostly retired. These guys probably make 20 times what I do. I get that they don’t want to cover credit card fees. I don’t blame them for that. But WHY would they assume patients don’t mind paying that? I’m pissed no one told me payment would be due the day of the procedure and no one told me I would be expected to pay the fee for using my credit card. Had I been told this ahead of time, I would have been grateful for the information and brought cash with me. The doctor was friendly and professional as was all the staff I interacted with. But to completely ignore this little detail feels more like greed than caring. UPDATE: I’m changing my rating to five stars. The day after surgery, Dr. Badger texted to see how I was doing. That kind of prompt follow up and personable service isn’t as common these days as it should be so I was impressed. I told him I was doing well. Relatively little pain. I mentioned about the $73 credit card service fee that I hadn’t been told about ahead of time. Five minutes after I responded to him I got a call from his office and arrangements were made to make it right. Again, that kind of prompt professional service is refreshing. Now, three days post-op, my mouth seems to be healing well and Dr. Badger reached out again to see how things were going and to see if there was anything they could do to help. Great work. Great service. Kudos to Dr. Badger and his team.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was kind and welcoming. Cami was extraordinary and made me feel less nervous about being there. Dr. Richins was patient and explained everything thoroughly to me. Although I’m not excited about extractions and implants, I am impressed with this office and glad they are walking me through this process.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cassity has done all my top teeth and half of my bottom teeth. Yes, I have bad teeth. I’d travel far and wide only for him. I dislike having anything done with my mouth! (Early childhood experiences have been traumatizing). I’ve been going to Dr Cassity for probably 15+ years! No one is better than him. I’ve even moved away, and I would still go to him as long as he will take me!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my gum grafts! Dr Dykman was very personable, explained things well and was patient answering all of my random questions. I followed his post-op instructions for care and had just the results I was hoping for. The staff was awesome as well - they knew my name every time I walked in the door, explained my insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses clearly and were also great at answering all my other random questions. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have rarely felt less like a patient and more like a person in a medical office. Staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Dykman was very personable, thoroughly explained all my options and encouraged questions. Details of financing and recovery from upcoming procedure was discussed in a private room with everything written out for me to take home and digest. In spite of the difficulties ahead, I left feeling calm and confident.

Fantastic experience: This is my second gum graft with Dr badger. My dentist referred me to him and really compliments his work. The gum graft went well the first time,no pain at all, and healed nicely! The second experience has been the same. Dr badger and his staff are helpful, informative, professional, and caring! Fantastic experience: They completed implants on my 94 year old mother who is wheelchair bound. They made every accommodation possible to ensure she was well taken care of. They helped lift her from her wheelchair to the dentist chair. They ensured she was comfortable at all stages of the implant process. They also assisted me with transferring her from her wheelchair into my car and lifted the wheelchair into my trunk. Highly, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I heard gum implant was the worst 2 weeks they ever had. Thankfully it wasn’t for me. Now if you want to talk total knee pain I would cry with you just from memory alone. Fantastic experience: A few months ago I had a laser procedure performed by Dr. Dykman. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The procedure has not only helped my teeth, but I think has eliminated a low grade infection that I no longer experience the symptoms of. Natalie, the Hygienist, is also of the same caliber as Dr. Dykman.

Positive experience: The office staff and dentist were nice. They would have charged me $90 extra to use a credit card which was off-putting. As if $4900 wasn't enough already. Also the temporary, cosmetic tooth is crooked. The work done on the gum is good, however, and it should heal nicely.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a procedure with Dr. Dykman, he was able to correct a serious issue with my gums. He happens to be an expert with laser surgery, he performed the procedure and I was told that my mouth could possibly swell, could possibly bleed and potentially cause pain.
