Fantastic experience: Been dealing with gingivitis and stage 1 early periodontitis. The staff have been great in doing my deep cleanings and educating me and I have been able to reduce my pockets significantly.

Negative experience: Such a waste of time. Both my daughters have gone here and the first visit was supposed to be routine cleaning however they wouldn’t clean unless we did specific treatment. First visit was 1,300 and spent over 3 hours. Second visit with my other daughter was 2.5 hours and same thing wouldn’t do cleaning without specific treatment. My daughter came agin today for her 6 months cleaning thinking no problem in and out. Well she was there for almost 2 hours and they did nothing but poked her teeth. And said she can come back when ready to do the treatment. Don’t waste your time or money here they scam you into things. We already made appointment for another local dentist that said they will do cleaning and then recommend any treatments after, not refuse cleaning you have been waiting for 6 months.

Fantastic experience: How often can you say you like to go to the dentist, I actually do. This office is amazing and these ladies all have the best personalities and treat you so great. Cheryl cleaned my teeth and they have never felt so clean, she was so thorough and nice. I've had one hurting and they showed me the cracks from my old feelings so got me in the following week for a crown. I've heard horror stories of that being multiple Apts but there it's all done same day. Super fun advanced technology and my mouth is now pain free. Lovely place, great staff and I highly recommend Centerville Dental Group, plus they are open later and have Saturday options!

Fantastic experience: My grandma lost her front tooth two days before my wedding and the women that work here performed miracles to make sure her smile is fixed for the big day! Shiann was able to sneak us in within an hour of calling and was so kind, Lo got us back for xrays, impressions, color-matching, and made us feel so comfortable, and Dr. Burgess talked us through all of the options and worked hard to get my grandma looking her best. We can't thank everyone enough!! We highly highly recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal and a temporary crown put in from a bad cavity. Dr. Burgess was so kind and did an amazing job! I had a bad experience years ago and put off going to the dentist for so long. But Dr.Burgess and her wonderful assistants made me feel safe and stress free. The whole staff was kind and assisted me with a payment plan, since I don’t have insurance. I have recommended them to family and coworkers.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and organized, but the real standout was my hygienist Jakell. I’ve had many cleanings over the years, and I can confidently say this was the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and informed. What impressed me most was how attentive she was to detail. She didn’t rush, she truly cared about my oral health, and she made the entire appointment feel personalized rather than routine. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and I left feeling genuinely motivated to take even better care of my gums and overall health. But beyond her skill, what made the experience truly special was her ability to somehow make it fun. That is something I never thought I’d say about a dental cleaning. She was warm, engaging, and had such an easy, positive energy that it instantly put me at ease. It didn’t feel cold or clinical at all. I felt genuinely cared for as a person, not just treated like another patient on the schedule. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high-level skill with warmth, professionalism, and a personality that makes you actually look forward to coming back. You can tell she takes pride in her work and that this office values excellence. Dr. Finerty and the entire staff have built something special here, and having a hygienist like her is a huge part of why. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality care. Negative experience: I had a difficult experience with major dental work at Centerville Dental Group. After receiving several restorations, I dealt with months of persistent pain and ended up undergoing multiple procedures, including two root canals. Despite repeated visits and attempts to address the issue, the true cause of my pain was never identified. It wasn’t until I sought a second opinion that I learned the problem may have been related to jaw clenching — something that was never discussed at Centerville. I now believe much of the treatment I received may have been unnecessary. While the staff was always kind, the clinical oversight and resulting cost and discomfort were incredibly frustrating. Update 2/2026: I’ve spend about $5k between Centerville Dental Group and fixing the ‘work’ they did. My husband has also needed to get his crown from them (18 months old) replaced.

Negative experience: I am always pleased with the customer service we get from the business providers in our great community and the more inline to open soon all are welcome and needed. But unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing from this business Centerville Dental Group, my wife and I had a horrible and very humiliating experience. We set up an appointment to get there on time as our custom is because we value and respect others’ time. We did all they'd indicated to us. Other customers kept arriving after us and they got serviced ahead of us, finally my wife got called and I kept waiting after almost an hour waiting I did ask what the reason was, and the front desk girl said it was because their Wednesdays are extremely busy (what's the schedule for?) I had to leave, we just went for a routine cleaning, and they ended up quoting over $7K dollars to her. Now they keep bombarding us with their "promotions" via emails text messages. We suggest anyone consider all reviews they are getting before deciding to do business with them.

She was so lovely and did a wonderful job! I was completely comfortable with her. Kaila took great care of me and was so nice!! Lastly, the lovely tech who started my visit - was so nice and had great bedside manner. All three of them were very professional and I loved how they respectfully and kindly they spoke to one another.
