They work as hard as necessary to finish even the most complex procedures; for instance my complicated root canal today, 11-7-23. Their concern for patients is very evident. They were recommended to me in late 2022 and I'm in extremely happy to have them with me now. I have great confidence in their care. Update 1-16-24: As professional as ever. Dr Creager & his staff are the only ones I trust with my dental work. They actually make my visits enjoyable; fun really. When was the last time anyone said THAT??!! I highly recommend this dentist/dental surgeon!! Update 2-27-25: They're still the best!!!. Update 6-39-25: Thorough exam & treatment plan. I really trust Dr Creager & his staff. They're all efficient & very friendly, every time!! Update 12-16-25: Once again, I was very pleased with the professionalism of Dr Creager & his staff, (new staff to me). Dr Creager took over an hour examining my #4 problem tooth & showing me options for replacement of it after extraction. I was VERY impressed with his thorough descriptions & his taking time to answer my questions. He's really a very caring, efficient dentist. I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: They went to charge for appointments where people were in capable of making them. Family emergencies don’t care to them either. They expect people to be there when they’re not even in state. But what do I care they made my mom pay!!!

Negative experience: Was not in state for my sons appointment they said it was confirmed the day before which I am unsure how when both him and I were out of state. We We’re out of state for anWe’re out of state for a family funeral .Also he is a 23 year-old adult, and I somehow was responsible for the bill!!!!
