Fantastic experience: Switched to this dentistry because my old one was just not as attentive. Was seen by Dr. Lillian Li for consultation on my wisdom teeth and was given a referral to an oral surgeon who accepted my insurance. Very kind, thorough with exams, and was able to help my grandmother with her root canal and examination. 10/10 Definitely my new spot for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: A clean, modern office with extremely warm staff. They offer they typically services you would expect from a dental office, cleanings, x-ray, cosmetic options, etc., but they also have high-tech solutions like 3D mouth scans. Doctor are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and has excellent patient rapport.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years for my teeth cleanings. They are often pretty busy, so I advise making an appointment ahead of time. They were able to fit me in the schedule when I had any emergencies, so they do their best to be accommodating. Very professional and friendly!! I definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Li is a great dentist, I go to her more than 10 years for all my dental works, she is very knowledgeable and skillful, and gentle on my cleaning services. All the office staffs are wonderful too, great communications before the appointments, they make sure everything goes smoothly, highly recommended this office.

Negative experience: Our overall experience at this dental clinic was okay. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, but there were some details that could use improvement — for example, the x-ray robe did not seem very clean, and unlike other clinics, they did not always provide protective glasses during cleaning/ treatment. However, I want to share a specific concern regarding Dr. Aaron Chung, DDS, based on my mom’s recent root canal procedure. After the incident, the office manager explained their anesthesia protocol to me, but during the actual procedure, Dr. Chung did not follow it. After administering the initial anesthetic shot, he did not let my mom rinse her mouth, nor did he check whether she was fully numb before beginning the procedure almost immediately. My mom could feel the anesthetic fluid in her mouth and experienced significant pain. She had to speak up before he finally paused and administered two additional injections later on. At the end of the procedure, after sealing and reopening the tooth multiple times, Dr. Chung also did not check or adjust her bite, which is typically done by having the patient bite down on articulating paper so any necessary adjustments can be made. As a result, the filling was too high and made it uncomfortable for her to chew. We had to return the next day, where another doctor corrected the issue by grinding down the excess material. Based on this experience, we felt that both the technique and bedside manner were lacking, and we would not choose to work with Dr. Chung again. Unfortunately, when the office manager later called me regarding my complaint, the conversation felt very defensive. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, the focus seemed to be on insisting that nothing had been done incorrectly. If the dental assistant present during the procedure had been fully honest, she could have clarified what actually happened. Overall, while the clinic itself was acceptable, this particular experience left us disappointed.

Negative experience: Very bad place now. My family have been visiting this dental office for many years. The reason we stay here because it is close to our home and they accepted the Medi-Cal. The service is ok but they always hire new and inexperienced doctors to treat the patients who covered by the Medi-cal like us. Recently, they performed the root canal and crown on my left tooth next to wisdom tooth. The inexperienced doctor fractured my tooth during the procedure. He immediately numbed me and try to cover it and they told me that is ok the gum area feels swollen , etc. For following two weeks, I went there many times to complain the swollen gum, I never used that side of mouth to eat. For the first few times, they never told it is a fracture, they first the wisdom tooth push my tooth then said the food residue, etc. The last time I went there I requested to see the owner Dr. Li , she still pretending. After I said I’ll see dentist elsewhere she finally said it’s a fracture. I asked what happened, my tooth is perfectly fine before the procedure and never eat anything hard and in fact barely anything on that side of the mouth. The shameful Dr Li denied it’s their fault. She treated me like I am three years old kid and insulted my intelligence by saying that I could fracture my tooth even though I eat on the other side of the mouth. Guys, don’t go there if you want to have a dentist who will perform their duty of care.

Best thing about this clinic is ... they take almost all insurances and makes it so easy for everyone. My daughter has been seeing Dr Cindy and she's amazing with children, shes fun and patient, kids enjoy her energy . For myself, I've been seeing Dr Li and her team ... so far everyone has done an amazing job to my teeth . All my cavities have been filled for over 20 years and still lasting till now ... I also have severe grinding teeth issues since I was 12 years old , I've been purchasing their nightguard since then. Their quality of night guard for teeth grinding can last me years … Dr Li is amazing at ensuring it fits correctly for me . They are customized for you. This dental clinic opens full days even on Saturdays (till 6pm) ! Makes it so convenient for me since I work weekdays . They open Monday thru Saturday. I recently have covered california blue cross blue shield and im so glad they take it . This place is highly recommended. They have appts for u if its emergency.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Dr. Li for over 25 years now. I cant believe I took so long to leave a review about Dr. Li and her colleagues. I recommend them to everybody, coworkers, family and friends. Everybody that has gone there thanks me after and tells me how comfortable they were while there. Dr. Li changed my life about 20 years ago when she corrected a gap in my front teeth. I was always shy and worried about what people thought and would get bullied as a child in school. But Dr. Li changed that. She closed the gap with bonding instead of braces. You would never be able to tell it was done unless i told you. So instead of having to wear braces a year or more she literally fixed it in a day. I am so grateful to her and all of her helpers. I would never want to see another dentist. She is incredible. I have never felt any type of discomfort while going to this dental office. Dr. Li is incredibly gentle and kind. She is so willing to explain and work with you. The assistants are always so cheerful and kind as well. I've never been worried about going in to see them. Even when I have a tooth ache. I know at the end of the day I will be taken care of by the best!!!! Thank you all so so much!
