Positive experience: Dr. Canzoneri is very nice and thoughtful. I just wish there was more transparency around pricing. I was also overcharged for a procedure that was coded incorrectly. When I brought it up, the front desk person I spoke with wasn't very considerate and told me that was how they had always billed it and that they had never had an issue with it. I eventually got it resolved, but it took several phone calls, and I never really got an acknowledgment or explanation of what happened. Unfortunately, the desensitizing treatment also didn't help. Overall, the experience has left me looking for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the clinic. I had teeth cleaning with hygienist, Valerie. The experience was pleasant and the result is phenomenal. By far the best that I had been. Valerie was very professional and she spent time of taking care of my teeth and explained in detail. She also gave me advice of how to take care of my teeth. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming!

As an extra, seasonal decorations (Halloween this time). Distraction from the ongoing procedure in scenic videos. In my relatively limited experience of more than cleaning, they seem to be up-to-date on the latest upgrades to quality care. And they're nice people.

The previous dentist I went to lied to me and told me I had cavities I didn't have, and tried to sell me veneers! Which I don't need. Dr. Canzoneri is the perfect "avuncular" type of dentist I remember from my childhood. Also, he is very up-to-date and always has the latest best-practices at his fingertips.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Canzoneri and his team are top notch. After suffering a crown fracture on my front tooth, I went in for an emergency visit after I was referred by a friend. I didn’t want to see my previous dentist as they were never able to diagnose the root cause for my frequent crown fractures. Dr. Canzoneri was able to identify why it’s happening and created a short and long term plan for me. A couple days later I came back for a provisional crown and dare I say, it was an enjoyable dental visit (dental work is rarely fun). Dr.Canzoneri takes his time explaining and making sure you understand, gives you an honest opinion and guides you toward your best teeth. Cheers all around!

He is always very concerned about making sure you don't feel any pain and all is well. His work is excellent! I needed three fillings in my front three bottom teeth. I was sort of worried that they would show. You CAN'T tell the fillings are there! He's also a great cosmetic dentist. Woun't go to anybody else. He is an excellent dentist all around. And on top of that a very nice man.
