Her dental hygienist, Lina, calmed her nerves and explained the process step by step. My daughter sat calmly during the cleaning. The dentist followed up and was so kind with her as well. My daughter left feeling happy, comfortable and having no fear in returning in 6 months. Highly recommend this dentistry for adults and kids!

Fantastic experience: I have finally found a local dental office that I can truly trust with my dental care / hygiene, and ensure that my insurance and I (out of pocket dues) are billed correctly. Being a perio-dental patient, with a PPO Insurance, I am covered for (2) basic / regular cleanings and (2) perio-dental cleanings, per calendar year. So here, I will have all of my “regular” dental care and will continue with the (2) perio-dental cleanings, at the specialist’s office. The staff is friendly and exceptional with explaining the insurance covered dental procedures and what will be my out of pocket costs. The office uses high-tech equipment and guides you through each step taken, with care. I highly recommend this office for your dental care. Many other dentist offices can often seem very intimidating and scary for the patient… not this one! Dr. Pacheco is incredibly professional by explaining every step with detail and encouraging you to ask questions. You can certainly tell he enjoys his work and very knowledgeable in it. Positive experience: Dr. Pacheco and Staff are excellent. Highly recommend this practice. This practice is modern and keeps up to date with technology. The digital x-ray and same day crown service was ine reason I decided to come to Blue Door Dental. After my initial x-rays we came up with a treatment plan and were able to have Francis squeeze my in for a same day cleaning and schedule my crown the next day. I love the same day crown service. While the appointment is slightly longer than a normal visit, it was worth not having to come back again a week later. Dr. P is very skilled and communicates through out the entire process. Lily the assist was a tremendous help and I can see while she's an "OG" staff member. Linda and Daisy are miracle workers with the insurance company and figured out a treatment plan to best utilize my coverage. Yes, there are some out of pocket costs. But they were able to given me pretty accurate cost number, which helps my budget. The only draw back is the parking situation. There is parking in the back, for six cars. 2 hour street parking after 9 AM.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pacheco and the staff at Blue Door Dental are always do their best to make me comfortable and provide quality care. After a cleaning Dr. Pacheco discovered a loose implant after a quick examination. I hadn’t even noticed, but he found it and we scheduled an appointment to correct it.

Denise was super nice. She explained everything she going to do and told me if I had any issue with the procedure or anything to not be afraid to let them know. Dr. Pacheco came in a introduced himself and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Then proceeded with my exam. He explained what was going on with the findings of the x-ray and voiced his concerns about what should be done before things get worse. He was very nice and I appreciated it. Then I met with Lina, who was very nice and professional. She took her time with my cleaning and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. I appreciate that she didn't rush through and made my teeth looked and felt clean. Dr Pacheco and his assistants took care of me in an emergency appointment and made my trip to the dentist the best I've ever had. They took my wisdom tooth out with hardly any pain and when I was uncomfortable he made sure to give me a little more anesthetic. 10/10 recommend for you and your family and family friends, you won't be disappointed!!

I used to dread going to the dentist but now I actually look forward to it. I don’t understand how she cleans my teeth without causing a hint of pain but she pulls it off every time. Fantastic experience: I was visiting Pasadena last year and had a sudden dental emergency requiring a root canal; they slotted me in very quickly, set me up with the orthodontist, and put in the cap 2 days after the root canal. It was all resolved within a week. Dr. Pacheco and the staff were friendly and professional, did an excellent job, and the experience was as comfortable as it could be. Thanks to all of them!

All the staff is so friendly and professional (*shoutout Elenor & Denise!) My cleanings and exams with Lina & Dr. Pacheco were quick, painless and both their bedside manners were top notch. It’s apparent that customer service & satisfaction are two values they uphold. The office parking is readily available and the office rooms itself are super clean and well maintained. He doesn’t force unnecessary procedures on his patients & explains in easy-to-understand language what needs to be done. The office is centrally located & parking is easy. Fantastic experience: Blue Door Dental has been nothing short of amazing since I've first started visiting about a year ago. Lina has been my dental hygienist from day 1 and will never stray from this office based on my experiences with her alone. She has put my anxieties about dentist visits at rest and has always offered a comfortable and friendly experience every time without fail! Dr. Pacheco is also very thoroughand takes his time to explain details with clarity and kindness. Even their receptionist Anna Marie has been super friendly and accommodating when it comes to rescheduling appointments (which I try not to make a habit of). 10/10 all around!
