Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office is so competent, kind and professional. I travel from Orange County to Pasadena because they are the only ones I trust. I am NOT an easy patient as I have symptoms that come and go but they always show understanding and compassion when symptoms subside and I choose not to follow through with treatment. Drs. Marchack and Chan have both treated me and are excellent doctors. Joan, my hygienist, is a jewel and all other staff and technicians are marvelous. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marchack's office has parking, is modern, clean, & orderly. Patients are treated professionally and courteosly and given explantions to all of their questions and costs upfront. They are patient and listen carefully providing clear diagnoses and what needs to be corrected-- no pressure. They are comfortable and caring which runs from the front office to the back. Competency levels are very very high. People are caring...so different from other dental offices that don't inform and try to upsell you behind your back. Dr. Marchack's office is one of the few good offices in the City! 5*+! Plus, their office is clean, orderly, well maintained with updated equipment. They are proud to be certified a germ-free environment!! My recent dental cleaning was performed with precision, supporting comments, and unbiased evaluation of what areas were good and what needs improving. I was treated with care and dignity, something of a higher standard than normal. I enjoyed my visit!

Fantastic experience: I had one of the most difficult dental implant situation ever, a dentist made the mistake of using wrong screws (2) for my implant, cut it to make it fit and now that he’s trying to remove it, but can’t because the handle for the screws were cut! He referred me to a specialist clinic who tried but was unable to remove the screws and worse, the drill he’s using got stucked together with the 2 screws in my implant. Much as he tried too, he ended up referring me to another clinic because he just couldn’t remove the 2 screws and the stucked portion of the drill. I lived for a couple of weeks having 3 kinds of sharp, very small metals in size stucked in my right upper gum until my next referral turned up. This time it’s with Dr. Baldwin Marchack of Pasadena Prosthodontics. He was very different compared to the other 2 dentists, he took pictures, x-rays, took time to study the situation and explained to me what he’s about to do. In less than an hour he was able to remove one of the screws, wow! I had to return to him 2 more times after this, each return took him more than 2 hours each, the screw and that part of the drill is just too small and too embedded to the gum but with patience, precision and careful study, and gifted with clear vision even at his age, he was able to remove all of it. I’ve decided to let him do my implant up to the very end, the placement of the crown, and today I woke up with my new implant and well satisfied with it. Dr. Marchack is God-send to me, I can’t thank him enough!

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. My crown broke off while a previous dentist was attempting to tighten it. The problem occurred because unskilled dentists used a generic hex tool instead of the proper specialized tool. This careless approach stripped the screw and ultimately caused the abutment to break off from the implant. After extensive online research, I found Dr. Marchak. Dr. Marchak and his assistant Susie were incredibly patient, persistent, and creative in their efforts to remove the broken piece of the abutment — a task that many others may not even want to pursue. I’ve seen numerous dentists and specialists over the years, and I was truly thrilled to finally meet someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring. It felt like finding that rare, honest, and talented mechanic — someone who truly knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work.

Fantastic experience: The screw from my crown broke off inside my implant and neither my regular dentist or the doctor who put the implant in could help me. I was referred to Dr. Baldwin Marchack as my last hope to avoid surgery. Dr. Baldwin was able to remove the screw in about 30 minutes without pain! I’m very grateful to him and his professional staff. Whew!

Fantastic experience: I just want to share my experience at Pasadena Prosthodonthics. This is the office of Dr. Christopher Marchack. I was referred to him by Dr. Charles Low my orthodontist. I just have praises for these two excellent dental healthcare providers. I think Dr. Marchack is an excellent prosthodontist. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is wonderful. He did a full evaluation of my teeth and recommended to do just the necessary work unlike other offices that just want to file your real teeth down so they can charge you for multiple veneers and crowns. When it was time to do the job I was very comfortable, Dr. Marchack and his team really take good care of their patients in every sense. At the time to have my new crowns I was so happy to see the results, they were excellent. Ray (Dr. Marchack’s technician) had matched the color of my crowns so perfectly that you can’t tell which teeth have crowns. Their prices are fair for the excellent service that they provide. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Marchack for 38 years. When I started treating my teeth were in horrible shape. It took a year and a half of intermittent visits to get my mouth is proper condition. Here's the point. In all the ensuing time I have needed almost no additional work. His workmanship is that good! I now drive nearly 30 miles three times a year for cleaning and that's it. He is a virtuoso in the world of dentistry.

Although going to the dentist is usually anxiety-provoking, Dr. Marchack and his excellent staff are so caring and warm that I immediately am able to put aside my anxiety and relax while he takes his time to work painstakingly and patiently. The office is well run, the we entire staff is warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Marchack and his staff are simply outstanding . Adjectives to describe what I experienced include but are not limited to : phenomenal, professional , caring, gentle , accommodating , clear, informative, effective, inspiring , consistent . His practice was recommended by a friend who had similar praise for his abilities . He has his own tooth fabricating shop in his office so crowns , bridges etc can be made while you’re waiting. I highly recommend him and have referred many.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Baldwin Marchack for over 35 years. Dr. Marchack and his staff consistently provide excellent, professional care. Recently, an old inlay fell out. Dr. Marchack saw me immediately and was able to make the repair and addressed an issue with another tooth as well.

I was very anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Chan was very patient with me and spend a lot of time trying to calm me down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Chan is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. It's not easy to find a good dentist for older adults like me, I highly recommend Dr. Chan!

Fantastic experience: Joan is a fantastic dental hygienist! All of the dentists are fabulous! A beautiful and very safe & clean office. Highly recommend!!!!

Positive experience: I think they clean teeth really well. They can be gentle when they need to be and they can also be more aggressive if they need to be. I like that they keep track of how your gums are doing after each visit so you know where in your mouth you need to work on to see improvement. My only issue is that it is very expensive here. For a cleaning, X-rays, and an exam the cost is about $350.

Fantastic experience: ** My experience with this practice has been and continues to be superior!** Because of chronic illness, I lost the one physical attribute that meant the most to me, my smile! As a result of a complex bacterial infection (Lyme), in order to save my life I had to have all of my teeth, multiple implants and some of my jaw bone removed… all before I turned 40. My worst fear has come true and I remained completely toothless for over 10 years. Finding Dr Marchack and his staff has been life changing. I’ve been treated by many individuals in the dental profession previously and I’ll admit, I’m extremely particular about my teeth (silly given I didn’t have any for so long) and those that work in my mouth. I have never found a dental practice that does such an exceptional job and my experience with each and every individual has exceeded my expectations! Dr Chris Marchack is truly gifted, meticulous and has an amazing eye for detail! His dental assistant Amber is aware of my needs without my saying a word, she’s sweet, gentle, observant, caring and has been an huge comfort since day one! The hygienist(s) do a great job and haven’t caused me pain while still making sure my teeth (implants, gums, etc) are thoroughly clean! Ray, the ceramist works miracles in their on site lab, he sees every tiny imperfection and makes the needed changes there on site. The front office staff is so helpful and pleasant, that reminds me of appointments, greet me with a smile and genuinely care about the patients. The end result is, I have my smile back!! My teeth look being amazing and are almost exactly like they were originally while being a perfect share of while that never had to be whitened. Dr Marchack and his team have given me far more than perfect looking implants… I have my smile back and the process has been great in spite of my unique needs!
