Fantastic experience: I broke off one of the teeth in my temporary partial. Dr. Kau’s staff had me bring it in. They got it to the lab for repair and it was back the next day. Dr. Kau made sure it still fit properly and I was good to go!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Kau & his team for years. They are tops. I needed to see him asap due to back molar pain. I was going out of town & wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. They got me in right away and he reassured me that it was just inflammation from a bad sinus cold. Relief!

She understood that I was scared beforehand and reassured me that I would be okay and would not feel any pain. Her clear explanations helped ease my fear and made the experience comfortable. Dr. Andy Kau is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I always recommend Dr. Kau to my friends and relatives. The office staff is helpful, friendly, and accomodating every visit. As an added bonus, Dr. Kau and his staff is top-notch! Lastly we truly and sincerely appreciate Susie’s (our dental hygienist) in cleaning and taking care of our teeth every six months.

Fantastic experience: Love my hygienist Liz. I feel like I’m in good hands. Her words have motivated me to make time in my schedule for consistent brushing and flossing — and the results speak for themselves. Dr Kau and Andrea are so solid, my wife and I pay 100% out of pocket because we’ve learned it’s worth it to get excellent dental care rather than what you receive from subsidized Medicare. We’ve been with Dr Kau for as long he’s been in this Pasadena location. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kau’s Dental office in Pasadena, CA is awesome. Been going here since Dr Lindner had the practice many moons ago. Dr. Lindner was smart to hand over the practice to Dr. Kau. Fantastic experience: Dr Andy Kau is professional, extremely knowledgeable & down to earth. I told him that my left side lower gum area is painful when chewing food. After his examination of the problem area, he took one x-ray & indicated that he noted no problem, he grinned my upper partial & have me bite many times, Dr Kau advises me try eat soft food & see what happens. It was a pleasant experience having Dr Kau is my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had mouth guards at other dental offices. But they provide the best one in they use a machine to take pictures (without having to sit with the goop in the mouth lol) which ends up being far more accurate assessment of bite. My TMJs love it!

Dr Kau himself is very professional and knowledgable. He isn't trying to upsell you on getting throngs you don't need done and he is very frank and honest. I appreciate that so much. Before Dr Kau's office, I had gone to another dentist in the area who told me I needed all this work done for tons of money. Dr Kau was very respectful and didn't try to do that. It's hard to find someone who truly cares for your well being. Dr Kau cares about his profession and his patients and will treat you with respect. Positive experience: Claudia my hygienist made me cough and shove the saliva ejector in my throat today on June 6, 2024. She didn’t tell me the problems for my teeth examination when doing the number count in my mouth. Very frustrating when she both rushed and at the end my mouth tasted like blood. Wouldn’t recommend Claudia as a hygienist if you want to rush things up.
