Fantastic experience: Bill is an outstanding dentist and an even better person. I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: I stopped going after about a cuple of years...i was 5min late 1x.. and he rushed that needle in my mouth to numb me up for a filling. The last time i went after that of course i noticed a difference no pain being inflicted It's been a couple years since that I haven't been back. Also the people that answer the phones can ve very short and rude.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Bender is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I have been to many dentists over the years. His ability and professionalism are why I give him 5 stars. I highly recommend him, and his staff could not be better!!

Negative experience: Linda is the only bright spot in this place. The woman at front desk mistakenly applied my prior payment from to my husband's account, which made his balance negative. They forced me to pay again before they would see me. She didn't even figure out what happened- I brought it to their attention on my way out. I was told I'd receive a call to straighten things out, I did not. Instead, I called multiple times, left voicemails, sent an email, all with no response. Not to mention the dental work, I had a slightly chipped front tooth and the resin chipped entirely off the very next day. If it was just this that happened, it'd be fine and I'd just ask for it to be revisited, but the condescension and lack of accountability at the front desk has driven me elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I’ve ever had in a chair. Dr. Bender Is the most professional efficient, caring doctor! Dr. Bender Solved all my issues and Concerns with Quality. His Staff / Team Was very professional. I am very thankful for him seeing me as a new patient. Great Experience

A very skilled dentist who has not only filled routine cavities, but has also done several crowns and two implants. He has a great manner with his patients. I also need to compliment his hygienist Kelly, who is excellent.

Dr. Bender and all of his staff are extremely professional, courteous and kind. When I arrive for my appointment, my wait time is just minutes, and I love that.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bender and office staff are very professional and kind. I enjoyed the visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bender placed a crown and filled two cavities in about 45 minutes. All very painless even without Novocain. Dr Bender has a new state of the art full mouth X-ray machine that precludes some of the uncomfortable older X-ray techniques. Nine members of my family have been going to him for many years. Very happy with all aspects of his dental treatment, staff and referrals to other local state of the art specialists when required. Actually he is now caring for the fourth generation of my family.

Negative experience: For starters, I called because your business had such a great google rating. But the person that answer your calls is seriously rude and unprofessional. When I called, I said I wanted to schedule an appointment and she asked "for what" (first nasty question) I told her what I needed and then she stated that you guys were no longer accepting new patients until April, which is understandable. The main issue is how she ended the call. She blatantly hung up on me, even though I had another question I couldn't even ask because of the rudeness and unprofessionalism of her hanging up on me. I'm not sure the problem but if you can't deal with people calling and being patient and kind you don't need that job. I'm a very humble and respectful person and I know what it means to be the face of a business. Sweetheart you failed your job and that caused this business a 1 star rating.
