Fantastic experience: They are very good at what they do. I was traumatized from a past extraction, and found myself needing another one. They did everything to make me feel comfortable, thank you. Great dentist & staff!!!

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for years and never had an issue till today. I went in for my regular cleaning and told them I didn’t want to do X-rays since I’m pregnant and I had just got some in December, they proceeded to say they couldn’t do my regular 6 month cleaning unless I had X-rays done, RIDICULOUS!

Negative experience: Of course a toothache is going to make someones BP skyrocket! Had they waited not even 20 mins for my blood pressure to go down I wouldnt still be sitting in pain with a bad tooth! I only gave 2 stars cause the staff was nice but this is crazy considering I came looking for an emergency extraction.

Negative experience: Arrived to appointment today to be told no insurance was on file for me. Once I provided my insurance information I was told it was not accepted. When I asked why no one called ahead to let me know about the issue w my insurance, I was told my voice mail was full. This is absolutely not true. I received all calls and vms for my appointment reminder. No mention of my insurance was left in the vms. I would really have appreciated for the front desk to be honest about their oversight.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome, i called at 830 am with toothach. The lady at front desk gave me 900 am appt and the Dentist and staff took away my pain in a gentle way!

Fantastic experience: The Dental Place is friendly, efficient, and thorough. I was first seen to evaluate my dental emergency and then returned in two weeks for my procedure. The staff greeted me by first name which was very impressive considering I was a new patient just two weeks ago. The office is clean and well kept. The staff take time to inform you what they are doing and answer any questions you may have. They are transparent about billing and out of pocket costs.

Positive experience: My daughter went in for a regular cleaning and the doctor hurt her and made her bleed. When she was done cleaning her teeth she didn’t ask if I had any questions and my daughter has a problem with a tooth that I had questions on. I was very disappointed with our visit today.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ho has been my son's dentist all his life (he's 13) and she is amazing and patient. My son is ADHD and autistic and always struggled with the dentist. He no longer has a hard time sitting there and allowing the dentist and staff to help him. The entire staff is super friendly and they really do out of there way to make the patient feel at ease.

Everyone knows who you are and are genuinely concerned about each person that walks through their door. My kids were always very scared to go to the dentist but Dr. Nicky and her staff always do such a wonderful job of making sure that they are comfortable and not in pain.

Fantastic experience: Best tooth extraction I've ever had!! Didn't even feel the numbing needle, hardly any pressure.. Dr Ho is awesome , fast , friendly and efficient.. highly recommend her service and clinic..Best cost around as well ...will definitely use her anytime I have another dental emergency or another dental need.. i was in severe pain and she got me right in within the hour of my call.. due to my health complications I had to get a release from my doctor because im on blood thinners but I was taken care of and feeling 100% better when it was done.. all done in the same day would have been done at 8am when I got there but had to wait for my Dr's approval.. staff is friendly and amazing as well!! Thank you gals I'm pain free n feel amazing!
