Fantastic experience: All of my grandkids go to Value Dental in Seagoville! We absolutely love the girls there!! They are always working with us on appt times due to school and athletics! Dr. Surina Chitkara is the Best!!

Negative experience: 9/2/2025 Insurance covered my cleaning and fillings. I requested glue to be removed from my teeth- I previously had braces from a different orthodontist. They charged me $200 separately to have the glue removed. Thank god I was payment ready. I Also wanted a whitening session but, they were OOS of whitening gel that day. Wouldn’t return. Nice area though.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at Value Dental and I would like to say this is the BEST experience I’ve ever had at ANY dental office. Dr. Surina was so kind and even allowed me to ask as many questions without making me feel rushed. Did I mention she sees kids too, and applies braces! I don’t know how I’ve got this long living in the Seagoville area and missing out on this gem! I will def be recommending this office to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Dr. C was fantastic! I was a bit nervous for my appointment since it's been awhile since I've been to the dentist. But Dr. C and her staff made the exam process easy and funny! No cavities, no plaque and a good friendly vibe. She was so gentle I could've fallen asleep during my cleaning. I'm definitely look forward to my next appointment!

It’s embarrassing for me being 25 years old and having a breakdown every time I go to the dentist and always needing so much work done, but the did not make me feel any type of way. They assured me everything would be fine and they would get me fixed up, and they sure did. They explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything in advance. 10/10

Negative experience: Came today Thursday at 1:45pm and the “Open” sign was on but the doors were locked. I waited outside the door for 5 minutes but nobody opened. The hours on the door say they close at 7pm today.

I called the office and they immediately got me in! The girls in the front were happy, bubbly, and helped me even fill out my paperwork. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth pain and made an appointment with very friendly lady over the phone who got me in quick and fast! The office is very clean with very professional ladies to help when you walk in! Definitely recommend for littles as well, got my son in and they all loved him.

Negative experience: My husband has infx. Been in extreme pain, pain running to ear & throat more than likely an infx. Made appt. With this dental office, was told they would wait on us coming from Hillsboro & was told that was fine. Halfway there, they call & tell us they cannot wait on us that office is about to close. Lady I spoke to said you called around 11:00 & you said you will be here from Crandall, when I stated I was coming to Hillsboro which is about 1 hr 1/2… what a disappointment!!!! I had no choice but to take my hubby to ER.***

Fantastic experience: Great dentist! There was a bit of a wait but there was a full house so that’s understandable. I originally went for a free braces consult, and left with a good deal on my braces. The girls are very welcoming, i got caught up in conversations with the young lady in the front. Overall good dentist and good people.

Negative experience: If I could make this zero Stars I would this is the absolute worst dentist office ever Within 5 years almost all of the fillings I had done have crumbled away in my mouth I have several teeth broken in half and several teeth have had to have pulled after they broke in half and it's only over the ones that this dentist office worked on
