Ideal Dental Balch Springs

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now, but only started recently seeing Dr. Dickie last year. But my review is mostly for the staff as a whole because I absolutely love coming to the office and hanging out with the girls! They’re so nice and friendly, yet they are very competent and capable and do their jobs very well. Dr. Dickie is also great to work with. They are also very amazing with my service dog! I definitely trust them with my dental health

Fantastic experience: Dr. Enemo was outstanding!! I had my wisdom tooth removed by her. The tooth was quite imbedded but she was able to extract it successfully without complications. I appreciate that she took her time, because I am aware that she could have sent me to oral surgery given how it was. She asked frequently how I was doing in between the procedure and listened to my concern. The entire staff was very pleasant and addressed my needs. I will recommend Dr. Enemo any day. 7/3/2024 Saw Dr. E again today as always she was awesome and so were the staff. Friendly and my procedure went very well.

Fantastic experience: I had the greatest experience with Dr Enemo. I had a tooth in the front of my mouth that had been repaired a couple of times over several years. It never came out right. It was discolored and still crooked. But Dr Enemo did her thing. She got my smile back!!!! Thank you Dr Enemo. You are a God sent!!

The nurse that took care of me B4 the doctor came in, she did an awesome job from listening to my concerns and making sure she did exactly what I asked to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable with the sensitivity of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved coming here… I came in with excruciating pain and crying and These ladies worked on me so wonderfully and I didn’t even realize they were done. I had an extraction and I didn’t feel a thing which I was so nervous about but they did everything so effortlessly… Thanks so much for everything and I will most definitely be coming back for all my dental needs. Nayeli and Dr.Enemo were the absolute best!!

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist before I even had my first dental appointment there. I’m gonna go ahead and switch providers cause they were real nice when they were trying to get me to go there , but really rude when I just now called Update they called and promised to remedy the situation only to make it worse. They scheduled three different appointments where they said they were gonna put caps on my daughter’s teeth the day she was supposed to go in and get the procedure because they specifically told her not to eat eight hours before they decided to call it a consultation. The specialist they called to do the caps decided before she even sedated my daughter that she was not gonna be able to be still in enough, my daughter is not that active. I think she had it decided before she even came in there. They told us that she would have to go to a different clinic where they would put her under put a tube in her mouth. I have to do an IV and we’d have to reschedule the appointment. Remind you this is the third time we’ve gone to them. They’ve done x-rays they did another set of x-rays today not even two months after doing their initial set of x-rays and I had already had x-rays from her other doctor emailed to them. Don’t go to this location they seem very scamming. Just looking to make a quick Bill off the doctors appointment or the visit but they don’t do any procedures. My experience at this location is complete and utter unprofessionalism and inadequate care.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this clinic. Office manager, Priscilla helped me tremendously trying to get in quickly for a root canal. Dr. Ben is great and numbs you up very well. I definitely recommend this clinic for great friendly customer service and amazing service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility and staff. Everyone was kind, understanding and knowledgeable from the front receptionist to the dental team. I had a wisdom teeth extraction and I had no swelling or pain the next day. Dr. Han did a excellent job!

Negative experience: If zero stars were an option that's what I would put. I scheduled an appointment online, received a confirmation email for the appointment, when I arrived for my appointment time the office was not open. The times on the doors indicated that they were open on Saturday from 9am -3pm however they were not.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment a week In Advance got reminder texts and everything came to my scheduled appointment and they said they didn’t have any booking for me and they’re are other booking and I’d have to wait which is very weird! And the 1st time I tried to get an appointment here someone told me they didn’t accept my insurance I called my provider afterwards and they said they DO accept it which was the first weird incident. I’m getting discrimination vibes from this location for sure !

Negative experience: This dentist office has high turn over. There's always new faces when I visit. Dr. Enemo isn't good at communicating with her patients. There's better dentist offices in the area. Do yourself a favor and Shop around.

Fantastic experience: I found this dentist last year and I can honestly say it has been the best one I have been to since I was a child. Dr. E and the staff there are compassionate and understanding and make sure you know your options pertaining to treatments. They get you in and out with little to no wait. The lady that runs the insurance (don’t know name) is also very awesome she always breaks down into detail what prices are and what my insurance pays and what I have to if needed. They also work with you on payment plans which was a bonus for me. Overall a great team and keep up the great work!

Positive experience: My experience with the Doctor and her assistant was great. It wasn't until the receptionist at the front desk didn't run my insurance correctly trying to make me pay more than I was supposed to ( glad I do my own research) and than she did not call in my pain medication to the pharmacy like she said she would (I should have stay until she did it) but anyways now I'm home just had a tooth extraction and sutures and all I have is extra strength tylenol

Negative experience: Evebody was kind and courteous at this office. I went only to see an Endo dentist for a check up. My primary dentist wanted a second opinion. I had an appointment at 10 am and I had to wait 2 hours to be helped. I left this office at 12:45 pm.

They Have so much patience for the little ones making them feel comfortable throughout there procedures and once done rewarding them with a surprise ...Thanks again now my child love brushing her teeth.

Negative experience: Awful... came in pain and i left in pain.. waited almost two hours to be seen.. then was told they would pull my tooth..but after i chose a cheaper extraction method.. i was told i have to reschedule for next week .. Dont go here if your in pain and dont have at least 300 to spare and that was with my insurance.. they dont care if your in pain.. they just want to make as much money as possible off you..smh

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr.Enemo for years for all my dental needs. She is practically my daughter at this point. There is an aura she carries that is sweet, beautiful, knowledgeable and sincere. Today she and Valeta did amazing job in my mouth as usual. Valeta is equally an amazing staff.

Negative experience: Be careful and make sure you get an itemized quote before the service is done. They will overcharge you and not complete the work even after getting you to take out their loans plus the full amount the insurance pays. When asking for proof, the front desk rep Alex make sure she speaks in a hostile manner and hang up on you. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and submitting docs to the ins commissioner.

Fantastic experience: Jomecea is very nice when she takes care of you. She is very kind and knows how to start a conversation even when you’re bad at it lol. Dr. Enemo made me very happy with taking my plaque off of my teeth. 5/5 would recommend. Staff is very friendly

Positive experience: Appt scheduled for 9:30 AM. Was seen at 10:30 AM the staff were all very friendly, conversational & the DA was very helpful. A little miscommunication on the initial appointment booking and Ebele Enemo, made it right. Enemo, was very detailed regarding her evaluation and made sure she answered all questions & concerns. The spaces are plenty, and the rooms are comfortable, clean the tv was in a great spot.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing both of my kids here since they were born and we have always been taken really good care of! My 4 year old is TERRIFIED of anyone in scrubs so to say it's been hard at times to get him to cooperate is an understatement! After a few failed attempts in the past, we finally were able to get him to let someone do X-rays on him! Jomekea is the first and only person who was able to get him to let her do her job! She was so sweet and patient with him. She kept making him laugh and smile which really helped the process! Thanks to her, he was able to get X-rays and the work done on his teeth that he needed and I couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office is always so nice and it's clear that they all love what they do!
