Fantastic experience: Very clean environment and friendly staff. I have been taking my son here for about 3-4 years and now my daughter of almost 2. When their location closed down for repairs they provided us with gas cards for their temporary location. Happy to see their original office is back open.

Negative experience: I love this place don’t get me wrong and the dr and assistants are amazing but the lady that confirms the appointments she messed up on my appointment so many times usually your supposed to call the customer and confirm it but I never received a call until finally I called and ask is my appointment still on Friday she says we tried to call you but no answer I ask what number do you have she said oh my bad I was off one number you have to reschedule she did this to me twice I work at a school I can’t keep putting in days . So she ask me to call back to see if I can schedule off august 25 or 30 I said ok will do she said schedule before the kids come back for back to school so today I checked my schedule and I could schedule for the 30 th she said sorry you will have to schedule in September ‍♀️too make a long story short I was so mad I try to take a deep breath to tell her well can I do September 28 she said yes I ask are you the same lady I talk to she said no but she lied she was I remember what people sound like supervisors really need to train the front counter people on the error’s that they make just a suggestion

Negative experience: Everything was good until the last time I took my son in for a quick check up I was disappointed ,1st of all the doctor came in with a rude vibe I ignored it until my son asked her if he could have a toothbrush all happy she then looked at him and said “no until you come back for check up” then walked away. My son was confused I felt bad come on it was just a toothbrush .it was just rude to me.

Fantastic experience: We love it here! Our 2 kids (5 and 6yr old) always get excited for their dentist appointment. Staff is very sweet and patient. The lobby is very kid friendly with plenty of games, toys and a screen with movies. Dentist staff is friendly and patient with every visit. Kids are always happy to leave with a balloon and tooth brush. Even though our family moved to forney, we still make the drive because this office is so awesome.

Fantastic experience: This dental location by far has been the best I’ve ever been to with my children! The doctor & assistants were so kind and accommodating even with seeing 4 kids at one time! I recommend this dentist to any one with kids!

Negative experience: Waited about an hour and a half to be seen.. just so one of my kids could get her teeth brushed.. then I was told to wait so they could work on the other one. They took way too long so I had to leave. Dentist didn’t even bother to check my kids correctly.. and seem to not want to do her job after explaining to her my concerns. Don’t waste your time..

Negative experience: This office is horrible, the dentists are good but staff is extremely unprofessional and just makes the office horrible. I tried to stick around but each visit got worse. I recently went in for my kids appointments and they were playing extremely inappropriate music that clearly had curse words in it. They also just happened to tell me that the dentist was not in the office yet after I waited 38 minutes after my appointment time and the only reason “the manager” which clearly wasn’t told me is because I asked when I was going to be seen. She offered to reschedule my appointment and I told her that I’d be switching offices and her answer was “ok”. I DONT recommend this office at all.

Negative experience: Office is nice Staff friendliness with children 0 If your going to work with children at least act like “you like children”! My daughter had a very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. My daughter has autism and they are very understanding and take their time with her. They make sure to check her teeth and do the fluoride treatment. I have also had to reschedule twice and the have been very understanding. Overall, very friendly and professional. I am very happy I decided to come here, will continue to bring my daughter and family members.

Negative experience: Dentist took my money and wasn’t willing to do my filling. However, she’s done fillings for my family that also goes to this place. I felt like she was grossed out by my condition and refused to do my filling and instead referred me to another dentist. Oh but she definitely did take my money and waste my time. Incredibly entitled dentist. Worst experience.

I had my appointment scheduled 2 months before and the day of the appointment the orthodontist says No more patients because it takes me a while to put them on and I'm going to finish late it's not my fault that they schedule more than five people at the same time I wasted two months waiting for this unprofessional orthodontist I will take my time and money elsewhere but NEVER here. 0 stars for this place.
