Fantastic experience: Very quick service the atmosphere was perfect for my child who is battling with anxiety she was not nervous actually ready to get her teeth done

Negative experience: I prefer the Mesquite location. Ashley is the best at keeping my kids calm. My kids were extremely overwhelmed, way to any people and we waited so long. Dentist assistants here are not as friendly as the Mesquite Location. Only reason we went there was to get braces information for my daughter and still didn't get a straight answer. When I was going to schedule their next appointment. The lady at the desk explained that they have orthodontist at the Mesquite location.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentistry it handles regular dental, braces and wisdom teeth removal anesthesia. The staff is so kind the dentist too. Love it here I’m always in an out no hours of waiting

Negative experience: Worst place ever ! They change my appointment to different times when they confirm a time with me. They express that it is a call center that takes calls. The staff is very unprofessional and no knowledge of what they are doing. There is no one on call there that has knowledge and professional to assist on doing dental work on young children. They state it is the call center which the call center even expressed I would be able to go with my child in the room to ensure my child is comfortable for procedure. They express to me that a call center schedules appointments. There communication is terrible and even the appointment times being told are inconvenient. This should really be fixed because the office expressed they have policies but won’t honor the time that their call center expresses nor anything they say. They state that they are learning and it’s a call center you must ask to speak to someone in office which I did as well.

We have been coming to your clinic since we moved from New Orleans, I believe around the time you first opened. The staff are so friendly and professional. I truly appreciate both the dentists and the orthodontists for being so respectful and welcoming. Your appointment reminders and affordable payment plans make things very easy for us. The clinic itself is always clean and bright, and my children really enjoy the area where they can play and watch movies. I especially want to thank the team for being so accommodating. I usually have two assistants help my family to make the X-rays and cleanings go faster, which is a huge help with my four boys. They love it there just as much as I do. Fantastic experience: My 1st time here in this office. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter is getting lots of work done on her teeth . I know my daughter is well taken care of. They have a small playground for the kids. We were watching a movie while waiting to be called.

Negative experience: I’d be cautious about coming here for any orthodontics. My son has been in braces for over five years now. They’ve switched orthodontists on us multiple times. Each of the times we have switched, they have started a completely different treatment than the previous doctor. One literally told us, “I’m not real sure what the previous doctor was doing.” Additionally, they habitually see us 30+ minutes later than our appointment time with no real good explanation why. The place seems clean. The people are pleasant enough. There, I said something nice. Edit: They told me during our appointment today that they don’t even have his treatment records from the first 2+ years of his treatment because they switched systems or something. Ok.

Negative experience: This experience was horrible for me as a parent and for my boys who are 3 and 6. Our appt was at 130pm. We did not go back until 215pm and did not walk out until about 305pm. I get it spring break everyone wants to get in however it would have been more acceptable to say we are full or at capacity instead of overbooking. After asking how much longer the wait would be at 257pm and if we needed to reschedule someone came to began exams. Between both my boys exams where completed in less than 10 mins leaving me to feel as though and adequate exam was not completed.

Negative experience: Not what I expected I made an appointment for 1pm got there at 12:45pm kind of knew to get there early because I was a new patient I had to fill out paperwork ((they didn’t tell me)) anyways I wasn’t seen till 2pm then the nurses looked a little annoyed idk why then the girl checking me out was helping me and someone else on the phone while the girl next to her was just sitting there playing with her hair I picked this place because it had good reviews but I won’t be going back

Fantastic experience: Jace had a great experience with Dr Corey. He did a great and thorough check of Jace’s teeth. He let us know that Jace has cavities and we will be making the correction by filling them Before it was too late. Thank you!!

Negative experience: My 10 yr old child had a tooth extraction a few months ago and a spacer maintainer was put in to prevent teeth from shifting and to allow adult tooth to come in. The spacer fell out (2nd time this happens) so I scheduled a consultation for another spacer to be put in. The day of, the dentist agreed and advised he needed another spacer put in. I get scheduled for this procedure the following week at 3:30pm I was finally called back past 4pm. They seemed very busy so I was understanding of the wait time. The dental assistant starts the laughing gas on my son and a moment later the dentist walks in and asks why his spacer fell out again for the second time. She seemed in a rush and then proceeded to say my son did NOT need the spacer if it was going to keep coming off and said there was no point of replacing it if I was going to come back in a few weeks with the same situation, that we can just talk about braces in the future if the teeth shift. Mind you, we had already had a previous consultation where she was the one that said it was necessary. It was hot in there, I had a crying baby and I had already waited 40 mins in the waiting area that I did not even process what was happening. While my child is on laughing gas, we were dismissed and told the gas will wear off shortly. I left work early, took my son out of school early, and waited patiently, all for no procedure to be done.i would have appreciated if the dentist had told me this at my initial consultation for the replacement. I am infuriated at what happened now that I can process the situation. He is left with a half spacer in his mouth since it wasn’t even removed completely.

Fantastic experience: This is a very clean and cute dentist for kids. They have colorful lights everywhere, a treehouse and iPad station in the waiting room and movies to watch during the cleanings. The kids get a token for the toy machines after the visit.
