Fantastic experience: Musso Family Dentistry has been my dentist of choice for the last few years, and my appointment today reminded me of why. From scheduling to checking in to my X-rays and cleaning and planning for future care, the staff is always so welcoming and caring. I am admittedly a pretty high anxiety person, especially around medical and dental appointments, but today as with past appointments here I was totally at ease. Lori did my cleaning and was very attentive and helpful, and helped me keep calm despite me admittedly neglecting my dental care for the last year or so. (Like, a gingivitis cleaning probably could have been a bit more stressful but even with tender gums it was all fine!) Dr. Bounds was, as always, warm and able to walk me through next steps for my plan of care clearly, and the person who handles financial (I'm so sorry I'm blanking, Paula I think?) helped break down my future costs to something doable through the in-house plan. Obviously no one wants to go through fillings and crowns and beyond, but I'm not dreading coming back soon for additional care in the least. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to everyone at the practice.

Fantastic experience: If you want the best service and honest caring advice, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Musso Dental. Mike and Mark have been helping me for many years, and before that their father Frank was my dentist. I think the pricing there is fair. You may be able to find a lower rate but I wouldn't trust anyone else! I firmly believe you get what you pay for and here you get your monies worth. Their equipment is state of the art and it is always spotless. Also the staff is very attentive. So I don't hesitate to give them a five star rating. They are also great guys and a joy to be around!

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with my last visit to the dentist. I was overcharged by $50, and the way the situation was handled made me feel unappreciated as a patient. The staff member I spoke with didn’t seem to care about my concerns or my business. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to cancel my treatment and will not be returning to this office. They could have issued a credit or something.

I started off with Dr.Mark who not only validated my aesthetics concerns, but went deeper into the functionality of the alignment of my teeth. It is because they are truly the best in the Metroplex. When I walk through their doors, they make me feel like I am walking into a family members home. I believe I was a youngster in high school. I remember walking into a small quaint building filled with such friendly, humble and professional people. They made you feel almost like you were apart of their family. I would come in fearing a deep cleaning or filling but they would talk/coach me through the entire procedure making me feel more comfortable than when I entered. I’m still seeing these guys til this day in 2025! They are the same cool guys I met back when.
