The environment here in general is very welcoming! The aligners themselves are comfortable, fit well, and feel high quality. I’m very happy with my experience so far and confident in my treatment. My baby was nervous to visit the dentist but Sandra made her feel very comfortable and was communicating everything she was going to do. The doctor was very kind as well and the appointment started and ended very quickly! Super professional here down to the staff in the front! Very lovely people and lovely experience! Negative experience: I took my daughter to this office for a new patient visit. Everything went fine until the end. As we where leaving I realized they hadn't given her the fluoride treatment that they said was included in the 186.00$ visit. She also didn't receive a goody bag that is normally given to new patients, as I saw at least 2 children leave with a little goody bag. We also wanted to fix her cavities as she has 2. Keep in mind we are self pay. They are charging 495 $ for one tooth and 425 for the other. That sounds ridiculous as the doctor said they were a minor. Besides one of the cavities in on her baby tooth which I would assume would fall out on it's own. I was just disappointed as this place has many wonderful reviews!

Negative experience: Receptionist was rude and cocky! Learn some manners and learn to admit fault when you are wrong. I don’t need to understand my insurance you need to understand that you were wrong and if I would have gone with what they told me it would have cost me $2k. Glad I got my insurance on 3 way! Do better next time!

Fantastic experience: I can see why the place have a 4.9 rating. But I believe it need a 5. Every was soo nice and respectful. The orthodontist was extremely professional. Never have I ever went to the dentist and they have explain they she do. When I didn't understand the dental language she broke it down and explain to where I knew exactly what she was talking about. The lady who goes over insurance coverage was extremely helpful. Never have I ever went to any type of business where all staff were just great!!!

Negative experience: We were there for over two hours. Our first appointment was at 9, and we didn’t get called back until 10. There were two sets patients called back prior our turn (supposedly, we had the first appointment of the day).

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this pediatric dental office! The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The office is bright, colorful, and designed with kids in mind, which helps to distract from any dental anxiety. They are very thorough with their explanations about the treatment. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we've found our go-to dental office for years to come!

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this office for almost 5 years and never had an issue. I scheduled my son’s appointment ahead of time for 4:30pm and confirmed it on the link they sent out. The day of the appointment i was sent an appointment reminded for 4pm. This is not the first time they have changed my time without my knowledge. It would have been fine if they simply called and asked if i can come earlier but to just change my time without speaking to me is not ok. Anyways, we go to the appointment and the dentist seemed like he was in a rush and just wanted to go home. I later went home and checked my son’s teeth only to find his gums were bleeding. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

Fantastic experience: Right when you walk in there’s a cute play area for the kids to play in while you wait. The environment is very colorful and welcoming to children too . My son gets happy every time we come here. I was referred to this dentist because my son had a lot of cavities, and I’m so happy I was. They fixed up all of his cavities and placed crowns for him as well. They also cut my son’s tongue tie using the laser method. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The day before the surgery, the anesthesiologist called to tell me what I should expect and told me things I can do to minimize nausea for my son. They even sat with me again before the procedure to explain their plan. I highly recommend this dentist , and looking forward to my son’s next checkup!

Fantastic experience: my first time visiting this office was due to an emergency. I am so thankful for the front office staff being so kind and patient. The dentist was also kind and knowledgeable and helped reassure my fears. I will be switching offices to become a regular patient here.

Fantastic experience: The team here is wonderful! They’ve helped my son establish a great oral care routine, and he’s looking forward to starting braces soon. We usually get seen quickly, but when they’re busy, there might be a short wait. Even then, they stay organized and efficient, which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: My son is 2 and does not like it when I brush his teeth, so I could only guess how well he would react to having strangers poking around in his mouth. I was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, professionalism, and empathy shown by the Pediatric Pro staff. They were amazing with him! The children's play area in the waiting room helped him calm down, too. The dentist explained that they only visually inspect the teeth and start doing X-rays at the age of 3, and demonstrated how to floss (he let them floss!) The exterior of the building doesn't really adequately show how cute this place is on the inside. We'll be back!

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk personnel to the Dr and anesthesiologist were just great!!! I was referred to Dr. Bayat by a friend and was extremely pleased. When we did the consultation it was very easy and the ladies at the front desk did all the insurance transfer. The nurses in the back were super sweet to out son who is on the spectrum. They kept him calm and entertained. The day of his procedure we had some issues with our insurance and thought I would have to reschedule and taking off work was just going to be a hassle since I had scheduled that day off already. We left got everything straightened out went back and they were able to see him and continue his procedure. The anesthesiologist was very professional and calmed my nerves so it made everything much more easier. I highly recommend this clinic .

Negative experience: First time I was going to visit scheduled a week in advance and when I arrived they told he a provider change was needed it was a Saturday. Would have been nice if the day I scheduled the receptionist would have asked the necessary questions and informed me ahead of time if the provider change etc. Really disappointed because I was referred by a friend who had a great experience with them.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an ortho consult and the team was very kind and courteous.The front desk was very helpful and time efficient. Had my paperwork ready at my arrival. When i was called in the dental assistant was very sweet. Walked me through all the X-rays and did a great job explaining everything to me. Dr. Shakourian then came and gave me an option on both braces and invisaline along with pros and cons of both. I needed some work done before i could get them done and luckily i was able to get it completed here another day with Dr. Bayat without having to go somewhere else. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 5 and on the spectrum and has been going here for a year now. I highly recommend this office for ASD children that have anxiety about going to the dentist. I just bring her noise canceling head phones to drown out the drilling noise. They are extremely patient with her, I love how they tailor their approach to each child. I have never had a complaint or long wait. The ladies at the front desk are nice, the Dr is great and very thorough. My daughter now loves going to the dentist every 6 months because she knows she's going to walk away with clean teeth, a balloon and a goodie bag (new toothbrush etc and sticker) when she's all done. Thank you Pediatric Pro for making it stress free now when taking her to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: It's very nice! The people are very good with children and the scenery is great! I love the children's drawings on the wall, it makes it very inviting. I also love that they give out toothbrushes, stickers, and balloons. These small touches really make a difference and show how much you care about your customers. ♥️

Fantastic experience: I searched all over for an oral surgeon that would let me be with my baby since she was so little, I worried! Pediatric Pro allowed me to watch her go to sleep and come back to wake her up. Dr. Robert the Anesthesiologist was very helpful as well. Overall I highly recommend! Very caring staff from front to back.

Negative experience: The lack of communication is what drove me to write this review. I have brought both of my children and the back office experience was exceptional but when it comes to the front, there's a few things that they could work on. That being providing proper and accurate information and theres a lack of professional. We scheduled my children's appointments over the phone with Rosa and unfortunately she lacked in providing the accurate information regarding finances. When we scheduled my daughter's second appointment she confirmed with me that we could add to my current payment plan and we will be able to proceed with treatment without an additional down payment. Mind you, I pay for everything out of pocket. I come today with the expectation of getting treatment done and she denies treatment because we had to do a payment today. A payment which she did not express over the phone a week ago when we created the appointment. My child is in pain today and because of the lack of compassion and communication on Rosa's end my daughter has to suffer. Regarding the professionalism she did not care for the HIPAA protocol. As shes speaking to me about finances, she exposes my private information while there are multiple patients in the lobby. I too work in the dental field and HIPAA is a big deal. She has ruined the experience at this dental office.

Fantastic experience: We've been to at least 3 different children's dentists in the area. At this point we've been going to Pediatric Pro for about a year and a half and they're the best! (Genuine, unprompted review.) Dr. Bayat and his staff are great with my kids. He and his team are honest and straightforward. Between my children we've had visits where they need a crown, visits where they've only needed cleanings and exams, and visits where I was concerned about my child's teeth and needed an urgent appointment. I am very glad we found this children's dentist office. I always feel like I'm getting all my questions answered honestly and that this team is actually looking out for the best interest of my children's teeth. I really appreciate that and the all people there.

Negative experience: It was our first time experiencing this dentist, I was not happy with both of my kids cleaning, we had our appointment but took them 40 minutes to call us. And cleaning took less than 5 minutes. It was exhausting. Not going back

We live in Forney now but still drive to Garland to this Dentist. One time during Covid-19, the dentist answered all of my questions through Facebook the weekend. Fantastic experience: My son ate sticky candy and his front silver cap came off. Of course his main dentist office is closed on Mondays. So as a panicking mom I start freaking out. Lucky I came across Children's Dentistry and they made me and appt. They got me in and out within an hour. (probably would have been shorter if my son wasn't so dramatic) The ladies and Dr. were SUPER sweet and gently. Made us feel like we were regulars. Definitely considering changing dentists for my son. They were super close to where I live

My daughter has dental anxiety and the doctor and the assistant were very patient and worked very well with her. I found this office through Google and I was very skiptical but my son had dental trama and they were open during pandemic. They were open during pandemic and on a day that was declared a snow day in Garland and they were still there, they are very dedicated and professional. From the time I made the first phone call. I am very appreciative of this office.

Fantastic experience: I had been put off by every other dentist and I was finally referred to them after 9 months of run arounds and I’m soooooo thankful and glad we found them the doctors and staff are amazing! My 7yr old son needed anesthesia due to his fear of dentists and needed couple teeth pulled as well as other work. The doctor Ali Bayat who did our consult was really nice and assured us we came to the right place. When it came time dr Sara did his work and she answered all our possible questions (we were overly worried lol) the anesthesia doctor was amazing and helped my son calm his nerves with jokes as he fell asleep. I was prepared for when he woke up to be in extreme pain and the next few days horrible. But they did such an awesome job my son literally just slept in the car but after that he didn’t have extreme pain or swelling they were so gentle and did an amazing job I’m so glad and will gladly refer them any day!!! This was definitely a god thing and I thank the amazing staff and doctors thank you

Positive experience: I was referred to Pediatric Pro by my daughters regular dentist office. She has a condition called G6PD. I was told pediatric pro was properly equipped in case an emergency were to arise. When I arrived the doctor informed me that the procedure might have to be done at Children’s hospital just to ensure my daughters safety. At 1st I was disappointed because 1. I wanted them to perform the procedure right away and 2. I thought they were fully equipped. However, looking at the whole picture, I was very pleased that they were taking extra precautions. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Rosa is amazing and I’m actually going to switch over all my children to this dentist office.

They give balloons instead of stickers and my daughter loves getting her balloon (that’s the only reason she’ll go). Very clean open facility. I will continue to bring my daughter here.

Fantastic experience: Update: a year later, still going strong. Both my children are cared for by Pediatric Pro. It’s always easy to set an appointment. Their staff are always pleasant. Dr. Bayet is very personable and easy going with children and parents, always ready to explain and show what is going on with the kids’s mouths. We will keep going back for years to come.
