Fantastic experience: Over a year later and Dr. Eslami and his staff are STILL GREAT! Nothing to add here, so I'll just leave my original comments in-tact! Great Dentist! Great staff! Dr. Eslami is excellent. He's not one of these overly-zealous dentists that feel like they HAVE to do SOMETHING to your teeth just because you came into his office. He takes his time and really evaluates what's going on. If what you have going on is minor, then you get a minor diagnosis and treatment. My trust in him that he will ONLY do what you need done (and not drum up costs) is very high. He'll take care of you, which is my #1 priority. I highly recommend him!

Negative experience: I dont recommend going here i was treated rudely here by two staff and constantly felt like i was being judged and embarrassed by their rude commentary The staff easily gets annoyed by people who have uncontrollable gag reflexes!

Fantastic experience: It was the best first experience compared to the other dentists' offices that I had visited before. My visit was initially to see the orthodontist for my son and in the same day I switched the whole family to this clinic. Amanda was the DA. that worked on my son teeth then mine the next day. She was very gentle and the best part is that the doctor(Rahimi) was supervising all the work done by all the DA. I chose this clinic based on the reviews and location and I feel that I should put my review too for the others struggling to find the best fit. They are the best !!!!

Fantastic experience: Fair pricing and Honest diagnoses, checked in on time and doctor saw me right away , didn’t try to up sell me anything, vs the other place that I went , they had told me that I have a gum disease and I needed 4 fillings, doctor said I have no issues and they did the cleaning and I was out in 30 minutes. My daughters are going to have braces with Dr. Rahimi , both doctors will tell you exactly what you need to get done. Staff will work with you over the phone, I changed insurance and the transition of the insurance was smooth without any issues. Also they speak Spanish!! Lo recomiendo muchísimo!! I stumbled upon Optima Dentistry which was less than 2 miles from my home and wanted to give them a try. I was so delighted by the customer service and professionalism. Dr. Eslami and team are really great at what they do. He (Dr. Eslami) really takes pride in his work, in fact, he will go an extra mile to explain to you about your very needs; I've been to many places that are disingenuous and incompetent, but not at Optima. They're not after stripping every dollar they can from your insurance company, they actually care and won't perform any work on you that's not needed. I love this place and my family and I will be a family with Optima for life!
