Negative experience: For self pay patients they can't even estimate a quote for a cleaning over the phone, just that you will either need a regular or deep cleaning and can only find out after paying for an exam and xrays. That seems super sketchy.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my visit with Rodem Tree. I have taken my grandchildren there for over 10 years and now I started going there about a year ago. My previous dentist moved too far away, so I thought about trying Rodem Tree for myself. I have been there three times and had a great experience every time. Staff is friendly and Dr. Nam is patient and kind. I needed a Saturday appointment so this worked out great!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr. Nam for crowns, cavities and now an implant. I have had the best service and the least amount of pain than any other experience with a dentist. Dr. Nam and her assistants are so calming, supportive and up-to-date on the latest technology in what I thought was going to be scary and painful experiences. Their staff really treats you like family and are willing to help with scheduling and financing. I brag about them to my family and friends all the time.

Having three implants and one that failed after 20 plus years, I was blessed to choose Rodem Tree to restore it. Thus far, the experience has been outstanding!

The office is clean and decorated beautifully. They offer drinks and snacks in the waiting room. But the best part is the staff. They make you feel like you’re seeing an old friend. (Neat bonus - they let me choose what tv show to watch in the overhead tv!)

Fantastic experience: I am so very happy with my care from Dr. Nam and her staff. Dr. Nam is not only extremely professional but a master of her craft. She is so very personable, compassionate and relatable. It also has to be said that Rodem Dental is affordable. I have been to other dentist in the area. I felt their fees where extremely over inflated . I understand that dental insurance does not cover as much as it should. But to charge the patient such absorbent fees puts dental care out of reach for many. Which is shameful! Rodum Dental is fair with their fees and provide extremely great care! I am an extremely satisfied patient!

Fantastic experience: I had a filling fall out(from a previous dentist at another location) i tried calling multiple places but no one would fill it my first appointment. They all want patients to coke in for X-rays and then another appointment for actual work. When i called Rodem tree i was very blunt about needing work done the day of my appointment haha. They had no problem getting me in fast and filling multiple cavities. I really do recommend this office. They really made sure i was calm and not in pain while they worked! Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I really like everyone there. They are so friendly, and they make me feel welcomed every time I go there. Dr. Nam is patient and knowledgeable, and I feel her team takes personal interest in me, and the care of my teeth. I've had different dental needs, which they have taking care of each time. Lately I have two dental implant work in progress. They use the latest digital imaging technology and 3D navigation to precisely position the post. There's no incisions and very little invasive side affects - all leading itself to less pain - did I say LESS PAIN! I have also appreciated there willingness to work with me with insurance and payment plans that work for me. I highly recommend!

I discussed my condition with various doctors, and they advised me that getting my implant surgery would be extremely difficult and expensive. I value Dr. Nam's integrity and expertise. Dr Nam and her entire staff are committed to making sure you receive the best care from your first contact and through every part of your experience. Much more than just receiving quality care she genuinely cares about all of her patients and it shows. To properly detail all of the reasons to recommend Rodem Tree would take far too much space so, in short, you will not find a better, more caring or highly skilled dentist and staff than Dr Nam has assembled. Positive experience: my family and I have come here for several years and absolutely loved our dentist and dental assistance however the receptionist or office staff (whoever makes the appointments) has an issue being respectful and customer service centric. Because of this I have chosen to start my families treatment at Bayside Dental in Rowlett. I just don’t have tolerance for poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: I am literally terrified of the dentist. I get anxiety and high blood pressure as I walk through the door. Every single person who works at Rodem is so understanding, so patient, and just all around wonderful to work with for any dental procedure. I have gotten a root canal there and it was the smoothest root canal I have ever had from prepping for the procedure to the after care plan everything was a breeze.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at Rodem Tree and I love it already. The atmosphere of the office is warm and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe coming during the pandemic because of the measures they are taking. You have to call them when you arrive and they tell you when to come in. They take your temperature and have you fill out a COVID screening as soon as you come in. Everyone is nice and Dr. Nam is great. She makes sure you are aware of your treatment plan, shows you pictures and explains what’s going on, and tells you all costs associated before performing the work. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit to what is now my new dentist and let me tell you this place is great. I've never felt so welcome and well looked after at a dentist office. Seriously, this is the first dentist I have ever had that puts your comfort first to make sure you have as enjoyable an experience as possible. As someone who has a bit of anxiety when it comes going to the dentist they quickly picked up on it and made sure I was able to relax. I am actually looking forward to going back even. If you need a new dentist or just want to upgrade your experience you have to come here.
