Fantastic experience: My daughter has a cracked tooth and her primary dentist was closed. Vida saw us quickly and took the absolute best care of her! Staff was very knowledgeable, polite and kind. Dentist was extremely thorough, patient, and took the time to ensure we were taken care of. 10/10 recommend is anyone needs immediate help or a primary dentist.

Everything else is a plus, the dentists are patient and kind, answer any questions we have, no attitudes at all (and I’ve had quite the experiences at other dentists before), definitely will continue to come back!

Fantastic experience: Came in Today and got a Crown done.The Place was very Clean and they had snacks as well.I had Dr.Orelus work on my teeth with Esmeralda assisting her.Joana washed my teeth and answered any other questions I Had.They were both very nice and very helpful answering all my questions and concerns.At some points during the process they stopped and asked if I was doing okay and always made me feel comfortable.April was helpful finding the best options for me and my Husband.April informed me about what my insurance covered and what I would be paying out of pocket.

The doctor was able to help us. All the women were so beautiful and nice. Office was very clean and professional. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had a miscommunication issue the first time my husband visited Vida Dentistry in Garland but their customer service actually does follow up with you and listens to the customer. I explained the situation, they listened to my concerns, and actually went above and beyond to remedy the situation. You don’t see customer service like that anymore. Would recommend just because of their customer service!

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. Tiny Teeth is 100% better. This facility waiting room is Super tiny game room is tight spaced while the wait is long more then an hr . Front desk is not very welcoming , then you get to the rooms and the play room is bigger than the dentist rooms! The dental assistants are not friendly super serious . If you had multiple kids they try to have them in separate rooms to try & speed things up. Doctor doesn’t care to conversation or comfort your children it gives I’m just here for a check & leave. Restrooms are dirty not cleaned often

Negative experience: It's frustrating as I would like to trust the dentistry and its charges instead of having to check every time, and have to debate with the staff to prove them wrong. When they should just accept the customer feedback and check instead of debating customers and later be proved wrong. The dentist and nurse are amazing. But the staff dealing with insurance and charges are not the most efficient and I would say, arrogant. The first time they were so sure and told me my crown selfpay is at 50%, I had to insist them to check as thats not the rate in my policy and they came back and confirmed it is 25% indeed. And the next time I came, the bill was at 50% again and I asked them to update. They said they did, and I paid. Later to find out they only update 1 item of the charge, the other item still charged me at 50% not 25% and again they insisted it is completely right. I had to bring up my last billing and prove the crown build up is also at 25%. I also dont appreciate the receptionist's attitude, she kept saying charge is right, its only 5 dollar difference and ask why would I care. First it is 50 dollar difference, second even if it’s only a $5 difference, it’s not up to her to decide whether it’s worth raising — that’s customer's call. And what's ironic is later she admitted that the insurance manager is not there, she's not sure about the charges. Which is after she debated me for 5 mins and kept telling me I was wrong. I dont think I will come back after the crown finished. Have to debate to get charges right is way too much to me.
