The care and attention they provide, along with taking the time to explain every step, kept me comfortable throughout my procedures. They even checked on me afterward to make sure I was doing well. Whether you need a simple cleaning or something more involved like I did, I can confidently recommend this office.

I especially want to highlight Maria—she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. She explained everything clearly, checked in to make sure I was okay, and made the whole experience feel calm and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I’ve honestly never felt this at ease at a dentist before. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with genuine care and professionalism, this is it. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Times are very difficult for everyone, not to mention the yearly exams will have to overwhelmed to where its seems easier not to deal with it all. When it was time for my initial appointment, the front office team understood, adjusted, and offered reach out if there was any cancellations. Not to mention, my treatment plan is very costly, and listening to one financial option. When I tell you that, with approval from the Dentist, I was presented with alternative options (breaking my treatment down into different phases, while still obtaining what I needed). By the end of my visit, the front office staff continued to advocate for me, THIS TRULY MEANS A LOT! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my care and the staff! I will say, the wait can get pretty long if there's a lot of patients that day. Child friendly but be sure to keep a hold of your kids because some doors stay open. Very good if you want a personable place.

Negative experience: Long post warning… I gave this dentist a 1 star ONLY because of the great staff. The only problem with this dentist office is THE ACTUAL DENTIST HERSELF! Ive been coming to this office for years because the staff has always been nice, prices are decent, and it’s only 9 mins from my house. So I’m just going to jump straight into the problem I have with the dentist. I think she needs to learn time management and I say that because she is the only dentist there but schedules patients at times that overlaps someone else’s appointment. A simple appointment that would probably take an hour will take about 2 hours here. She works on a patient then leaves them and work on another patient then leaves and works on another patient. I personally think that’s wasting people’s time. I shouldn’t have to wait for you to finish someone’s root canal before you come back and check on me. The appointment I had today could have took 45 mins or an hour the most. It took a hour and a half and it would have taken longer if I didn’t have to get up and tell her can she put my temp crown back in so I can leave cause this is ridiculous. She comes in and says to me after my crown procedure is complete I should find another dentist because of my “attitude” and I think that she needs to find another profession, learn better time management when scheduling patients, or simply hire another dentist! If you want to be a 1 dentist office that’s fine but be more considerate of peoples time then maybe you wouldn’t have gotten that “attitude” from me. I honestly didn’t have an attitude I was more annoyed and irritated if anything. Now I have to go back 2 weeks later when they get my new permanent crown and I hope by then she will have read this review and we can discuss it further if needed. If you want to be at your dentist appointment for hours and hours while you are waiting for 1 dentist to jump around multiple patients before you are done with your appointment then this is the place for you! She will work on you for 15-30 mins then you will wait another 15-30 mins while she is with another patient before she comes back to you. This isn’t just 1 time this is multiple times during your appointment! If you want a dentist that will get you in and out and be with you from the beginning to the end of your appointment then this is not the dentist office for you.!!! The dentist is a complete waste of time!

I had a Root Canal done & everything went as planned. No pain No game! When ever I call for & appointment, they truly get me in ASAP, & sometimes the same day. The Doctor & Staff are very sensitive to your needs, & the Customer Service is excellent, & I've referred 2 of my friends thus far. So if you're looking for a good Dentist look No more.

Negative experience: My daughter went there due to pain from her wisdom teeth. When she got there and they decided to fix two fillings, fine. When my daughter asked about numbing meds the dentist told her they only do that for pediatric patients. My daughter had two teeth drilled with no medicine, the dentist hit her nerve causing severe pain, she also drilled into her tongue and gums. It wasnt just a quick slip, now there are cuts on her tongue and gums that are swollen 5 hrs later. The fillings aren't tooth shaped, they are flat so now my daughter's bite is open. Naturally, I was really upset so I called. The receptionist informed the dentist of my concerns and she said that my daughter refused numbing and that she was never cut. I also raised concerns about the assistant and was informed she was tongue tied ( I have no idea why they told me her personal information) but that doesn't explain her meth sores. I've been here several times and so have all of my kids and we have never experienced anything like this. Whoever this dentist is, she's a quack. She rushed and she was sloppy and she injured my kid. Now, we have to go elsewhere to get her fillings fixed and antibiotics for the cuts on her mouth. Don't go here until the door revolves again and they find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My brother was having excruciating pain for several days and we took him to one dentist that was available, but did nothing except give him temporary pain medications, and was told to come back in two weeks. I looked up bright white dental (among other dentists in the area), and the ladies told me to bring him in right away. Dr. Goel was very thorough and the ladies up front was very friendly and helpful! They gave us two options to do right away instead of just ‘masking’ a ‘temporary’ fix. Dr. Goel did a marvelous job making sure my brother was comfortable and felt no pain BEFORE doing the procedure and DURING the procedure! The staff was very honest, thorough and made sure he gets a follow up (no charge) in a week to see how he is! I think I’ll be moving over to this dentist myself!

Fantastic experience: I came in with my teeth in poor shape. I have struggled to afford dental care over my lifetime and tend to go from emergency to emergency. I finally was ready to fully catch my tooth care up and found Bright White through my insurance. I'm glad I did. The staff has been lovely, Dr. Goel is a pro, and the office is well located. I had several front teeth crowns, a half dozen fillings, and cleanings and they worked with my insurance and on pricing to get everything done. There isn't a magic bullet that will give me straight and perfect teeth but they improved my smile in a way I didn't expect. Far beyond my expectations.

Negative experience: terrible. i feel frustrated and scammed of $65. they look at my teeth for 5 seconds and get a couple xrays just for them to not even tell me anything bout my xrays and say i need a deep cleaning and that this specific cleaning will cost more money??. it was really strange and i’ve never dealt with this anywhere. my appointment was to get an annual cleaning done in the first place. so im confused what $65 got me because absolutely nothing was done and completely wasted an hour of my time.
