Negative experience: Please be aware: During my visit at the garland location, The dentist and her financial coordinator did not respect my concerns or preferences for my dental health function, or appearance. She recommended unnecessary dental procedures and was unwilling to perform the straightforward extractions I requested for the two unhealthy, decayed teeth and provide a partial denture to restore function, health and appearance. Additionally, she did not do the cleaning I originally came in for. It seemed her primary focus was on maximizing insurance payments rather than addressing my actual needs as a patient. She was willing to extract if I went with the implant but not willing to extract since I decided to go with the partial. Go at your own risk. The smiles are big but the lining of their pockets are bigger and your preferences for your teeth are disregarded if you don't choose what is being recommended.

Fantastic experience: I love it here. I have never been comfortable going to the dentist, my anxiety would skyrocket, not here. They are so gentle, welcoming and honest. I get great care with no judgement and no pressure. They run ON TIME and are quick about things without making you feel rushed. 10s across the board!

Negative experience: Honestly, service has deteriorated drastically. My daughter just got retainers put in and they popped of in under 2 hours while she was eating. She choked and swallowed a piece of the attachment. Scary and highly disappointing. They also drilled into the teeth which I don't believe is necessary for a permanent retainer, so we will be getting a second opinion from another orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: I had both a bone graft and dental implant done at Prosmile and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, Dr.Sruthi Katamneni, Dr. Archana Lankupalli and the entire team were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. During my initial consultation, Dr. Sruthi Katamneni took the time to explain every step of the process — from the bone grafting procedure to the implant placement — so I always knew what to expect. They used advanced technology to plan the treatment, which gave me a lot of confidence in their precision and care. The bone grafting procedure went smoothly, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Recovery was much easier than I anticipated, thanks to their clear aftercare instructions and follow-up calls to check on my healing. When it was time for the implant, everything went perfectly, and the results are amazing — my new tooth looks and feels completely natural. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received at Prosmile . The entire team truly goes above and beyond for their patients. If you’re considering a bone graft or dental implants, I highly recommend this office for their skill, professionalism, and genuine concern for patient comfort and results.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here! I'm always treated with the most professional and courteous care. Now my whole family comes here, and we are very happy with the care we receive. Alexia went out of her way in teaching my daughter how to floss with braces (even though braces were done at different site; they never taught her how to do it). Fantastic experience: I took my 6 yr old here twice in the last 2 weeks for treatment! The dentist is absolutely lovely! All the hygienist we have had have been wonderful. The African American lady at the first desk is triple awesome! Love her. I’ve had zero issues and they will accommodate schedules and give you like 10-15 mins if you’re running late. My daughter was never in pain, haven’t had any issues from treatment and our second treatment took 30 mins.

Negative experience: I don't know how this place got five Stars . I considered the dentist rude abrupt they put me in a chair that was absolutely a torture chair had no headrest when I went out of there my back hurt so bad I had to come home and take pain medication. So I would not recommend this to anybody even people I don't like and like I say I don't know how they got so many stars but save your money stay away They give you cheap treatment and then they want you to spend a fortune on something They will always find something Disgusted Would be a good word To describe My experience and just to add what they call a cleaning you could do at home with a toothbrush and some dental floss

Fantastic experience: I came here after not seeing a dentist for several years. I expected to be shamed for the mouth breathing which usually happens at other dentists offices. However, this office was amazing. They took really thorough images of my teeth and went over all the trouble spots, they were patient and understanding about my teeth grinding and mouth breathing. They were incredibly kind about the work needing to be done and the fact that I haven’t been to a dentist in years. I came back today and got 4 fillings done. The work was quick and efficient, the dentist was super kind and patient with everything, and I was in and out in no time. I’ve scheduled my next appointment for more work to be done and look forward to getting my mouth healthy again. The office staff remembered me and had me checked in before I even asked, everyone is so sweet and the office is clean and comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say - and I have pretty severe dentist trauma that makes these appointments tough. Finding someone who didn’t shame me for the state of my mouth like dentists have in the past was such a big deal. 10/10 stars.

Where I was faced with adversity, Britney took me on as a difficult patient was phenomenal in serving me as a patient to perform my dental cleaning. Fantastic experience: This is hands down the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to! Brittany is an amazing dental hygienist - she is gentle and takes her time. I was used to feeling some pain during cleanings, but not with Brittany! Dr Y also is great and takes her time. They are just amazing - from the office staff to the dental hygienist to the dentist! They are also very transparent with what things cost and treatment plans. This was my second visit and I only wish I had found them earlier! I am actually looking forward to my next visit - which I never in my life would have expected to say!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is awesome!!! I initially went for my annual cleaning and BRITTNEY is phenomenal. She noticed that one of my implants was cracked and Dr. Archana Lankupalli met me at the offsite lab to ensure a quick turnaround!! Five stars don’t do them justice.

Fantastic experience: Doctor G was very gentle and really helped me through my procedure by communicating so well. I have terrible anxiety especially when it come to needles and drills , she understood that and was super patient with me.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest - when I saw 427 5-star reviews, I was a bit skeptical. And yes, they’re in a “strip mall” but from the second I set foot inside, I was made to feel comfortable. They even turned the AC up (made it warmer) because I commented it was chilly in the waiting room! LaKriesha is the sweetest (office manager?)…I felt like I was talking to a friend. Adriana walked me back and explained what was next and where I could find her if I had any questions, Alexia did her best to make the x-rays as comfortable as possible, and frequently checked on my comfort, and Dr. “Y” (Yamini Gollapudi) was just wonderful. She explained what was going on with my one remaining silver filling in very understandable terms, and what the replacement of it would entail. No one tried to ”upsell” me on any service, night guard, cosmetic procedure, etc. There are some I wish to pursue in the future, and I know they will be happy to answer questions, but it was so nice to not have anyone trying to convince me to do anything extra. If you’re new to the area, or just looking for a new dentist, I HIGHLY recommend given Orbit Dental / ProSmiles a try! And thank you everyone on staff for making it a great first visit!

Fantastic experience: My name is Debbie and I've had traumatic things happen to me at the dentist, that's why I've prolonged going to the dentist. But I took a chance on this place. Plus I read the reviews here. My personal experience with this place is that Lacreesha started the experience on a great polite and knowledgeable point, to Britney and Aneesha, Dr. Y, Adriana....I have tattoos and can tolerate that kind of pain but teeth pain is totally different. Dr. Y and the staff were attentive to my concerns and questions. They always tried to put me at ease of which I'm truly thankful. There were times during my procedure where I needed to take breaks and they were open and caring. I definitely recommend this place to get your teeth worked on!!

Went in for a cleaning and toothache I've had for the last 3 years, been to 5 different dentist for this exact issue and had one dentist pull a tooth that did not need to be pulled, another story . Long story short needed a root canal that was done & haven't had a toothache since. I can't finally eat hot, cold, hard, or soft where I had been limited before. Thank you Orbit Dental

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at the Orbit Dental -Garland, TX Dr Gollapudi and the staff were extremely courteous from the moment I scheduled the appointment, she was very calm and composed ,has been attentive to my needs and explained the plan in great detail, they were very transparent in terms of their plans and pricing and begin the process once we have all the information we need .A big shoutout to all the ladies at the front for being so accommodating in terms of scheduling my follow up, the whole experience was hassle free and very relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Stopped into Orbit Dental after getting a quote from a dentist around the corner. Not only was Orbit Dental more reasonably priced, but the staff was super nice and accommodating. I get super anxious to go to the dentist because of previous bad experiences but everyone at Orbit Dental has been amazing and my procedures have all gone great. But here they take care of you and they take their time to do things right the 1st TIME! I mean step by step she told me what she’s was going to be doing, kept me clam, she took into CONSIDERATION MY PAIN LEVEL. I was a little hesitant to go because of Covid but they are following all of the protocols and the office is very clean and properly sanitized. Have been going to Orbit Dental for the past couple of years and they always treat me like family. Fantastic experience: First time visit and we loved it. Two of my kids were very nervous and have never liked going to the dentist and at Orbit Dental the staff was WONDERFUL making my kids feel calm. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like we have known each other for a while. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to appointments at Orbit Dental. They are always so informative and helpful with ways to go about getting/keeping your teeth healthy and in tip top shape. Now with COVID19 they are sparing no expense with keeping everything sanitized and ensuring everyone is checked by checking your temperature, giving you shoe covers, checking your oxygen levels & giving you hand sanitizer; BEFORE passing the lobby. I had no hesitation having my sons teeth cleaned with the way they are doing things here. Brittany always makes sure we are comfortable and well taken case of. I’d recommend anyone to come here.
