Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience today at Woodbridge! The whole staff took great care of me today and got me fixed up after a long hiatus from the dentist lol. All around great vibes, Dr. Beverly is the goat, Jessie is as sweet as apple pie, Fran is a total gem, and Jessica is a darling. Would definitely recommend stopping by here.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place to anyone. I spent thousands of dollars here trying to save a tooth through a root canal and crown, but it ended up needing to be extracted anyway. After the initial procedures, I returned multiple times because I was still experiencing pain, but each follow-up left me feeling like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. When I tried to get answers about the failed treatment, I was offered additional expensive procedures instead of a clear explanation or any meaningful effort to address the failed treatment, and I was charged again for the extraction itself. Dr. Wong was the dentist who performed the extraction. During the appointment, he pitched an implant treatment on the spot. After I declined it, the dynamic of the interaction changed completely. My questions were left unaddressed, and the actual extraction experience was very uncomfortable.

Negative experience: Three members of our family have visited. I’ll tell you about today’s. The office will not do a cleaning due to some PRE-GINGIVITIS (read - not all that bad) inflammation and because the gums might bleed. Semi-annual cleaning was the whole point of the appointment. They also recommended a deep cleaning (not covered $500 plus) and wisdom teeth stuff. That was not yet scheduled but being considered. Why would they not do a cleaning while the rest is figured out? Sounds sus right? We may need to find a new dentist.

Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and concerned about the value we received for the amount charged. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment at this office to request a detailed written estimate beforehand and compare prices with other dental providers before proceeding.

Negative experience: I went in due to broken crown and thought we were going to replace the broken crown. They did all the xray and was in the process of removing the broken crown and the dentist ended up cracking the tooth which called for a new estimate to get the tooth extracted. She informed me the tooth had a fracture behind the broken crown and she didn't catch it until she went to remove the remaining crown. Well, the tooth cracked and I heard it crack while she was trying to remove it. Regardless, there was no other option but to extract the molar after it was cracked. The dentist had a hard time removing the molar. I was there from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. She had such a hard time extracting the tooth, she asked me to come back at 5 p.m. if she couldn't get it herself for the boss dentist to come from Mesquite to extract the tooth. I had to go pick up my daughter by 4:30 and she worked on it some more and was able to remove it herself so I didn't have to come back. It was a horrific experience. I am not going back to get my implant there and will be going to a new dental office to finish out the procedure. The front office staff and everyone was friendly. I give them that. My husband also went in the same week to get his tooth extracted and was told he has to wait 3 weeks to come back when the oral surgeon was there to remove it. He ended up finding another dentist on a Saturday who was able to remove it less than 5 minutes. It's unfortunate that we couldn't get what we needed from Woodbridge Dental office since it was so close to home.

Negative experience: My experience with this dental practice has not been positive. I got a quote for my Invisalign and decided with this one instead of thrive cause it was cheaper. I was then told the quote they gave me was a mistake and it was actually more expensive. I finish paying it fully then a month later they say their estimate for my insurance was wrong and that I still owe more. Definitely be cautious with this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: After several years of neglecting my oral care I was forced to visit Woodbridge Dental when a dental crown fell off on a Thursday after buisness hours (of course). I called their telephone number and was scheduled for the following day in the afternoon. The crown was not salvagable and they showed me how it was missing pieces. Since I hadn't budgeted for denatl issues I was given payment options, which I appreciated. Long story short all staff members from Dr. Youssif, Stephanie, Melinda and Jessi took care of my need so well that I was pleasantly surprised. I started going to Woodbridge Dental almost from when they first opened up and they continue to be a top notch business that I expect.

Negative experience: To be honest this office doesn’t have a sense of time. patients have other commitments beyond the dental office visit. Each time I visit the office, I try to get there very early in the morning so I can go to work. Unfortunately you can spend several hours there with the dentist and assistant both disappearing for a good amount of time for reasons I personally think they can avoid if they are a little proactive like preparing estimates for the treatment ahead of time. After every visit I ask for itemized receipts so I can submit to my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administrator for reimbursement. They will promise to send the next day but they never follow through and it has taken days sometimes weeks just going back and forth with them to get the itemized receipts. I’m still waiting for itemized receipts from my last surgical appointment from five days ago My last visit was a surgical procedure and apparently there were prescriptions they sent to my pharmacy that they never mentioned to me. CVS notified me of prescription pick up that I thought was a mistake because I was not expecting any. Three days later I got another alert and I decided to go to CVS. You would think after surgery they would give you Chlorhexidine rinse. Not once have I ever been given this after any visit But I think Fran one of the office assistant is always nice and on top of things. Only reason I continue to use them is distance to where I live. My last dentist is 40 miles away and no longer convenient even though they provided excellent care

I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 10 years and was extremely nervous—and honestly embarrassed—about the condition of my teeth. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly encouraging and reassuring. Not once did I feel judged or made to feel bad about neglecting my oral care. Saira did my X-rays and was so efficient and easy to talk to—it truly felt like catching up with an old friend. Rachel, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Beverly both took so much time explaining every detail of my dental and gum health. They recommended a deep cleaning without any pressure and clearly explained costs upfront, helping me make an informed decision that addressed my needs while keeping my budget in mind. They even listened to and worked with me on my anesthesia preferences, which no other dentist has ever done for me before. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous. She performed my deep cleaning, and it was such a comfortable experience. She even turned on a space heater when I mentioned I was cold! She gave clear aftercare instructions, which I followed, and my teeth and gums feel amazing the very next day. I was recently diagnosed with a serious and complex medical condition, but I have to get some dental work done before I can get the surgery that I need for it. Dr Beverly and the staff here at Woodbridge have bent over backwards to come up with a treatment plan that is taking a bad situation and making it easier and much less stressful for my family and I.

Fantastic experience: Being in a Medicare Advantage DHMO it is a challenge to find good dental practices. My initial visit resulted in replacing three crowns on the same day and a deep cleaning. Extremely satisfied with staff, office with latest technology including Epic software. Would recommend Woodbridge Dental Group!

And the kid was having a fit the staff didn't say anything at all such a trashy place bathroom was disgusting trashy overflowing toilets not clean i can only imagine the tools they use on your mouth probably not clean either

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. This is a review for care I got at this office a year ago from Dr Sabzwari. I deleted my original review written a year ago when the dentist threatened to not complete the bridge and crown she had ordered in retaliation for my poor review. I'm currently sitting in a dentist office in Washington having to replace the substandard work by this dentist. All 3 of the crowns and 2 bridges she did have all failed because she cut the teeth too short for the crowns and bridges to stay attached. New dentist says they've never seen such terrible work. She is having to drill out my tooth, install a post and build up the tooth before making new crowns and bridges. Sadly since my insurance just paid for this work a year ago they won't pay again so I'm paying cash. Nearly $20,000 now. Woodbridge should have to refund me that money. Maybe I need a lawyer.

Positive experience: I had a wonderful experience with Saira she was super sweet and co operative so, basically all 3 stars are because of her but Dr Sabzwari was very to the point not an extra word she said so I felt very disconnected and the min. She put her tool down she just left literally she did not even wait for a sec. If I wanted to ask anything. I feel to make a patient comfortable doctors should and normally do make some small talk which helps a lot.

Negative experience: They appeared to have double booked. I arrived at 8:30 am. While I was waiting my dental hygienist for the day pulled back another person. I sat and waited for 30 minutes. I went outside and then they said they were ready for me. They did a few X-rays then brought me back to the room. Another 20 minutes went by and no dental hygienist at this point my cleaning should have already been done already. A 1 hour appointment would have turned into 2 hours so I left. Very unprofessional

Negative experience: I hate to be this person but being new to the area, I relied on reviews before finding a dentist and hope this will help someone. Staff was friendly and nice, they were very detailed in their explanations of what work I needed during my new patient exam. But unless you like being robbed blind, I suggest trying another dentist. I needed a crown and a filling and other things I was told that were “necessary to prevent disease” in which I was quoted $12,000 before insurance. I have a smile that’s in pretty good shape, so when they showed me this number I was a little shocked. My fiancé had several teeth extracted and crowns put on at a difference dentist last year for $6,000, so I knew the price was questionable and I decided to try somewhere else. The somewhere else charged me for the same procedures at 1/10th of the price that Woodbridge Dental had quoted me. Woodbridge also wanted me to sign up for the entire treatment plan that day, which wasn’t a very flexible payment plan, and I am happy I said no. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. Adding photo because I got a voicemail saying my information was incorrect. Also, root canal I didn’t need.

Melinda did a great job with my X-Rays and assisting Dr. Youssif throughout my procedure. The Dental Hygienist Stephanie was hilarious and did a great job cleaning my teeth. 10/10. My kids had a great experience as well.

Negative experience: GREEDY. As others review. In my 50 years I've never experienced an angry dental office secretary refusing to cancel an appointment. I explained today to WDG&O's secretary (they called 7/11/25 to push an appointment) She angrily kept insisting I needed to bring my mom in, that another Dr. needed to "check" her. Also, Dr. Subzwari refused extractions (covered by insurance) of very damaged teeth over expensive crowns; recommended a bone graft even when my mom refused implants, then surgeon pushed for an expensive PRF (+$300 not covered by insurance). Finally, dental rooms does not look that clean. A cockroach was dead on the floor. My 86 yo mom does not want to come back. PERIOD.

Fantastic experience: I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to coming to the dentist, but everyone was so welcoming! I got to see Dr. Sabzwari and she made me feel absolutely super comfortable! 10/10 experience for someone who is terrified of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Love love love this practice. I really hesitated to go to any dentist but Woodbridge Dental is amazing and they really work with you on making care affordable. They do all work in the office so you don’t have to wait weeks; Dr. Sabzwari is meticulous in ensuring a perfect fit for all crowns and filings. Fran and Jessi in the office are so friendly and make sure you are taken care of. Need a new dentist…. Look no further.

Negative experience: This was my kids' first visit to this office as our previous dentist was no longer in network for our insurance. We are diligent about our dental check-ups and don't miss our biannual visits. Somehow despite that, this dental office found that coincidentally all 3 of my kids needed a combined total of about $2000 (out of pocket) worth of dental work. They wouldn't even clean my 17 year-old's teeth because he needed some kind of special gum cleaning and when I asked for just a regular cleaning, I was told he wasn't "eligible" for one. I wish I would've read these reviews before our visit because it seems like that's their M.O. Aside from all the attempted upsells, it also took a ridiculously long time. We were there for over 2 hours for just regular check-ups, no major dental work. The only good thing I can say about this office is that their manager, Jessi, is very, very nice and professional. I'm sure my frustration was obvious, but she was very nice and understanding. She is a gem that this shady office does not deserve. We will not be returning.

Unnecessary Procedures Pushed During my visit, I felt pressured into agreeing to a deep cleaning procedure that I didn’t initially request or feel was necessary. Rather than offering a standard cleaning—which is typically the starting point for most dental appointments—they outright refused to provide one. This approach came across as more profit-driven than patient-focused. Excessive and Unjustified Costs The pricing quoted for the deep cleaning was significantly higher than what I’ve encountered at neighboring dental offices. I highly encourage anyone considering their services to seek second opinions and compare prices before committing. You may find more reasonable and transparent options elsewhere. Lack of Flexibility and Patient Consideration The staff did not seem willing to discuss alternative treatments or address my concerns about the necessity and cost of the procedure. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard as a patient. ⸻ In conclusion, I will not be returning to Woodbridge Dental Group. Dental care is a personal and important matter, and patients deserve to feel confident that recommendations are made in their best interest—not solely for billing purposes. If something doesn’t feel right, I strongly suggest visiting other practices for comparison before proceeding with treatment.

From the initial consultation to the final fitting, the entire process was smooth, comfortable, and professional. Dr. Saad Youssif took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt at ease. Their attention to detail and expertise was evident throughout the process. The temporary crown fit well, and the permanent crown is a perfect match to my natural teeth in both color and fit. It feels completely natural, and my bite is perfect. The staff was also exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable during each visit. The office environment is clean and modern, which added to the positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Saad Youssif to anyone needing a crown or any other dental work. Their skill, professionalism, and patient care are truly outstanding.

Negative experience: Beware. This placed has turned into a money grab. As others have pointed out so many unnecessary and bullying tactics. I had 3 teeth measure a 4 on their periodontal scale. Barely above normal. They refused to clean my teeth and let me do better flossing. Wanted $800 to do the cleaning for the 3 teeth that they wanted to charge my insurance $3000+ for. No reputable doctor puts you on meds prior to trying diet and lifestyle changes. Shame on this place. A new dentist every few months no consistency they are just trying to meet numbers. As the paddy below I left with no clean teeth and no answer as to how get a cleaning because who can afford $800 at the drop of a hat? But they did try pushing 4 different credit cards at me which I’m sure they get a kickback from. Will not be back. Cancelled me and my kids future appts here.

Fantastic experience: I had gone to 3 Endodontist's prior to going to Woodbridge, I was in constant pain for 6 month and could not eat for 6 months on one side of my mouth. This is after I got a root canal. Woodbridge team of doctors found out the problem, fixed my teeth and after suffering for 6 months I finally have my mouth back. I could not drink water unless it was room temp or warm as well as any food that was cold. Everything had to be warm or room temp or I was in severe pain. No more...Alhumdulilah!

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place. They are in it for the money. I had last gone to a dentist five months ago, and they found no issues they needed to fix. I changed insurance so came here for my next cleaning. Woodbridge said I needed over $4000 of treatment, including four caps and periodontal cleaning on both bottom sides. I was shocked. I was just at the dentist five months previous and they hadn't seen any need for new caps and certainly not for $4000+! The whole situation felt off. So I got a second opinion. The second dentist said he'd get one of the caps done since I was having pain there, but that the other spots didn't need caps. Caps are very aggressive, because it takes so much of your natural tooth that you can never NOT have a cap again - and they cost about $1000 each! Woodbridge wanted me to pay for three unnecessary caps. A real kicker - they refused to even do the bi-yearly cleaning I had gone there for in the first place. Then they said at the end, as if giving me a gift, "We won't charge you for this visit." They'd better not! They didn't even clean my teeth!!! The whole event took an hour and a half and I didn't even get a cleaning. I went home and sobbed in my car, partly because the situation felt wrong. When I called to ask for the regular cleaning I came in for, they refused and said the dentist would call me to explain. I never got a call. The second dentist did clean my teeth and said that he would do a regular cleaning right now and wait to see if my gum numbers get worse for the periodontal cleaning, so I finally got a cleaning. Two stars instead of one because the people were nice. March 2025
