Fantastic experience: Lupita and Celena did a really good service very welcoming and nice! I had a great experience attending a consult at this office, the doctor was really kind and patient and the rest of the staff was excellent, it was a pleasure coming here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reddy and the Family Smiles crew has done a very good job of not only fixing a rotted tooth of mine but he also educated me on what I can do to stay away from such a bill in the future. As long as I live in this area my fiancé and I will continue coming here. The front desk staff can be a bit in efficient but overall I’d say it’s one of the better practices in the area. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have 3 kids that I brought in for a check up and cleaning. The wait was 15 minutes. My kids were having a blast playing with the tablets and they even put my toddlers favorite movie on. The dentist was so nice and patient. The ladies there were very welcoming and nice. I will definitely make this my dentist from now on! Lupita at the front desk was so sweet!

Fantastic experience: I love brining my kids to Family Smiles! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional! Lupita, the receptionist always has a positive attitude and is very accommodating. A day before my appointment, I realized I needed to change my appointment for a later time. Lupita was very understanding and found a time that worked with my schedule. Sheryl, the dental assistant is so very sweet to my kids. My youngest son was terrified of getting his dental work done and cried so much the first two visits, but Sheryl was patient and was able to calm him down. I appreciate that she remembers his favorite cartoon show and as soon as we walk in the room, she turns it on for him. Dr. Ravi is extremely professional! He listens carefully to my concerns/questions and explains everything clearly. I never feel rushed my him. Truly thankful to everyone here!

Fantastic experience: I've been avoiding certain work to be done because of dental prices, but when I was suggested to come here I was NOT disappointed got the work done! the doctor here is very knowledgeable and very considerate about the prices and the staff is super, super nice! Kimberly (the financial coordinator) was very sweet. Definitely recommend this place for costumer care and low prices, will update on how the work done comes out after the years.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Family Smiles in Plano for several years. Celia has been the greatest xray tech. She is professional, kind, caring, soft spoken. I found out yesterday she also does the polishing after cleaning! A great young lady with many talents.

Positive experience: Appointment was fine but calls to there " emergency" rarely leads to human and they have not called back when messages are left. So I would say follow-up is poor

Just all around great experience and he’s me completely fixed when I left. (The first dentist to do this in 12+ years!) So glad I found this place!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a holistic dentist, Dr. Ravi Reddy is the best! We drove 45 minutes to see him, and it was absolutely worth it. My child has sensory issues and usually struggles with dental procedures, but I was amazed today — he cooperated through the entire appointment. Dr. Reddy handled him with so much patience and skill, making him feel completely at ease. He’s wonderful with kids and turned what’s usually a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Family Smiles of Plano to get some work done and he did such an amazing job with my daughter. She never cried, was never in pain. She loved her visit to the dentist. It was amazing 10 out of 10. So then I decided to book myself an appointment And of course I need some work done. I’m a single father who hasn’t been to the dentist in years. They took care of me. They have an amazing plan that you can pay for yearly that gives you great deals on dentist work if you don’t have dental insurance, so there’s really no reason you shouldn’t be coming to Family Smiles of Plano . I set an appointment and came back to get some work done and it was amazingly flawless painless and perfect, again 10 out of 10. The staff and dentist here are absolutely absolutely amazing.

She never liked any of her previous dentists but she likes Dr Reddy. Today, I went to him for the first time to get my teeth cleaned. I was very happy to hear him say that my teeth are in very good condition! He did not even mention a deep clean which almost all dentists now a days do, irrespective of whether you actually need it or not! We are glad we found Dr Reddy as our dentist!

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE OR YOURSELF! I went here for the first time a few days ago and it was the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. My appointment was at 8am (they open at 8),I wasn’t seen until 8:25am by anyone other than front desk. Once I did get back there some guy I was assuming the dentist walked in he didn’t even introduce himself, no name tog, nothing and just started talking to me about my teeth, so finally me, the PATIENT asked who he was. He then spent MAYBE 5-10 minutes on my teeth, while commenting on how my teeth weren’t straight and “must not have cleaned in a long time” I brush and floss everyday, so maybe give me suggestions instead of just insulting me. He then polished my teeth then told me I was good to go. That is not cleaning, no wonder kids do so well here. They aren’t actually doing anything other than looking at polishing and calling it good!

Fantastic experience: Was referred here for wisdom teeth removal. I had all 4 removed, some impacted. I originally went in expecting to be in excruciating pain during recovery as I'd heard horror stories. 10 days later I can happily report I literally experienced nearly no pain at all! Dr. Ryan Carmichael did an amazing job I'm genuinely in shock how well I am healing and how smooth recovery has been. I was able to talk literally the day after surgery and was eating normal foods by day 5 (albeit with caution for my extraction sites) Highly, highly recommend this place as they did an amazing job and provided me with easy to follow instructions. Not saying I want to get my wisdom teeth out again but if I had to, I would pick this place again!
