The entire team makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The dentist is outstanding — comforting, attentive, and incredibly supportive. He takes the time to ensure you feel at ease, which makes all the difference. I also want to give a shoutout to Lauren. She is absolutely wonderful — charming, sweet, and so welcoming. Her warmth really adds to the positive experience. I always leave this office feeling good. Their sincere spirits and high-quality care are evident in everything they do. And as a fun bonus, they even have old school The Price Is Right playing in the lobby — such a nostalgic delightful touch lol. I’m genuinely thankful to have crossed paths with this team and actually look forward to receiving dental care there. Positive experience: Look, it's the dentist. I came for exam & cleaning. I experienced some mild discomfort, no intense pain. The dentist & staff are knowledgeable & helpful. Most of all, I was treated fairly & with respect. The offers for care presented to me were fair.

Negative experience: Terrible, scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. The hygenist was not there. Only one person was in office. He did my sons X Rays in literally 10 minutes. He said that he would record a note for them to follow up with me for his cleaning... I never got a follow up & was charged over $600 for the X Rays. Not sure if this was an off day but the experience felt like a scam considering we were literally there 7/30 for 10 whole minutes.

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled, and in an hour and a half, the only thing that was accomplished was 4 x-rays. Staff did not feel like they knew what they were doing, and no sense of urgency.

Fantastic experience: They went above and beyond to find a dentist who could assist my son with a same day procedure. The entire staff was wonderful.

Negative experience: If I could do 0 stars I would. We took my son here for orthodontia. He had 2 appointments (1 for the top brackets in May 2024 & 1 for the bottom brackets in July 2024) before we left the practice for several reasons. #1: Second visit for the bottom brackets to be put on the girl took 2.5 hours to put them on. She spent the majority of her time talking about her weekend plans and gossiping about her personal life clearly not paying attention because within 2 weeks all had fallen off. I called and called and called but just got their answering service /overflow call center. He was on a trip literally the next day after his bottom brackets were put on so I was trying to see if they had another location he could be seen at. We had no idea what to do and assumed they couldn’t be reused so my son threw them away. After 2 weeks of calling and raising hell I was finally given a back office number to call to get in touch with someone and was told we would have to pay again since we didn’t keep them. #2: Clearly the fact that we could never get any one from the actual office on the phone and no one on the overflow line had any clue what was going on And we were told something different everytime we called. #3:Between the insurance company and us we paid over $1500 for those 2 appointments, $600 of which was paid to them by the insurance company AFTER we had to get a form from the dental office to even switch to another provider and told them we were no longer going to be going there. #4: The office waiting room is tiny and during hot summer months it’s like a sauna. #5: Very unprofessional staff #6: Unskilled and untrained staff Please learn from my mistake and don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: They didn't listen to a word I said and then came up with some kind of silly plan for services I didn't want for almost 10 grand out of pocket. Ridiculous

Negative experience: Horrible. Horrible. I left work early and drove 30 minutes just to be met with locked doors. They confirmed my appointment via text and email three times before I arrived, confirming the mesquite location. I called and they said they moved offices and they never notified me of said new location. No one was even apologetic or presented any solution to my issue. This company is unprofessional and inconsiderate - I won’t be returning 0/10

Negative experience: We showed up to my son's orthodontic visit today to be blind sided with the fact that there's a completely new crew at this office. He has been in braces since Aug. 2023 at this location, under Dr. Seyed Peikar. Neither the old staff nor the new staff at this location bothered to give us a head's up about the staff changes. The biggest problem is the fact that there's a different orthodontist there now, Dr. Seoul, who gave a very different opinion about fixing my son's crossbite than Dr. Peikar gave us. I left the building very upset today. I had my crossbite corrected with braces when I was in my mid-30's, so I know there are orthodontists with the training and skills to fix my son's crossbite. Sadly, my old orthodontist moved to NYC. I have no confidence in the surprise new (Dr. Seoul?) orthodontist's ability to correct my son's crossbite at this point. This office seems unprofessional, and their billing team seems incompetent. Though my insurance has already paid their part in full, this office continued billing my insurance after the maximum benefit payments were made. I had to ask the front desk to stop billing my insurance two weeks ago. Careless and money hungry they are. Now that I know they don't appreciate our business, or the fact that we have options, we're looking into ALL options to hold them accountable. RUN FOLKS, RUN! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER AND MORE PROFFESSIONAL DENTAL CARE AND ORTHODISTS OUT THERE.

Negative experience: If you have dental insurance, and your dentist is in your network plan, your dental office is only allowed to bill you what the insurance allows for a procedure. A dental office does not have the freedom to charge you more than the negotiated price. That would be fraud. To make sure you are not being taken advantage of, you can request the dental procedure codes for your upcoming procedure from your dentist and verify with your dental insurance what each procedure should cost. Chris, the manager at the Forney office, was subbing at the Mesquite office, where I was getting work done. He quoted me $610 for a procedure that my insurance company stated should only be $453. When I complained, he lowered the price to what was contractually allowed. Had I not checked, I would have been giving Chris a nice bonus of $157. Just because people are polite, doesn’t mean they are honest. I emailed the Mesquite office one week ago asking for an explanation for the discrepancy. People make mistakes, errors happen, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got no response. Draw your own conclusions.

Negative experience: I’ve had the Worst experience with this location! Unfortunately, last I was advises that I May need a root canal and was explained that I’m going to need a referral from this location in order to get the root canal. Their standard protocol for referrals are to send you (the customer) to the specialist with two referral papers. Honestly, I did not understand why I had to physically take the papers to the specialty office when all they simply could have done was email any needed documents for referral but OK! I finally found a specialty location that accepted my insurance, provided them with the two documents given to me by Creek Crossing however, unfortunately, the specialty location cannot schedule my appointment until creek crossing provides them with x-ray images. This was yesterday 7.25.2024 at around 3 PM On a Thursday. So I call the Mesquite Creek crossing Location with the hopes of having them email the specialty location of my x-rays, only to find out they’re closed. I got their after operable hour phone line. So of course I vented to the after hours rep about how frustrated I was and made perfectly clear that I would need for them to have someone emailed me my x-rays immediately the next day, which is today, Friday. I’ve checked my emails continuously today. It’s now 3 PM and have not received an email so I decided to call Only to be told, the office manager has left for today and she’s the only one that can send out emails. I’ll have to wait till Monday. So not only am I in excruciating pain. I’m having to wait until Monday literally three days with nothing but ibuprofen that does nothing for pain at this point! Oh I forgot to mention I tried call them on Tuesday 7.23.2024 they were closed that day as well. Closed on Tuesday and Thursday nowhere does it say on Google their plan to be closed on those days for both the days I got the after hours answering service! I try my best not to do bad reviews, but this one was truly earned!!!

Negative experience: I made an appointment for my husband over a week ago. They told me they would verify my insurance before the appointment. I did not receive a call until this morning at 9:00 and my husband’s appointment was at 10:00. The lady said the insurance was closed and couldn’t verify so we had to reschedule the appointment. They had a whole week to call us and verify the insurance. I’m not very satisfied and I haven’t even been there yet. I hope the newly schedule appointment goes as planned.

Negative experience: I have called several times in the last month wanting to schedule my cleaning. I can never receive an answer, went to the scheduling website but none of it makes sense to me and the selection for teeth cleaning is not available. Seeing the other reviews saying the doctors are in a time crunch based on the appointment “reason” I’m not wasting anymore of my time. I really don’t want pay for an exam and X-rays somewhere else because the employees don’t want to pick up the phone.

Negative experience: One star because I couldn’t give zero. I was scheduled for a procedure, had the appointment confirmed and was asked to come in early to ensure there was enough time to complete the procedure. After I took off work, arrived, and had x-rays done I was told the doctor was unwilling to perform the procedure due to “not having enough time”. She claimed I had only been scheduled for an exam despite the fact that I had received confirmation and her talked about the procedure being done while taking x-rays. The office staff were unwilling to assist, shrugging and pointing out that they couldn’t “force” the doctor to perform the procedure THEY had scheduled. I’m not sure if this was an issue of incompetence or just a practice that isn’t concerned about professionalism. This doctor and her staff are not concerned about the time and money they wasted by not being honest and up front with me. They will not be concerned about your time or money either.

Negative experience: I felt unhappy about the delays during my appointment on Wednesday at Creek Crossing Dental Care And Orthodontics. I have been do my braces with Dr. Mohamed Karkuri, who took good care of me almost a year. However, he doesn't work there anymore. I have visited twice with the new doctor, who is good, but the lady who does my braces doesn't seem as experienced as before, and I have felt uncomfortable with my braces since the first visit. I even had to cut a long wire myself because I couldn't find time to visit the clinic again. Additionally, one of my steel ties fell off and the pigtail hurt my lip. I didn't experience these problems while getting braces from Dr. Mohamed Karkuri. And I was really frustrated with the delay on Wednesday because I had to wait for an hour without being informed about it, and that felt like a waste of my time. I understand they might be busy, but my time is important too. Next time, I would appreciate it if they could respect my appointment and keep the delay to a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes, As I have a busy schedule to manage as well. Moreover, Today, a steel tie on my braces fell off again, even after they fixed it for me on Wednesday. Additionally, I accidentally swallowed one of the O-Rings Elastic Bands for Braces. I have never had such a terrible experience while getting braces with Dr. Mohamed Karkuri. These last two visits with the new doctor have left me feeling disappointed, unhappy, and regretful that I’m getting my braces from them.

Over charging and Scheduling me with a provider who was out of network, well I came to creek crossing and they did not see me needing a deep cleaning and scheduled me with a provider within network costing me less than $50 for a cleaning rather than Mint trying to charge me around $200 per half of my mouth for something i did not need! 6 month follow up update: Great I was done within 40 minutes with my follow up cleaning. Everyone is always nice and I love my dentist she is always so nice and explains /visual shows me everything. I have planned my wisdom teeth extraction which I've been pushing back for awhile ( I'm nervous.) I will have and update on that next month for yall. But for now BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit with Dr Khan I was referred to her by my dentist Dr Lakhani for my TMJ pain This TMJ idde was not getting better despite visits yo other TMJ specialists and trying different night guards I had to drive an hour in the heaviest rain snd was already thinking whether this visit would be worth my effort I had expected the usual short consultation with a few rapid questions To my amazement Dr Khan spent more than an hour and was very patient with me She explained the cause of TMJ snd how she was going to treat it Dr Khan is great!!
