Fantastic experience: Omg love ❤️, now I don’t necessarily hate going to the dentist, but I would just rather not if I don’t have to, but when I came here everything was so simple, and clean, and I like how they have the superhero decorations set up, it was just lovely and I just felt more comfortable being there. And I quickly got what I needed done and everyone was nice then I was sent on my way. Plain and simple, and I’ll probably be getting my nephew to come to this dentist too.

Negative experience: I struggle with offices that expect their time to be respected by patients, but do not have the same respect for their patients time. Scheduled an appointment 6 months ago for 2/17. I showed up after pulling both children out of school and taking time off work for this appointment to be told that their appointment is on 2/19. This isnt the first time I've arrived for an appointment just to be told it is on a different date, but after the last time I decided to make sure I keep all appointment cards readily available for times like this. The front staff was not kind to me for their mess up and I ended up having to take my lunch hour today to be able to get the doctors notes. I did not get an apology for their mistake. They did however offer to cancel my oldest child's braces appointment 2 weeks away after I canceled the 2/19 check up as a resolution even though braces and appointments were paid in full a year ago.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve been seeing these people delete bad reviews instead of coming forward and apologizing for their actions! I had the same experience of not being able to be in the back with my kid. Reported to BBB because it’s super strange for a company to delete reviews when there is nothing to hide! Yes they have games and all these things that kids would gladly pick over all these other dentists, but the truth is THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE! AT ALL, deleting reviews is Unprofessional and very Weird! Also they kept wanting to do more things on my kid and it was not okay at all! Especially when going to a different dentist and was told those services weren’t even needed for my kid.

Negative experience: I took my 2 year old here, and they didint allow parents in the back. Literally took about 2 hours, they kept wanting to do more procedures. I see people getting tablets but I didint have that option?? So I’m so confused like anything can happen. This is my experience though. I am thankful I switched to one where they allow me to be with my daughter while she’s being worked on. Personally, I don’t think this is a dentist for toddlers.

Although I expected it to take a bit longer due to the paperwork, the wait time was surprisingly reasonable. There’s plenty to keep the kids entertained, and they even said this is their favorite dentist! As long as we’re in Mesquite, we won’t be going anywhere else.

Negative experience: I came here with a promotion but made the mistake of leaving without scheduling my free cleaning after 3 months I came back and mentioned the promotion but they advised it changed and it’s only good for x-rays now but they charged my sons insurance when I took him for the first time with the promotion so I feel it should’ve been respected. I cancelled and left I felt it wasn’t fair that they didn’t respect the promotion I went there with the first visit . Although it is my fault for not doing it than and there .
