Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. I require periodontal cleanings every three months, and I really appreciate how thorough and attentive the entire team is. Both the hygienist and dentist are very proactive and progressive in their approach to dental care. They not only provide excellent treatment, but also take the time to offer helpful advice and recommendations for maintaining healthy gums and teeth between visits. I also want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From scheduling appointments to checking in and answering questions, the front desk experience is consistently pleasant and professional. Overall, I always feel well cared for and informed about my oral health. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and professional dental team.

Negative experience: This place is awful. I don't know how they get any dental work done. The office doors are always locked. Google says they are open. They don't return phone calls. I've been reaching out since February. If i can ever catch them open I'm getting my dental records and finding another dental office.

Positive experience: Was not seen until 45 min after my appt. Sat and waited long times between X-rays, exam, and cleaning. Was there almost 3 hrs. The dentist and hygienist were polite, but very heavy handed, where I told them a few times to take it easy. Anyhoo at the end my teeth were very clean but I don’t think it was worth it in the long run

Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding the dentist for a very long time due to years of depression affecting my oral health. The team did a really amazing job making me not feel judged or bad about it! They gave me a plan, and have been really helpful while keeping my budget in mind so I can get the most of my care!

Negative experience: These people are totally incompetent. I've been trying to get an appointment for a month. They continually get all my insurance information because they're not sure if the new doctor (which is the only doctor) can take it. They say they'll call back by a given time and never do. When I finally was frustrated with them, the woman said that they've always been missing some piece of information. But, I gave them all the information over and over and over. How can nobody at a dental office manage to call an insurance company to check coverage? Absurd.

Negative experience: That clinic is very dirty. I saw at least two dead crickets on the floor there. To top it off, you agree with them on something over the phone, you go to your appointment on time, then they disagree to what they have already agreed on. Bait and switch.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a dental cleaning, left feeling absolutely amazing. The patient rooms are kept nice and clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Chasen, the hygienist, pays close attention to detail, is very informative, made sure I was comfortable. You can tell she has experience beyond her years. I am glad I got my dental cleaning here. Misty and her staff genuinely care about the patients here. “T” explained all of the treatment and made sure I didn’t have any questions afterward. Fantastic experience: Compassionate care and positive energy in the office!

Negative experience: They did not use my insurance. They charged me full price for all procedures. The doctor removed my tooth and told me an implant would be $5,000. I've found other places in town that will do half of that. They charge you $30 for using a credit card. Who can get that much cash at once?!?! This felt more like a hustle than a doctor's office. The offices themselves are dirty and unkept. Find another dentist. They are a rip-off.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero Stars I would this is the worst dentist I've ever been to all they care about is making profits and will make up random treatment plans to try to pocket extra money from you. Seriously the most unethical place I've ever seen. They told me I had a gingivitis and Cavities but something felt off so I went to another dentist in Rockwall and found out I have no cavities and no gingivitis. My teeth and gums are so healthy now after being with my rockwall dentist & still no gingivitis or cavity. The hygienist here didn't know how to xray my teeth, she took at least 5 captures in each area. Such a waste of time and my mouth was hurting afterwards. Stay away!

Negative experience: The dental service at the time of my visit in Oct 2024 was outstanding. The business office at the time of my visit needed a better working knowledge of insurance. I received a large bill in Sept 2025 a year after my visit. Made several trips to the office for clarification. My last trip was 12-4-25, I was suppose to get a call back . . . still waiting on that call. Shameful.

Negative experience: Worst place ever, they took the money from my mother's insurance since October of 2025, tiday is Februqry 2026 and they have not call her or done any work on her, only took an impresion of her teeth and that is it, they keep giving excuses, they don't answer the phone and when she goea peraonally they give her the run around...we are about to contact the insurance and take legal actions

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this dentist office. They are all about money and do not care for their patients. Very rude, unprofessional & ugly staff (KARINA) to be specific. Karina was very rude and inconsiderate of an error taken place on the offices part. She would not see my daughter because she said I had a past due balance on my account, which I paid at time of service almost a year ago. The office never helped me resolve applying my payment to my account after I came to them multiple times to help clear the balance. Don’t waste your time with this dentist office!

She is absolutely amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable and somehow manages to calm me down, which is no small feat considering my anxiety about dental offices. Dr. Crespo has been fantastic throughout my various procedures—patient, skilled, and always reassuring. From front to back, the entire team makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was in pain from the tooth the fixed to me, after called me in, the doctor came and told me to. go home because my insurance will not be able cover my visit. I left with out any treatment. It was a horrible situation.

Fantastic experience: I went here on November 21,2025. At first when I came I was so nervous and these woman at this dental office made me feel so welcomed. I was so scared because I just want my smile back. From the receptionist to the dentist and all the staff, they were amazing. Even after Mrs. Johnson cleaned my teeth I cried lol and that’s because she seen I was so pleased by their work. These are some wonderful genuine woman and to be honest they all need a raise lol. Thank you so much for securing me while I was in such shock. Now I’m going through the process of getting my smile back and I appreciate everyone that works there. You guys are truly amazing the definition of loving caring genuine woman. Being vulnerable for a man is scary but to get embraced while in the process of being scared you feel protected and safe and that’s what these women did! Thank you for everything. Negative experience: Gave me an X-ray on Monday.. told me there was an issue w the insurance , which there wasn’t. I have full available benefits . They told me they were gonna call me Tuesday to come in & they aren’t even open. They know I’m in pain & wasted my time.

Negative experience: All the one-star reviews are correct. There are many other options in Forney; avoid this place. This dental office relies on an overseas customer service center, making it very difficult to reach someone who can actually help. My mom had an appointment, but when we arrived, we learned that the office does not accept her insurance. So, we canceled the appointment and left, never getting past the front desk. Despite this, the doctor still charged us for an exam and X-rays, totaling $500, and sent us the bill. We have been disputing this charge since February 2025. Whenever we call the office, we are connected to their call center, and every time we are told that our case is being "escalated." However, we continue to receive calls and threats from collections. We asked to speak with the manager, but she is rarely available and often seems to avoid us. Once, she called back and promised to escalate the situation, but nothing has changed, and now it's October. We are still receiving calls from collections. It's October.

Negative experience: Called to schedule an appointment for my son who is 2, they took all of my info. Scheduled the appointment (this was a call center style place it sounded like ) then the actual office called to confirm the appointment. Again providing his age and DOB. They had a same day appointment, and again this was a traumatic injury, impacted teeth, bleeding etc. They are aware of all of this. I come in my for my appointment. Speak with office women. The dentist tech. Again everyone sees how young he is. The dentist takes 1 look and says we cannot help him. He's too young. Sends me a referral. Calls it a day. No xrays no blood pressure. Literally opened his mouth for 20 seconds. Im a cash patient and they attempted to charge an exam fee (even though she Literally said he's too young and she cannot help him) so 1. I took off work to get to this appointment. 2. Why did not one bother telling me hes too young to go there ? 3. Money hungry people is all this place is.

Negative experience: Horrible service and only out for your money. I ordered a tray back in January 2025 that my dental hygienist was adamant I needed to have for periodontal maintenance. So $492.00 later, No one called to tell me it was in, so it just sat there until they contacted me in March to schedule my 3 month maintenance cleaning. I asked for a refund due to no contact and though I was called several times that day, to include the dental hygienist, to ask if anyone contacted me about the tray, I was given the run around every time I called that the then manager, Shelby, was out of the office or busy. No call backs when requested or number for corporate. When she did call me back, she was extremely rude and told me 3 dates the dental hygienist claimed to have called (but left no voicemail?). So I pulled phone records and told Shelby I would provide them to her because there were no calls to or from on those dates from the office. Shelby tells me it’s not necessary because I’ve met the requirements for a refund with this but she has to run it up her chain to have it issued. That was back in June. I’ve called once a week, every week since then trying to get back in touch with Shelby, to be given the run around by the staff that she’s again out of the office. Only to find out a week ago Shelby quit and the new manager is saying the claim was denied and they won’t issue a refund. Zero customer service, zero integrity or honor system. This place is TERRIBLE and only cares about your money. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

Negative experience: Use at your own risk! We took our son here for an orthodontic consultation. We agreed to start services and they measured and ordered an expander retainer for him. It has been 3 months and I have yet to hear from them about setting up an appointment to insert the expander. I have called them multiple times and each time I talk to someone they have no clue what I am talking about and promise someone will call me back. I never get a callback but yet they are charging me monthly for the expander I never received. I want my money back and to cancel the expander, summer is over my son is in school and I wanted him to have it over the summer to get use to it before going back.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for many years for periodontal maintenance, which is a cleaning every 3 months. I have always paid $155 as I am on their membership plan each year with discounts since we are family of five and pay out of pocket. Yesterday I went in for my cleaning, my appointment was at 12:30 and I live an hour away. After over an hour of waiting, they took x-rays and began to tell me the days visit would cost $520 for my cleaning (apparently that is their new discounted price) but they would honor my previous pricing at $215. I have never paid $215 for a cleaning. At my previous appointment I paid $185 for the same exact service. They said I need irrigation with the periodontal maintenance that was an additional $60 that brought my total from $155 to $215. There was absolutely no communication between my last appointment and this one to inform me that “prices have gone up”. I told them I can’t pay that today and to just clean my teeth without irrigation which they have done many times in the past and was told they can’t do that. I have to have irrigation. I left disappointed for about 5 minutes, but after talking with my husband came back to go ahead and have my teeth cleaned with irrigation but was told they are now behind schedule and couldn’t get to me. I wasted 2 hours of my day here, they were very rude and there is no way to communicate with anyone in corporate which I believe is intentional. Chasen is great, and the front desk is great but the dentist, Dr Crespo, has told me once I had a cavity I didn’t have (it was shadowing on x-ray confirmed by previous dentist at this location, and after my x-rays yesterday even Dr. Crespo confirmed I have no cavities which is funny because she’s the one who said I have a cavity a year earlier. Cavities don’t just disappear. She also said I needed a root canal, and I had a second opinion confirming by a renown endodontist in DFW that I did not need a root canal). Sadly this company has turned into a money seeking company and I can no longer recommend mustang crossing dental works to my friends and family. I unfortunately will be seeking another dentist who really does “see me” and not just my money. Please do not respond with your generic recommendation for me to contact you directly when you know you do not give any real contact information.

Negative experience: I have been asking for them to take my braces off since march and they scanned me for a retainer and told me next appt I can get them off. I come in one month later and the retainer isn’t ready and they say wait a week or two to get a phone call for when it’s ready it’s now august and I have been calling them throughout the months several times and still no info. I came today and the hours online say they close at 6pm its 3pm and their doors are locked with nobody inside. The orthodontist himself is rude and unprofessional and so are some of the workers. One man put my brackets in loose and they tried blaming me for it the next appt. Do not come here if you want good service that’s for sure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Molli was great. I went in for an extraction and wanted to know about an implant. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable with all that she was doing, taking breaks when she saw I was a little uncomfortable. I had a great experience and plan on using them when needed.

Fantastic experience: Having been a long-term patient of a previous dental practice, I recently transitioned due to a change in employment and insurance coverage. Despite my preference for consistency, I decided to try Mustang Crossing. I am pleased to report a positive experience, particularly due to the patience demonstrated by Bri during the X-ray process, the thorough explanations provided by the hygienist, and Karina's assistance with financing options. The staff's professionalism and helpfulness were greatly appreciated.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for cleaning, and only received a treatment plan for over $8000 after insurance. On my initial visit I paid $32 for x-rays and than received a bill in the mail months later for another $39 for some sort of cancer screening. The dentist office did not mention the additional $39 bill when I was first in office and paid the initial $32. I should have read the reviews as this treatment seems to be more common than it should be.

Negative experience: Doctor and hygienist are great but the staff Horrible, horrible services! Manager has no customer service. Fail to call and reschedule my husbands appt after he had an appt. Then, I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule dental work for my kids and yet have received a called to give me a quote! I truly love the hygienist but regret that I have to find another dentist due to the lack of communication with staff! Staff and manager are not helpful at all!

Negative experience: My husband & daughter went in for a cleaning & check up. Mustang only did the check up and came up with “treatment plans” that were over 8,000 each. When they expressed that they wouldn’t be able to start the “treatment plan” today, they were rushed out of the exam rooms. Mustang Crossing also filled the claim wrong on my daughter and now we receive collection calls and statements. I have called Mustang several times and tried to speak with Shelby (who seems to be in charge of billing) and never seem to get her….. she’s always too busy! I also called my insurance, they say the claim was paid in FULL and there should be nothing I have to pay! I feel like this place is just after money! Paid by insurance and still trying to collect money from us! Scammers!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience of my life at this location from walk in to the wrong location because this wasn't the dentist off I made my appointment with. Dr.Crespo,Jordan,Sulit,Angel this was a beautiful team the welcome my in and got me right with no problems I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled out Dr.Crespo did that and I didn't feel any pain which was great because I was in alot of pain dealing with tooth pain. Negative experience: HORRIBLE. The office was not up to par and the staff would touch other objects with their gloves then try and put them in my mouth again. HIGHLY unsanitary I also paid what I needed to pay and insurance covered the rest now MONTHS later they are telling me I owe them money Not to mention I couldn’t even get my teeth cleaned because there was NO dentist there just assistants

My first visit was as a new patient and yes they take x rays and tell you all these things wrong with your mouth and how much you will owe, even though you only have Medicare and no money for extra care, but in the end everything worked out for the best thanks to Care credit. Did I need the work they suggested,yes and the work on my mouth was excellent. You just have to let them know what you can afford to work on and what you can't. Loved my experience afterwards very caring and friendly employees.

Negative experience: Experience Was not good at all. I went in as a transfer from creek crossing dental and at first they started to treat me as a new patient, but later found my document. Took a Panasonic imaging without getting my permission. Later the dentist wanted me see a special hygienist for deep cleaning and ? Gingivitis which I have never had all my life. I asked for a regular cleaning which they didn’t do and I had to walk away disappointed and what a waste of my time. I maintain a good oral hygiene, get regular cleaning twice a year and have never heard about any problems. This is all a money making business.

Positive experience: It was pretty busy but I was a new patient so I had to stay a while for xrays and consultations so I didn’t get to stay for what I went for. The staff was very kind, kept communicating and checking in letting me know what was happening

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. Appointment at 3pm they didn’t call me in until 4pm. They immediately started taking X-rays 2 minutes into the visit. I went in for a cleaning which my insurance covers twice a year. They stated they would do an annual review, overloaded our bill and handed me a bill for over 3k. When I stated that I didn’t want to get anything else done outside of my cleaning they refused and wanted to charge me for the X-rays which I never authorized or signed off on. Seems this is a common practice with this place as a means to milk your Insurnace. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with state. Waisted 2 hours of my day to be treated the way I was here.

Fantastic experience: WOW. I would definitely give Mustang Crossing Dental care a 5 STARS. THEY ARE GOOD, VERY GOOD. I TOOK my brother here. They told me things I didn't know he had . And he went to the dentist in June last year. Last 2 dentist he went to , didn't recognize what was wrong . Mustang crossing went above and beyond to find out what was wrong. I was stunned and shocked why The last two dentist didn't find it. They went above and beyond to explain it to us. They did it very well. I was really impressed. They took x-rays and explained it very well. I just couldn't believe how the last 2 dentist missed it. Mustang Crossing found what was wrong. They were very helpful. Very professional. Very friendly. They went above and beyond to find the problem. I would definitely give Mustang Creek a 5 star. They worked hard for it. Everyone should give u a 5 star. Because you are the best around. Negative experience: Went in for a teeth cleaning and never received it Started out with X-rays then a dr telling me I needed all teeth pulled and dentures which is not true Then to a denture impressions and then they want $21000 for dentures and then trying to get me financed for what the insurance doesn’t cover.Not real satisfied with not doing what I came in for

Negative experience: Taking over a month to get a refund and having to call them everyday . They ask for payment before service have a whole note pad of back and forth with them me having to call everyday . People are nice but definitely please dont go youll be waiting for hours and no one will know what’s actually going on.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Ended up being in the office for 4 hours to not even be seen. Had to reschedule to get myself seen just to not be seen again Bruce’s I HAVE to do a treatment rather than a cleaning. I take my family for dental every six months as usual and how do we all now need $2,000 treatments?! Money seeking! NEVER GOING BACK!

Negative experience: Took a day off for my dental appointment. Arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment. First 30 minutes of waiting they told us they don’t have available rooms yet for us, the appointments should have been scheduled accordingly to accommodate patients or just say you don’t have anything available anymore and then after waiting 45 minutes, they asked us if we wanted to cancel it or reschedule the appointment because of the power/server issue. Ended up canceling the appointment, So disappointing. Bring all your patience when you go to this place.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my concerns regarding our recent visit to your clinic a month ago. My wife and I brought our daughter in to have her fractured front tooth examined. We understand that you do not accept insurance, which is why we requested only to have the broken tooth looked at. However, during the appointment, the doctor examined her and subsequently decided to take X-rays of her entire mouth—something we did not request and were not informed beforehand that it would incur additional costs. To our surprise, we received a bill for $347, with no prior warning regarding this charge. I attempted to clarify this matter by calling your office, and although a staff member assured me they would look into it and call me back, it has now been 1.5 weeks without any follow-up communication. I called again, but the lack of responsiveness continues to be concerning. I understand that practices can have varying policies, but I find this approach to customer service to be lacking in fairness and transparency. While I have confidence in the quality of care your practitioners provide, the manner in which this situation has been handled has left a negative impression.

Negative experience: I’m not the person to leave reviews but if I could give this place 0 starts I would. Very unprofessional place I called to confirm my appointment and they said they didn’t know when or where my appointment was but that they would fit me in so I went ahead and SCHEDULED ANOTHER time and gave this place a try but it was a huge waste of time. It was supposed to be a regular clean up and they proceeded to say I needed a deep cleaning the total after insurance was almost 2,000 (4000 without insurance)which is ridiculous for just a cleaning! Keep in mind they said I had 0 cavities but yet wanted to charge me for a “deep cleaning” I looked at the treatment plan bill and they added so many things without asking for my consent. I walked out of this place because instead of doctors helping us they screw us to pay for things we don’t even need. Anyways if you choose this place which I don’t recommend I hope your experience is better!

Positive experience: They very professional & informative. The office was clean, staff was very helpful & pleasant. I usually dread dental appointments but I feel more comfortable with this staff.

Negative experience: I don’t want to be impolite, but I can’t take this anymore. My experience with Mustang Crossing Dental has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. This is the third time they’ve canceled my appointment. My most recent appointment was scheduled for December 3. On the same day at 11 a.m., I received an email saying it was canceled. while I was already on my way there. When they rescheduled for the third time, I specifically asked if they were sure it wouldn’t be canceled again. I even explained that I live far away I have to drive 3 hours and had to take a day off work just to attend. They assured me it wouldn’t happen but here we are again. The three words I would use to describe this dental office are: not responsible, unprofessional, and a waste of your time. I’m not trying to be mean, but people need to know about my experience. I truly regret doing my braces with them, and I hope others don’t face the same frustration and wasted time I have.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Crespo is a kind and caring dentist who is very knowledgeable and responds thoughtfully to any and all questions you may have. The hygienist (Chassen) gave me the most thorough deep clean I have ever had and sent me home with instruction, special pastes, and special mouthwashes to improve my dental hygiene and overall gum health. If you are looking for a dental home in Forney and the surrounding area, consider giving Mustang Crossing a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 dental implants and I consider Dr Draper to be the best in every way. I recommend the prosthodontist (from his Archway practice), too.

Negative experience: Updated review. I moved to a solo practitioner and I'm much happier. The good: Everybody is friendly, everything is clean and you don't get stuck in the waiting room forever. The bad: Frequently changed hygienists, ALWAYS pushing treatment not covered by insurance. They'll hit you for hundreds of dollars above insurance if you let them. My new dentist advised most of that was excessive.

I appreciate his straightforwardness and clear communication style. He took the time to discuss a plan that was not only cost-effective but also designed to minimize stress throughout my treatment. Let’s be real—no business is perfect, and as customers, we can sometimes be demanding. However, I’ve read some reviews that seem overly critical. My experience was fantastic, and I believe it’s important to acknowledge the hard work of a dedicated team. I will definitely continue my dental care here and will happily refer anyone seeking a knowledgeable, direct, and understanding dentist. The entire staff at Mustang Crossing Dental Care is amazing, and I’m grateful to have found such a reliable dental home!

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for over a decade, then they were bought out by Brident. Then my last appointment was awful. No one notified me that insurance didnt cover my previous appointment fully and had a collections on my account. That I also couldn't be seen until that was paid. I called the collections number provided- they didnt have anything. They still saw me and I paid out of pocket for the appointment. They then reviewed imaging from the last appointment (6mo prior) and told me I need fillings. Why wasn't that checked at the last appointment and discussed then? But I would also have to pay out of pocket for each of those. As well as my previous doctor wasn't there and saw someone new. It was like she didn't look at my chart or anything prior to arriving. We discussed my history and she didn't know what half of it was or meant

Fantastic experience: All the Staff is wonderful, helpful, kind and professional!!! The sweet lady, Isabella, at the front desk that helped us make our appointment and took our information was just so patient, welcoming and kind!!! Dr. Cal is Awesome! He took the time to go over everything and made us feel super comfortable with everything that needed to be done. Very Personable and professional! Brooklyn was tremendously helpful, kind, Super patient and compassionate while figuring out the financial part! We are so thankful to have found this place!
