Fantastic experience: Excellent job, dental tech was Informative, Pleasant and showed a great deal of skill and all that she did. In addition, I had a problem with my home heater and needed to stay on time with a 12:30 plumbing & heating tech appointment and an 11:00 AM cleaning appointment. Both were on time, not rushed and done perfectly. Thanks Jordan Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in for a cleaning appointment with Veronica and she was excellent as always. She took her time with me, reviewed my medications, confirmed I had taken my antibiotics, and explained what she was doing. Dr. Jordan also took the time to examine me and was as pleasant as usual. I felt comfortable and confident that I had an excellent cleaning and examination. As an added benefit the entire staff is welcoming from the receptionist to the billing person.

The technology is clearly up to date, and everything feels fresh and welcoming. I initially came in for an Invisalign consultation, and it was nothing short of amazing. The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful and made me feel right at home. You can really tell that the culture of the office is centered around patient care and comfort. Dr. Kennedy was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to feel informed and comfortable. I knew right away that I wanted to become an established patient, and the staff made that happen with ease. They scheduled my cleaning and all my follow-up appointments before I even left. Positive experience: Teeth whitening, not what was expected. Gums irritated, teeth not noticeably whiter initially. Staff are very nice, but product and issue with my gums are the issue.

Saw dentist today 4/24 for my 6 month checkup. Made we feel very comfortable. I was a great checkup. And the receptionist and girls in the office are great. The "new facility" is great too with plenty of parking.again 5 thumbs up. See you in 6 months hopefully

Negative experience: My husband and I started going to Jordan Dental four years ago. While the offices are lovely and the staff friendly, my husband left the practice after two years. I am leaving now. Our discomfort centers around the high pressure sale pitches: electric tooth brush, water pick, whitening, Invisalign, and mouth guards. When I was told I would have to purchase a second mouth guard after an implant, I refused. The hygienist left to speak to Dr Jordan and came back saying she had agreed to sell two for the price of one. I purchased what I thought was the first tooth guard. When I went for routine check up, while Dr Jordan checked my teeth, the hygienist told her I would be getting my implant the following week and the second mouth guard as part of the two for one. Dr Jordan nodded. I was in the next week to have the tooth implanted and the guard ordered but following multiple conversations, it seems no one knew what I was talking about. When I confronted the hygienist, I was told Dr Jordan would call me that night… only she didn’t. I made an appointment to have the mouth guard adjusted. The business manager called me the night before my appointment and told me that there was no evidence of a special pricing offer I was being told that my existing guard could be adjusted. I agreed to try that. I went back. It didn’t fit well and a piece broke off during the process. No one offered to reconsider giving me a new guard. I was charged for the adjustment. I feel uncomfortable getting healthcare from a practice that gives misinformation to patients in order to sell a product and then walks away from a commitment. I would advise patients of this practice to seek second opinions for any high price items or services that they recommend.

Fantastic experience: It's always a great experience going to Dr. Jordan's office for my dental care! Today I saw Veronica and Dr. Kennedy. Both took excellent care of me. Dr. Jordan consistently creates a wonderful environment for both the Patients and her Staff!

Negative experience: Very very disappointed with my visit! Went in to get a simple teeth cleaning and was told I needed to get a deep cleaning that I already had last year from my previous dentist. They wanted me to pay 2800$ out of pocket along with using my top tier insurance! So in other words, I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned unless I came up with that money, which made no sense! They give you this walk through introduction like you’re buying a car! I was wondering why I was getting this step by step executive treatment at a dentist office? Now I know why! Bottom line, I went to get my teeth cleaned at this wonderful office I researched, and paid nothing, ins covered it! Oh, and my new dentist, who is very detailed, said I did not need a deep cleaning… especially in order to get my teeth cleaned that day! Stay away from this office, they try and blind you with the glitz and glamour and expensive new machines then over charge you for things you don’t need! They ought to be ashamed of themselves the way they try and cheat people!

Dr Jordan and staff are absolutely first rate in every respect and, having been a patient in multiple doctor’s offices - I’m 72 this December - I can easily say that they have created singularly the most engaging and patient centered experience I have ever had. I was simply delighted. Did I mention it’s a dentist’s office. You must see it to believe it.
