I brought my daughter in for an emergency appointment, and from the moment we arrived, the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Dr. Bloom and his staff treated my daughter with so much care, kindness, patience, and support. They made her feel comfortable during a stressful situation, and as a mom, that meant everything to me. I am also incredibly grateful that they went above and beyond to fit her into their schedule for an emergency visit. After so many years of searching for a dentist office where we truly feel comfortable and cared for, I’m so happy to say that my daughter finally has a regular dentist! ❤️ Thank you so much, Dr. Bloom, and your amazing staff, for taking such wonderful care of my daughter. Fantastic experience: My girls have been going to Smiles in Bloom since they were one, they are now 11 & 13. They actually get excited about going to the dentist! We’ve had a few dental issues but everyone from the dental hygienists to the dentists have always made it such a pleasant experience, as much as it’s possible anyways. My kids actually remind me to make the appointments that’s how much they like going. I am so thankful for every single person in that office!! From the receptionists, to the hygienists and the dentists. They are all AMAZING!!

The kids actually liked going to the dentist it was comfortable and fun for them.We have never had a problem. Always felt welcomed and were treated with respect. This should be a model for all patients care, focusing on the individuals needs, comfort, caring atmosphere and building trust. Dr Bloom has really done things right in the world of healthcare.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place I have a two year old and he is terroir all Doctors, doesn't matter what kind, but they are patient and kind with him this was his third visit of not mistaken and has always cried but this last time he did amazing and I am proud and happy that they try to make him comfortable he loves the toy ducks and stickers I would recommend this place. Next time we are hoping to get him to sit in the big chair and have the water and suction in mouth we will see but knowing him might take a bit and make him cry again

Fantastic experience: Pediatric dentistry made easy, and more importantly, exciting! We legitimately feel like family at Smiles in Bloom. I am proud to say all of my children are patients at this practice. My son is a bit of an anxious guy, and even through the more invasive procedures he's had at Smiles in Bloom, his safety and comfort was noticeably the first priority. My daughter absolutely ADORES Dr. Bloom and Dr. David, to the point where she talks about them at home during teeth time and is always super excited for her next visit. She's actually dissapointed that she only gets to visit every 6 months. We have endless thanks, gratitude, and appreciation for Dr. Bloom and Dr. David, as well as the staff, and Oral Hygenists at Smiles.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going here since my oldest (14) was 3 yrs old which is now the age of my youngest. All 4 of my children (14,11,5,3) look FORWARD to going to the dentist & actually get excited. The entire staff is amazing & I’ve never doubted any of them for a millisecond when it comes to preventative care or dental procedures. Not only is the staff & care great but the environment & vibes of the establishment are 100 % geared toward children of all ages & they feel very comfortable there. I recommend them to anyone with kids looking for a pediatric dentist Since we’ve been going consistently for 11 years now I figured it was finally time to write my review as I’ve spent plenty of time there & experienced many different dental procedures with the staff to evaluate & share my opinion. Which I hope will help you to make your decision if you’re looking at these reviews trying to find a pediatric dentist for your family.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! The staff is very kid & parent friendly. My son was having major anxiety about seeing the dentist and the staff quickly tended to him and made him feel comfortable and put his mind at ease when I could not. The place is very clean and they were quick to get us in and out in 30 minutes (as a first time patient.) The dental hygienist Noemy is the best, she’s the sweetest, very precessional and experienced with kids. Definitely check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist, they are always respectful, kind, and do such a good job with my son.

Negative experience: This dentist billed me over six months after my son’s appointment claiming they don’t take his new insurance. I called before the appointment to make sure they accepted it and they told me they did. I literally handed the receptionist his new card at his appointment and she made copies. No one once mentioned to me that his insurance was not accepted. Then I get a bill months later? No thank you. Incredibly unprofessional and unfair to families that can’t afford to pay the bill when they could have made an appointment somewhere that did accept their insurance. Not okay.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing first experience at this dentist! They were so great with both my kids (3 + 11) and so kind to me! Bringing multiple kids anywhere can feel stressful, never mind the dentist; but I didn’t feel stressed at all - what a phenomenal staff!

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly and patient. They were able to assist my squirmy adhd son who is fearful of doctors. Our technician even sang to him to help calm him and had an amazing voice. Would definitely return and recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The office was spotless and welcoming, and both the dentist and the assistant were incredibly kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which was so important for us. My five-year-old, who is autistic, can get overwhelmed, but they handled him beautifully and made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I have been bringing my daughter here for at least 2 years now. I’ve had Anthem insurance the entire time for her. I’ve had no copays for routine exams, had to pay out of pocket some for cavities as to be expected and then I show up for a routine cleaning appointment for her for the girls at the front desk to be miserable and rude, first off, and then only finally this appointment to tell me they’re not in network with anthem And that I all of a sudden would need to pay out of pocket??? I’ve also had family members who have dealt with this office double billing them for services or for things they haven’t actually had done who have told me to always double check the bills to be sure because they can’t be trusted. Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this office regarding insurance and very disappointed with the front desk staff’s demeanor and attitude and lack of helpfulness when there today.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Billie loves going to her routine dental appointments at Smiles in Bloom. She goes every 6 months since her toddler years began.

I am so glad to have encouraging and down to earth light-hearted staff to make my child’s dental experience a positive one!

Fantastic experience: Blake loves the dentist, not just for teeth cleanings but also interacting with all of the staff and how special they all make him feel. Today he had his first X-rays taken and he did amazing. Blake says thank you for being the best dental office and making me feel so special.

Negative experience: Had to call and cancel my childrens appointments due to unforeseen circumstances in our schedule. Because I cancelled, I was charged $100 AND told that I am *not allowed to reschedule their appointments*. They will only see my children if I happen to call on a day that they have openings… in other words, I have to call every day that I have available in hopes that they just happen to have the same availability as me - as opposed to scheduling out on a known date. Absolutely absurd. Especially for a pediatric dentist. Children get sick. Parents have to take time off of work for appointments, how are we expected to waste a day of PTO hoping that the dentist office will just happen to have an opening the same day you choose? Don’t bring your children to a pediatric office that clearly does not prioritize children’s wellbeing!

Fantastic experience: Tech was gentle and kind. She worked very well with my 2 1/2 year old. And they have TVs on the ceiling! Genius!

Shannon is a great hygienist and I was grateful for the knowledge she shared. The assistants are wonderful. The office is immaculate I won’t bring my kids anywhere else! Fantastic experience: Smiles in Bloom has been a wonderful experience for all my children including my special needs kiddos. We had an issue with one of my nonverbal kiddos being upset and unable to fully communicate and when I called to explain the situation they were very accommodating and fit us in as soon as they could. They made a challenging situation easy and were so patient with my kiddo.

Positive experience: The hygienists and dentists here have been wonderful with my anxious children. My only complaint is the reception staff is…less than friendly or helpful. For example, today I got no eye contact or smile from who was checking me in, just a “you have a balance”. I wasn’t sure what it was for (my husband and my daughter was JUST there a couple days before) and she gave me a vague explanation on what it could be and said I should have received a bill in the mail (I haven’t). So I said I wasn’t prepared for a payment and I wasn’t sure what she needed me to do today. She clicked around on the computer for 3 solid minutes in silence before she said, still not looking at me, sooooo do you want to call later to pay it? I wasn’t sure frustrated and just said, yeah I guess? Then she said something else, still without looking at me and I didn’t hear her -they are still totally behind glass - and I said, “I’m sorry” She looked at me and said “ YOURE ALL SET. Meaning I should go sit down??? Just really not friendly or helpful.

Fantastic experience: My children have been going to Smiles in Bloom since they were barely walking and now they are teenagers. The service there has always been excellent and Dr. Bloom is fantastic. All the staff take extra time and care with my non verbal daughter who has autism. They are so great with her that, they are no longer in network with our insurance but we have decided to keep her with this practice anyway.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my kids here for the last couple of years the dentists and dental assistants are always great with both of my kids. My Son is nonverbal and has autism and they are always kind and gentle and speak softly and are very patient with him and they are always very kind and talkative with my daughter and always make sure she is comfortable and safe and they explain everything to her and let her be a part of her dentist visit rather than just telling her what they’re doing. My Son is 7 and my Daughter is 4.

Fantastic experience: had to take my newborn with us to my 3.5 year olds appointment and the hygienists were so kind, they rocked my crying newborn to sleep so i could hold my not so happy toddler in the dentist chair. highly recommend smiles in bloom!!

Fantastic experience: Brought my 3.5 year old to see Dr. David for his regular check up. We had a great experience from start to finish! The reception team was so kind and welcoming and Dr. David and his assistants were wonderful. They made my son feel so comfortable and I felt very confident in his abilities as a dentist. Dr. David is wonderful with kids and did an excellent job! My son has been asking when he can go back to see him again. Would 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: My boys are now 10 and 11. Their dentist since they were toddlers retired. As they don't like change we were all pleasantly surprised after their first appt. Both of my boys said they like this office better than their last dentist! As a mom, I have to agree as the doctor advised logically and explained the necessity of seeing an orthodontist sooner than later. I greatly appreciated that. The office is very kid friendly, clean, and super professional. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a regular dental patient since she was a year old. We had to find a new dentist due to a change in insurance and HOLY COW Smiles in Bloom is extraordinary. She had to have a small procedure for some sealants and an early cavity addressed and she had zero issues. The front desk staff, hygienist and dentist were honestly so incredible and made my girl feel like a star patient. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to the area and were referred to Smiles in Bloom by our pediatrician. They did not disappoint! The staff were very kind and professional. The appointment moved right along, and great communication was provided throughout. The way everything is set up makes for a very comfortable atmosphere. I wish my dentist was set up like this! Going back in a month with my 2nd child! UPDATE: Still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My 2nd child has been now 2x and my oldest twice more with an additional visit for an extraction. Every experience has been smooth and easy. They work so well with the kids. I find myself wishing my dentist experiences were this stress free every time I go.

Shannon put both my kids fears at ease and talked to them on their level and explained things to them before she did anything. She made it a fun experience and shaped their view on what future appointments would look like, in a good way, so that they don’t have a fear of the dentist in the future. Fantastic experience: I have a special needs child who is non verbal with other medical issues. I have been having so many issues with other dentists who have not even tried to take a look in my child’s mouth. These other dentist made myself and my child’s staff feel very uncomfortable. I was referred to Smiles in Bloom and was nervous of the outcome. Upon arrival this dentist was heavily staffed with very friendly and supportive staff. We checked in and were told where to be seated. During the seating time there were no awkward stares or vibes. We were called in quickly and the staff was very polite and asked many questions about my child as well as her dental history. The staff actually took the time to work with my child to get into her mouth to check her teeth and the doctor was called in. He came in right away and took a look as well. They taught me and provided the necessary tools to properly get my child to open her mouth! They also took all the necessary steps for her future dental care. The staff gave my daughter toys and helped me to the car!! I love this place. Best experience I have ever had!!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going there for many years one being about 12 yrs. This place definitely gets the job done in as much ease as possible. The hygienist and doctors are super friendly and my kiddos are always comfortable. The office is extremely clean as well as efficient, seeing that they work on all of my 5 kiddos in a visit. We have twin toddlers and they are just absolutely amazing! The staff is so amazing kind! Never a complaint from the kids about going to the dentist !

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more thankful to have been recommended Smiles in Bloom when my kid was younger. We take a 30 minute drive to stay with them and it’s completely worth it. In the kids eyes, they have tvs on the ceiling, coin machines that they pick their prize from on the way out, and even a mini toilet and sink in the bathroom. They are the definition of pediatric perfection. In regards to what a parent would be looking for… their scheduling has always been easy. They get me in for emergencies when needed. They are always on time. The doctor will answer whatever questions you have. You never feel rushed. The hygienists and dental assistants make you feel supported and educate you where needed. One of the reasons we left our first ever pediatric dentist that’s closer to us was because of the way they talked to us and made me feel small when my infant was having milk in a bottle at night and got a cavity because I didn’t realize that turned to sugar basically. Here I was a new mom thinking I was doing the right thing because it wasn’t juice or a sugary drink. Once we made the transfer to here, Not only did Smiles in Bloom calm my nerves and educated me the right way, they were able to repair the discoloration on a front facing tooth caused by a repair done at the dentist we left. It was unexpected and made the mom guilt so much less. I’m forever thankful for that! Both of my kids look forward to going to the dentist! Can you really ask for anything else?!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my daughter there since she was almost 2 (over 6 years) and I’ll continue to have her be a patient there as long as they’ll have us! The receptionists leave something to be desired as far as friendliness, and I always feel like I’m being rushed or I’m somehow in the way. The hygienist and dentist are SO FRIENDLY and warm. I haven’t met a kid that loves flossing but they never treat us like idiots. They are great at teaching proper dental hygiene and very thorough with their Q & A during visits. On the way out you get your usual goodie bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, floss and stickers AND they give the kids a coin to pick a little prize from the machines! We actually love going to the dentist, now! Thank you Smiles in Bloom. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place for my kiddos. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and puts me at ease bringing all my kiddos in there. I have 2 autistic kiddos as well and they always accommodate their needs. Patient, gentle, and supportive especially with my high needs son. We live far but travel here just because I know our experience will be wonderful every single time.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I was a little anxious going to my child's visit because of how scared he was of the dentist. My experiences with the dental hygienists had not been the greatest here, until yesterday. I'm not sure if they specifically placed my child with this particular hygienist but she was incredible and very calm with my son. He did a complete 180 at this appointment and I believe she was one of the factors contributing to that. Dr. Bloom was wonderful and kind as well. Happy to return here after this

Fantastic experience: I take all of my children here. All the doctors are fantastic. My son is very difficult in a doctor setting. He struggles. However the doctors here all incredibly calm, and patient. All of my children are happy when they come. The office opens really early which is nice for working parents . It’s immaculate. It’s very easy making an appointment to check out. The people at the desk are also awesome ! Very nice !I had a dental emergency for my son. My schedule is hectic however they accommodated me and let me send an email to see if it needed a visit. I’m so glad I did! They responded and explained to get me in asap(we don’t live local). However I travel 30-40 min just to come here . I’m sorry I don’t remember the doctors name but he is so kind and helpful. I’ve met most of the dentists and they are all wonderful . The people who answer at the front desk is also wonderful! Thank you Smiles in Bloom.

Fantastic experience: Appointment was great. Daughter a little nervous. Needs to have some cavity’s filled and they where fantastic about explaining everything to Kylie that they where gonna do. Made her very comfortable and at ease.

Positive experience: All three of my children go here and the staff is great! The oldest and the youngest do wonderful but my middle babe has an extremely hard time at the dentist and refuses any and all services. He kicks, screams, cries, tries to run away, with no explanation behind it! (He’s never had a poor experience somewhere to cause this traumatic response) The staff is amazing and patient with him and do all they can to make him as comfortable as possible and talk him through everything they are going to do.

Fantastic experience: Was thankful to all of the staff for making my two son's first visit here very pleasant. They played happily in the waiting area for a very short wait. Then, when it was their turn to head back, they couldn't believe there was a tv on the ceiling. The staff made sure to keep both my children and myself informed on what was happening or going to happen. The appointment was efficient for me and enjoyable for my boys. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff very patient with my boys. Office has tvs on the ceiling to distract kids. They get a little reward at the end bouncy ball etc. My kids love going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit, the building is easy to find with a good amount of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Cute place with kid friendly decorations and colors. I’m a first time mom with a 9 month old baby, they were so kind and patient in answering my questions. I learned a lot and feel a lot better about what to do now that he has teeth.

Positive experience: I have been taking my kids here since they were little; for past 7 years. Everyone is nice and courteous here. The kids are comfortable with Dr Bloom and the hygienists. Never had any complaints. But I think the front desk staff has changed and their work is a bit sloppy. The last couple of appointments were a mess. They canceled one of my appointments and told me that my husband had called to cancel (which he didn’t as he doesn’t deal with this at all) But that day they took us in saying that there might be some mix up. Today they charged me $50 for no-show. I don’t tend to remember stuff so paid them the money, but later I did my own digging through the mails and found that I had canceled that appointment 2 weeks prior to the schedule. But they don’t accept their mistakes and G started arguing with a note full of dates which I had missed but they hadn’t charged. So they were not charged out of courtesy but the one I canceled properly got charged? Anyway, amongst those dates was the day that they canceled but I had shown up. Makes me wonder if the other dates too were what I had canceled 48 hours prior to the appointment. But all I learnt is they won’t accept their mistakes, so I am going to be on top of these too (which I really hate. I don’t want to be worrying about overcharges or mischarges) All I want is for me to be able to cancel appointments if they don’t work for us and not get charged because we were late or were no -shows 2 years back.

Fantastic experience: Sandy was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old. She was patient and kind. Doc came in did his thing with the same kindness !
