Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Burns has fixed several fillings for me (from past dentists), and I haven’t had a single problem with one. I’m not sure what magic he uses, but I haven’t felt any of the numbing shots, which hasn’t been the case in the past (even with the topical numbing agent). The hygienists are thorough and kind to the gums.

Nobody really looks forward a lot to going to the dentist, but when needed this is an excellent place to go! 3-28-2024 - My experience at Dr. Burns' office today was outstanding, as always. However, I can't help adding that I could not be more PLEASED with the outcome of the two treatments I received this time! My modified partial denture now fits better than ever, and the absence of extracted tooth #13 is a blessing indeed. Very pleased Dr. Burns was able to remove it on short notice (all 3 broken pieces of it!) and save me another trip back or to an oral surgeon! Fri 6-20-2025 - Another excellent visit with Dr. Burns yesterday. I highly recommend his practice; all 4 of my immediate family members are his patients

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the office for several years now after they were recommended to me by a co-worker's wife. I can't recommend Dr Jeffery Burns enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and very nice, he doesn't rush you out of the office to get to his next appointment, he spends time with you and goes over everything. He is a very honest man. I recently had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr Jacob Burns and he just like his father is a pleasure to deal with. The office staff is phenomenal, especially the office manager Katrina, she is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this practice, they are the best around.

Negative experience: I went to for a teeth cleaning and check up with Dr Jacob burns and was told I had 10 cavities and needed to get them filled rather urgently. I have Husky insurance which they don’t take (and I knew that going in, which was ok) and let them know that I was cash paying and that would be a lot of money for me. They quoted me over $3000 for work (also took them over a month to get back to me with a price quote). I emailed them and asked them to forward my x rays to another dentist for a second opinion, which they never did. I got a second opinion anyways. The dentist I got a second opinion at did another full set of X-rays at my expense, then showed me I had ONE cavity. ONE, not 10. And they very carefully went over the X-rays showing me literally what a cavity looked like to reassure me that I didn’t have 10 like I was told by Jacob Burns. Also oddly enough my boyfriend and I both went in and got charged different amounts for the same amount of X-rays, and the same cleanings, even putting our info on the same bill so we could see the difference in price which we though was odd. Safe to say we won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Burns along with Liza and their entire crew have been providing expert dental care for me for more than 18 years now. When I first lived in Connecticut, I lived just a few miles away but for more than a decade and a half, I have driven the better part of an hour to get to them for my appointments because they are that good at what they do. They care about my health, well being, the way I feel and what I want and need. I’m consistently comfortable, confident and happy with the experience and outcome of their care and work. In top of that, each of their private patient care rooms faces a plant filled atrium that makes me feel surrounded by the relaxing, healing green and natural light of nature. As long as I’m living here and they are available, they will continue to be my dental care providers.

Fantastic experience: Dr Burns fixed my crown in one try. I had a filling that broke a year and a half ago and required a crown. Another dentist had tried 3 times and each time the crown had issues and I was left with bleeding gums every time I flossed. When I saw Dr Burns he was very caring, and detailed and was able to fix my tooth in one try. I’m so relieved to have a tooth I can use and floss again! I even referred a friend who recently broke a tooth and he was able to help her as well in one appointment. Can’t say enough good things.

I was seen by Dr. Burns within 30 minutes of my phone call. The office immediately referred me to a local endodontist where a root canal was performed. Excellent care and concern for me, the patient.

Left a voicemail about a tooth issue that suddenly arose on their closed day. In less than 1hr, Doctor Burns himself calls me back to check up. Fantastic experience: This is a great dental facility, still looking new and always clean. The staff is very professional, courteous and pleasant, we've been coming here for years. Regular cleanings and x-rays are usually covered by insurance / Medicare, and if other dental work is needed, they let you know and can give you an estimate, so no surprises.

Fantastic experience: Found my new dentist! Also-- the overall design aesthetic is goals. You can really tell EVERYONE working there loves what they do. I went in for an initial visit with a handful of dental needs and even some insurance left to kill, Dr.Burns, Trish & the gang were able to get me back in later that same day to get some work done before the start of the new year due to a cancellation. Not that I want anyone else to cancel[!] but if someone does by the end of the year, they even said they'd call me back in to take care of another one before insurance renews at the end of the month D; Thank you guys!
