Fantastic experience: I will recommend this place to anybody, the orthodontist and cleansers and workers there are 100% kind when they finished my son’s braces they looked straighter than they ever had. They let their customers decide and I did it and that worked and helped me. This is the best dentist place I’ve ever been in and anyone looking for a dentist for their kids this is the perfect place

From the front office, to the dentist and the hygienist . I was in awe when I left and my granddaughter actually loves going there!

Negative experience: I was very sad and disappointed to be forced to leave the practice. We were on a payment plan and were unaware that the payment did not process and dismissed from the clinic. We hope that they portray more empathy and compassion with future patients. I hope the practice works toward maintaining a higher level of professionalism with their patients. The practice did not contact me prior to cancelling me from the practice and they did not make every effort to accommodate. It was one missed payment. The response below is not true.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to this office for 15 years. They have the most kind and compassionate staff we have ever worked with. It is a far drive for me to bring my kids since we moved but I would never change. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for their children. My son is disabled and had major oral aversion. They worked patiently while understanding his limitations but also were able to get him to a place where he is comfortable with having his teeth cleaned. I never imagined that would be possible! They really are just the best!

Fantastic experience: I went here as a kid myself, when I was 3 years old, and didn't leave until I was 25. Dr. Kohler took care of me and my family before his retirement and now I plan to make an appointment for my son once he starts growing teeth (he's 4 months at the moment). This is the only practice for dentistry that I feel completely comfortable taking my baby to and it's all because of the warmth of the staff. Thank you ❤️

My daughter recently had braces through Pediatric Dental and the experience was phenomenal. Everyone here cares about their patients and they truly understand children. Highly recommend!

The hygienists are all extremely nice and gentle with neevous patients. Each dentist is friendly and explains each step of the process to parents and children. I will never take my child anywhere else now! We have been going there for over 8 years now and it’s the best place to go for your child’s de tail needs!

Fantastic experience: Ronnie, our hygienist is always AMAZING! He is very friendly with myself and all of my children. Believe it or not, he remembers my children and is able continue past conversations from previous visits. At my daughter’s last visit, he was very attentive to her needs knowing when to give her a break and sometimes when to distract her. We have been patients for 19 years and have enjoyed every year. We look forward to ten more years.

We have been with this office for 5 years and they (by far) surpass our pediatrician, allergist and any other medical establishment we’ve needed. The employees are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The building is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist…my children will be going here until they’re kicked out for being too old!

Fantastic experience: We've been bringing our 3 daughters here for as long as they've had teeth, and I can't say enough good about the practice! They have always accommodated all three, line them up in three chairs. They are friendly, professional, and have provided such a good experience for the kids compared to what I had growing up. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Not the place for me. After 5 years of going with all of my kids, I decided to pull them out of this practice. The front end staff is amazing and very personable, but the back staff is all business. Doctors "recommending" brand new molars be sealed to keep them into adulthood when they were still fresh popped out of the gums,with no unknown issues. When denied the approval to proceed, the doctor was uninterested in the rest of the visit. Nit picking all my kids about how bad their teeth brushing was by using bullying tactics on my family. We brush after every meal with an electric toothbrush, mouth wash and floss, but due to a medical episode I had, my kids were left to brush on their own for over a month. We have never had any cavities on any of my children and we did everything as requested. We were great patients, the medical staff here is terrible! After my kids vomited from use of too much fluoride after each visit, I was still questioned as to how all my kids were sensitive to fluoride and was pushed around before i was able to get the alternative. Sharon, the office manager, did reach out to see how they could be of assistance which was very thoughtful, but after my kids had a mouth full of blood and negative energy and conversations, I knew I wouldnt give them a second chance! We stayed long enough giving them the chance to change! The staff does not educate family and would rather sit around and berate you. Theyll turn around and tell you to come back in 6 months. They are car salesmen in uniform!! BEWARE!!

Fantastic experience: We came to PDA after 2 very bad experiences with previous dentists and they were very attentive to the needs of my scared little boy. We were put in a private room and they were very calm, friendly and moved very slowly to ensure my son was comfortable. My son had issues with his teeth, which required us to visit more often, and they had us continue the consistency of seeing Eliana and Dr Dante at each visit. My son now happily goes in to see them both, has progressed to a space in the larger outside room and loves to see Dr Dante and Eliana at each visit. We are so grateful for their patience, their kindness and their overall care of him as a person, and of his teeth. Highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Negative experience: They made it clear that these Doctors only care about money. They never emailed me just refused care when we went in for my son's appointment. He had a broken tooth and refused to see him after YEARS of going there. He had grown comfortable with them but they didn’t care that he was in pain because we had an outstanding bill. Which we immediately paid upon learning of this bill. I went through my emails and phone calls and they made absolutely no effort to contact us saying they would refuse care over this bill. I guess money is worth more than patient care.

Fantastic experience: My children love it here. Unfortunately we had an insurance change years ago and we switched dental offices. We had what I’ll call “an incident “ at the other office and I’ll leave it at that. I immediately returned to this office. My child has no anxiety coming to this office. For a while we were out of network and I didnt care because it meant no fights with my child to go to the dentist. My oldest is now ready for an adult dentist and we are having a hard time finding an office that is similar. I would love an office that operates this way for myself even. Everything from appointments to insurance processes and paying bills is seamless. If I ran a practice this is how I would run it.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at pediatric dental associates, from the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by the kind office staff, Dr. Dante was fantastic and friendly, and helped us with a very difficult situation where our daughter needed 4 teeth extracted he explained everything thoroughly and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice any concerns with my child’s dental health. The procedure was scheduled for my daughter who is a high risk cardiac patient and she recovered very well. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our kiddo here since before 1 year of age - almost 11 years now. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, gentle, and professional. They really make the effort to ensure we are comfortable. My kiddo actually says the dentist is an enjoyable experience and can’t understand why anyone would be afraid to go to one.

Negative experience: Continually billed wrong insurance resulting in so much time trying to sort out errors with insurance companies.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 1.5 year old for her first visit. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us as the parents some great tips/tricks for keeping our daughter's teeth clean at home. They all seemed genuinely excited/happy to be working at PDA and taking care of our kiddos. That's very important as a parent to feel as though the medical professionals we trust with our children's health care about them!

Fantastic experience: We schedule our 4 kids (ages 3-14) for cleanings and they’re all done within about 40 minutes. I love that this office can accommodate by having enough hygienists and chairs to take them all at the same time, plus the staff is very friendly!

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Hygienist Gwen was super patient and welcoming to my anxious 2 year old, she handled her beautifully. Was very knowledgeable and friendly and interactive with her. Dentist Dante was just as welcoming and friendly. Patient with me while I asked my questions, but really seemed to put my daughter at ease, which was most important to me. Very happy we picked them.

Fantastic experience: My son, a young man with Down Syndrome, has been coming to Pediatric Dentistry for many years. He has a wonderful relationship with all the hygienists and Dentists; everyone is very caring and friendly and professional. I would, and have, highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry. My son actually once said he wanted a cavity so he could go visit everyone there; I quickly told him that we could visit, but he did not need ( or want) a cavity to do that!
