Fantastic experience: Fantastic! They are the best.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my teeth cleaned by Alex, one of the Dental Hygienists in the office of Dr. Hugh Finch, DDS. the star at Glastonbury Dental Center. She did a great job in that she was very gentle and was alert to my gag reflex which can be a hindrance to the cleaning. Dr. Finch uses a digital system that makes the taking of x-rays much simpler than it was even 5 or 10 years ago. Dr. Finch took pictures of my teeth and showed me where I have some fissures that might cause problems down the road. Those pictures were taken quickly and painlessly. I would say that Dr. Finch and his staff are as about as good as you can get. I give GDC and Dr Hugh Finch, and his staff,my highest recommendation! This was from a year ago. Today, July 22, 2026, I saw Diane, a Dental Hygienist I have seen numerous times since Dr. Finch took over Dr Mark Roth's practice when Dr. Roth retired. She is always wonderful. I "like" going to the Glastonbury Dental Center, lol , no one really "likes" having to go to the dentist, but if you want to live a longer life, and feel good with your mouth and teeth, Glastonbury Dental is a great place! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful! Chelsea, my hygienist is amazing, friendly, and does a great job. She is always so positive and telling me I am doing a great job and making recommendations to help keep my gums healthy. Dr. Finch is kind, caring and compassionate and does not push dental work unless absolutely necessary. I have a lot of old crowns and he is always saying he likes to get as much out of them until they absolutely need replacing due to wearing down and gum pulling away. I look forward to my visits there because the staff is awesome!

My hygienist is the sweetest person alive and I’m always nervous going in that I will be in pain but leave saying how I barely felt anything. Everyone in there is so kind. I recently had 2 crown replacements and Dr. Finch and his assistant are wonderful. He did an excellent job with no pain, he takes so much pride in his work. Very friendly and knowledgeable and found an issue that could have been easily overlooked by X-rays alone. Dr. Hughes is the best. Would highly recommend. He checked the tooth Chelsea spotted and commended her on her excellent work. They caught the issue early which will save me big problems later on. Excellent dental group!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the practice for several years and every visit is great. I shopped all the practices in town and settled on two...a larger one and this one. I picked Dr. Finch for his educational experience teaching dentistry, his middle of the road don't over treat approach and for the small size of the practice. Everyone is great and the treatments are best in class. You start your experience with Christine and Stephania. They handle the front desk and will make sure all of your concerns or questions are answered. Great service to start. And the hygienists are great at their trade. Both Diane and Chelsea have cleaned my teeth. Very thorough and detailed. I walk out there with super clean teeth. I just scheduled my next cleaning with Chelsea (sorry Diane!). And Dr. Finch is a rock star at what he does. He is attentive and focused at providing the best service. I've referred three people there and they are all happy. Hope this helps someone out there. Fantastic experience: Just went for my dental cleaning at Glastonbury Dental Center and it couldn’t have gone better. I’ve suffered from dental anxiety since I was a little girl and going to the dentist has always been terrifying to say the least, it’s been so bad that my blood pressure goes up without even suffering from high blood pressure. When I found this office I remembered my first visit, I was so nervous my whole body was stiff. That’s when I met Chelsea, my dental hygienist, she was so patient and caring her entire demeanor was so peaceful that it made me feel at ease immediately. Dr Finch is a great person, so welcoming, supportive, and kind, my dental anxiety has been under control ever since. Im so blessed to have found this wonderful place, the entire staff is exceptional!

Fantastic experience: I have always had good experiences at Glastonbury Dental Center but my visit this week was the best. I called to confirm my appointment but noted my mother had died. I was attending her funeral service that day and had a tight schedule. The staff was sympathetic and suggested that I come earlier in the day as they had a cancellation. That worked better and made my day less stressful. The hygienist shared about her experience losing a parent and comforted me. I would highly recommend this practice not only because they are well trained but also because they truly care about their patients. Thank you for your live and support.

My Hygienst Chelsea could not possibly be better at her job. You can tell she loves what she does.
