Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I called this office hoping to find a local dental practice, and I spoke with a woman named Sue. She was incredibly rude, short with me, and came across as though she couldn't care less about helping. As someone simply looking for a local dentist, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the interaction left such a bad first impression that I decided to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I went in for a crown, and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. During the procedure, I told the dentist that I could still feel pain. She gave me more Novocain, but when I told her I could still feel it, instead of speaking to me or explaining what she was doing, she simply looked at her assistant and administered another injection without saying anything. She didn't talk to me about any of it. Throughout the procedure, she was very rough, and I felt uncomfortable and unheard. I expected better communication and more concern for my comfort, especially after repeatedly telling her that I was in pain. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience, and I would not want to go through that again. As I was walking out I said the temp crown still didn't feel right and felt funny, but my concern was brushed off by the assistant. I was there for nearly two hours. I was the last appointment of the day and felt rushed.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy that I found this office! Compared to my most recent experiences with Dr Dental, the understanding and human connection every staff member exhibited to me made me feel intimately comfortable and understood. I felt as though they were my friends and made me leave with a very positive and hopeful outlook on the future of my dental health. I was feeling hopeless and defeated and extremely insecure about my mouth…… now I feel like I have a worthy allies in my corner who genuinely want to help me choose the most practical and beneficial path which before I had about given up and was ready to commit dental suicide. Fantastic experience: This is a great practice with a long relationship to the area. The hygentists are proactive with their care and knowledge. I’ve been seeing Sharon for some time and she is very experienced. Dr Kelliher guides any patient with the best options to consider for their specific needs and his work is excellent with attention to care and minimal discomfort. I had my Invisalign trays updated with a new pair, now that I’m 5 plus years out from the final visit I had with my orthodontist in Boston. Dr Kelliher had them replicated and fit them easily. Flagship’s location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

Positive experience: I was not informed that my dentist left The procedure was not explained ( I had a bridge put in), most importantly that the teeth nearby are grinded down I was not told how long the appointment is, so I assumed it's a regular appointment For the next appointment, when the bridge was put in I was not explained that first we do a mock procedure so we see how it looks I think everyone would benefit from being explained what the procedure, the risks, benefits and alternatives are That's what happens in medicine and I don't know why it wouldn't happen in dentistry

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience, (other than being handed a clipboard every two years to yet again fill out a tedious questionnaire with information that hasnt changed for years). That being said, Sharon always does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kelliher explains exactly what he's doing as he fills a cavity which does a lot to diminish my anxiety. Their "Quality Dental Plan" can save a lot of money if you don't have dental insurance. There's also plenty pf parking, so I recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Stay away from them! The worst dental office I have ever been. Even I'm a patient already, I have a dental emergency but they refused to take me in because they didn't do any work previously and asked me to go back to where I went before

Fantastic experience: Mary does a great job cleaning my teeth. She puts me at ease by talking about fun stuff while I’m in the chair. She’s also really skilled and thorough, which I appreciate. Dr. Kelliher is also a great dentist. I’ve had some detailed dental work over the years, and have always been very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Flagship Dental.

Positive experience: My dental assistant was and is amazing per usual. I'm always happy with my cleaning! I'm upset there's no payment plan anymore considering I do not have dental insurance.

Fantastic experience: As always, my experience was great. I was called in on time, was welcomed by Dr. Kelliher's assisting practitioner. Dr. Kelliher came in soon after and began preparing things to place the "crown" in my mouth... which he did with expertise. He also took my night guard to make sure the fit was correct with the new crown. After he made a few adjustments, it fit perfectly. As I mentioned above, it was a smooth running, comfortable experience.

Fantastic experience: Experience was so welcoming and friendly to my son that he now loves the dentist and has no fear to return! Hygienist explained everything in a kid friendly way. She was also genuinely a part of conversation with him. All staff went above and beyond to make a little one feel welcomed.
