Fantastic experience: Fast, professional, and painless as always

Negative experience: Dental crowns have damaged my teeth. Purchased under the impression they will last a lifetime. 8 years in one fell off. After charging for x-rays, I was told my tooth needed to be extracted because they aren’t able to bond the crown back. A free service I was sold and convinced would make it worth the nearly $10,000. Just a year later, another tooth that I am informed cannot be bonded back. The excuses and stories I am giving by the head Dentist never add up. They did get another payment for an x-ray today. Unnecessary but they must get you some how. After examining my Crown, I was told it won’t fit. The tooth had apparently broken into the Crown. Nesbit or other replacement on the internet is my recommendation. The 7 Hills office simply enjoys making you return. I need dental work that preserves not destroys. Be Blessed♥️

I always feel as though i an heard and part of my dental care. The whole staff is amazing from the receptionist to the providers. As long as they dont change i will not change. I have had 2 root canals done and the way the crown is done in office is amazing.

Positive experience: When I googled a pla e that puts people to sleep in the dentist this came up. This is incorrect they told me when I asked if I could be sedated for it and they said no. Has anyone been put to sleep or sedated here because I am getting annoyed that everyone keeps telling me no they dont.

Fantastic experience: They are so great here! I always get so much anxiety going to the dentist and they are so nice about it! They take the time to explain what is going on and how it affects your teeth! I plan on being a patient there for as long as they have me!

Negative experience: They did alright at fixing my tooth however they owe me a 1700 dollar refund that I charged to my credit card and still haven't received back I will most likely not be returning and contacting the attorney general by the end of this week if nothing changes

Fantastic experience: 7 hills dental help me out so many ways when i was getting my teeth done i told her that my teeth was hurting and so she gave me some more numbing stuff so i didn’t feel it anymore and not only did she do that she took time away from her day to help me with my wire when that were hurting

Fantastic experience: I think that Dr.Naik is an amazing dentist, she helped me understand and see why my teeth were aching, it ended up being my wisdom teeth and I made an appointment to get them removed at her dentist office, I came in and they took me in at the correct time with no wait period. They gave me my shot and took my tooth out within 30-45 minutes, it wasn’t painful and I was taken great care of, they explained what I had to do to keep that area clean and safe from any infection. I would recommend Dr.Naik and her office to anyone with aching teeth or even a simple cleaning their service is fast and very helpful.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible dental office. Do not come here. The ladies up front are all very rude, especially the billing agent. We had an issue with a bill that was sent out to us over a year after the service date, and though our insurance coverage was over now (when we received the bill) we had coverage during the visit, and the insurance wasn’t willing to pay for a visit over a year later, which is understandable. But, we were not informed by our insurance or the dental office that our coverage had ended. The dental office was not willing to negotiate any kind of compromise for the bill, even though we were willing to pay a partial amount. They held us responsible for something that was not our fault, and threatened to have the bill sent to collections. Absolutely ridiculous service and I hope I never have to deal with such people again. If I could have left them a zero star review, I very well would have. Do yourself a favor and find a different dental office to visit.

Positive experience: Dr. Naik is a wonderful dentist, she takes her time and is very patient. My granddaughter has high anxiety and she was very understanding. Her work was very accurate she did a root canal and I watched her dig into the tooth and clean it out. The next day my granddaughter was having some discomfort and the doctor had us come right in on her day off. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

The is the 1st dentist I went to where I didn't have to tell them I usually need a high dosage of novicaine they did it perfectly.
