Fantastic experience: Fabulous patient service! I called first thing in the morning, after losing my crown/implant. Dr. Trecker took me immediately. I arrived before his staff and he took me in to examine the damage. He cleaned the crown,, reapplied the cement, checked my bite and sent me on my way, fifteen minutes total. Grateful patience here. Thank you, Dr. Trecker!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Trecker always explains what the problem is in a way that's easy to understand. He also always says what he's doing & tries his best to alleviate any pain. I came to this practice after having a bad experience at 2 other locations. So far, the service had been great here. 2/25/26- I have yet to be unsatisfied with the service I receive at Trecker & Lopez. On several occasions, I've worked with Van. She is friendly, very thorough and takes the time to educate you on ways to take better care of your teeth, gums, health. I learn something new every time I go and I appreciate her time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a kid, when it was Dr. Lenvanos on Plumtree Road in Springfield. This is such a family oriented practice. All of my adult children go here as well. They have done a great job of taking care of my teeth over the years. I especially love my hygienist, Jenny. She is personable and gentle in my mouth. I actually look forward to my teeth cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for about 20 years. It is a very clean and professional environment. The hygienists are very pleasant and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Trecker … last year I decided to fix my teeth with Invisalign and was pleasantly surprised to learn they offer this service. The process was very easy and I experienced no pain… just a little soreness for the first few days. My insurance covered a significant portion and I used my hsa to cover the rest. I finished my last tray today and am very happy with the results. If you are self conscious about your smile I highly recommend looking into getting this done… huge confidence boost. Dr Trecker is the epitome of a professional, keeps current with the evolution of the practice and provides a pleasant experience for his patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at T&L has been so awesome. From cleanings, to checkups, to the process of getting an implant - everyone is kind, explains what they are doing when they are doing it, and just all around has been a positive experience. I almost DON’T want to recommend them too highly because I’m afraid I’ll have a harder time getting appointments (which so far, I haven’t!). But I will, because they are great and they deserve it!!!

Fantastic experience: The office was very welcoming and nice and Dr. Trecker took his time explaining what he thought should be done! This was my first visit but so far I’m very happy! My second visit was with one of the hygienists Jen and she was wonderful! She explained everything she was doing and how my teeth and mouth were doing. Very helpful! I also met Dr. Lopez, who came in to check my teeth. He was also very nice! I would highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is impossible to brush her teeth in the morning, let alone twice a day. But, we regularly brush and go to the dentist. My daughter is also very sensitive to the dentist and what the flavors and textures are like when it comes to her mouth. Jenny is her hygienist, and she is always very friendly and welcoming, and patient. She is great at what she does, and this momma appreciates it. My daughter absolutely loves her and looks forward to more hygiene visits with Jenny!

Fantastic experience: I had terrible experiences with dentists in greater Hartford, CT for years. So, I remembered my first encounter with Dr. Jonathan Trecker at the U. Conn Dental Clinic more than 30 years ago. I remembered his exceptional diligence, attention and care. So, I googled his name and located his practice in Springfield, Mass. Then, I drove the 30 plus minutes to his office and was given a speedy appointment to fix my bridge that came unglued. A few weeks later, my daughter had a cleaning and exam. She was told that she needed none of the procedures that a predatory Newington, CT practice recommended. Dr. Trecker and Dr. Lopez restored my faith in humanity. Really.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience as a new patient. They do a thorough new patient exam, schedule you for a cleaning, and discuss all their findings with you in your first visit. The front desk staff is so warm and welcoming. The hygienists and other assistants are so kind and explain everything they’re doing. Dr. Lopez was knowledgeable and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have always had good experiences here. Everyone is kind and friendly, non judgemental. I now have only dentures but I was able to get a prompt appointment when I needed a repair. Dr. Lopez saw me promptly on my arrival. Jill immediately took an impression. My denture was sent to lab and returned same day. Again I was promptly seen and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I've been going to Trecker and Lopez almost 7 years now, and never had any issues. But recently I had an appointment and I'm in the process of getting a new insurance. Jackie has violated my patient privacy by going through my husband's insurance without my permission. And she did not give me time or my insurance to process. It hasn't even been three weeks yet and yet, received so many phone calls from her. I'm very unhappy and upset. I feel like I've been harassed by her. She even called me on my way home from my appointment after I told her that I'm in process of obtaining new insurance.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly, accommodating, kind and efficient. On a couple of occasions I had some bonding that didn’t last- repaired no charge. Not many offices do that kind of customer service. Many charge you left and right. It’s refreshing to see “logical”customer service!

Fantastic experience: Checkup and cleaning with Pollye & checkup with Dr. T. Some pain during scaling due to extensive radiation treatment in area last year. Radiation after effects can be long term to heal. Overall teeth feel much cleaner, and I’m quite pleased with the results!
