Fantastic experience: Got my front filling fixed and a cleaning and polishing. Had an appointment within a day appointment was very quick and a great job was done. Very nice and professional staff.

Negative experience: They literally referred me to an oral surgeon who doesnt even take my insurance and was shooed me away WITHOUT antibiotics for an infected PUSSING wisdom tooth. I will NEVER be coming here again. The place is trashed too there was literally a panel out of the ceiling missing right above my chair and missing outlet covers. genuinely felt like i was just treated as a nuisance once i informed them im just using their site for a checkup and not the surgery. Money hungry, lazy and inconsiderate of pain levels. do not go here. go ANYWHERE else (REPLY) as i said in my initial review, my tooth was PUSSING and SWOLLEN my lower left wisdom tooth was INFECTED. I NEEDED ANTI BIOTICS. I discussed with the main dentist and assistant about insurance, i shouldnt have been recommended to a surgeon that didnt take it. This reply is the saddest thing ive seen from a company do better. Ive taken my business else where and have received PROPER treatment.

Negative experience: Dont get a crown done here. I went for a cleaning, They said i needed a crown on a tooth that had no pain now i have pain and cant even chew on one side if my mouth its been over a month since i got the crown. And every review from someone who got a crown is bad. The staff was very nice, They were fast

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the X-rays and cleaning were done thoroughly, and the dentist really took the time to listen—especially when discussing a referral for further TMJ care. I also appreciated the extra toothbrush and dental care essentials they provided for at-home care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have an extreme fear of the dentist. I mean extreme!!! I have been to many dentist offices that made me feel so bad about my teeth and just get completely frustrated with me for my anxiety. Not at Admire dental! Efrain at the front desk was so helpful on the phone, helping me with my insurance, and making me feel welcome and comfortable when I arrived. Once I got in the back I started to lose it. Crying hysterically..Anilsha came to get to assist me and immediately made me feel at ease. She was so gentle while taking my xrays and reassured me that I never need to feel embarrassed and she will walk me through everything she is doing. In fact did walk me through everything step by step and didnt make feel like I was being a big baby. Dr. Kwon came back to take a look in my mouth, I immediately started crying again the second the metal tool touch my mouth. Dr. Kwon stopped what he was doing, took a minute and then used a different instrument to check my teeth that made less anxious. He also did not make me feel like a piece of crap about my teeth. He just simply told me what needs to be done and what steps to take to achieve that. If I could give Efrain, Anilsha, and Dr. Kwon 20 stars I would!!!!

Fantastic experience: Luis was amazing. I was running into problem after problem and he just kept resolving my issues. He was truly made for customer service. He is very professional from beginning to end. He has great customer service skills and admire dental is lucky to have him. My fear of the dentist is also minimal now because admire dental is so awesome. From the receptionist to the dental assistants and the doctor all are just great. All of my questions were answered and i never felt rushed or like i was annoying them because i did ask a lot of questions. When it comes to my teeth i am a baby. Truly a great place to go.

Fantastic experience: Admire Dental is by far the best dental office I’ve been to. I had an appointment at 9:30am. Everything from the beginning to the end of the appointment was superb. The dentist, medical assistant, and receptionists were all very professional and friendly. The did not rush me and kindly answered all of my questions. Normally, cleanings are not positively memorable. I actually didn’t have any notable issues with this cleaning. On top of that, it turns out I don’t actually have any cavities. This made my day, since my previous dentist told me I had a major cavity that was a problem. Now, I know that’s not true. I look forward to my 6-month checkup. I strongly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of exquisite dental care.

She is also very professional and straight to the point about what work needs to be done. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. The entire staff was polite and professional, they made a complete plan for my root canal and scheduled it in a very timely manner. I highly suggest that anyone that has MassHealth, call them immediately as they don't make you wait for months on end!!! Been coming now for a couple of years, and they still have not changed their standards of care. Honestly the best place you can go to for your teeth in my opinion.

Negative experience: I had a filling done on my tooth and when I went back a week later I said the filling hurt. But the doctor said it would heal in a week. But there was no change. They reduced my quality of life... and you wait a long time.

The dentist ensure that you know what procedure you’re getting and they talk you through the process. Recently I had trouble with my insurance and for two whole weeks I was calling admire dental and the front office assistants went above and beyond and helped me through the whole process. Will continue coming here.
