Positive experience: This Place is awesome place to help U get though this Tuff adjustment in Life! They walk U though EVERYTHING and The STAFF is very Helpful and Pleasant!!!

Negative experience: This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a dental office. I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance for 3:00 PM. I work six 12-hour shifts every week, so I was already exhausted, but I kept this appointment because it had already been rescheduled multiple times and I didn’t want to postpone it again. I arrived around 1:30 PM hoping that, since the office was nearly empty for a good portion of the afternoon, I might be seen a little early. Instead, I waited. Around 2:51 PM, the receptionist told me, “Only nine more minutes—you’ll be called at 3.” That wasn’t really the point. I had been explaining to the staff that I was exhausted and had pushed myself to make it to this appointment. What really bothered me was what happened after 3:00 PM. My appointment time came and went, yet I watched two patients who arrived after me get called back before I did. I politely asked the receptionist why people were being seen ahead of me and how much longer it would be. She said she would check, but instead appeared to walk behind the counter and continue chatting with a coworker without ever giving me an update. At that point, I had enough. After waiting well past my appointment time with no explanation, no communication, and feeling completely ignored, I called a Lyft and left. My experience with this office was unprofessional and disorganized. The staff wasn’t attentive, communication was poor, and I didn’t feel like my time was respected. If you’re going to schedule patients for a specific time, honor those appointments or at least communicate honestly when you’re running behind. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can’t recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, the hygienists and doctors are knowledgeable and straight foreword and they have great financing options in an otherwise rough country to need dental. Definitely worth visiting if you're needing dental work.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location has been great. They have been patient with my dental anxiety. The providers have had to work around my concerns and are doing an excellent job with accommodating my issues and my plus size frame. The front desk recognized me which felt welcoming. The financial consultation was no pressure. Aliyah worked with my budget to get a plan started for my care. I am confident I will be respected each time I walk in the door.

She even assisted me with scheduling my next appointment the same day while I was still there in person, which made everything so easy. During my procedure, I got to meet Christina, who completely made me feel comfortable and less anxious throughout the process. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a caring and professional team. I usually have a lot of anxiety going into dental appointments, but this office truly made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding, which really helped ease my nerves throughout the visit. A huge thank you to Dr. Patrick, Christina, Abby, and Aliyah for making the experience such a positive one. I especially want to recognize Aliyah for taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, walk me through the entire process, and help me figure out a payment plan that worked for me. Her kindness, patience, and understanding made such a difference and helped me feel much less overwhelmed. I’m very grateful for the professionalism of this office and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who experience dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Great overall experience for my first visit. Everyone greeted me with a welcome smile and explained things every step of the way. From check in with Aliyah, to X-rays with Abby, and gum check with Christina. Dr Dinara took time to show me what she was seeing on the X-rays and came up with a treatment plan she recommended, which Kristina then reviewed and will follow up with insurance for estimates. Easy booking online. Clean office space. Complimentary coffee and water while you wait. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Came in for a checkup, left with a free water bottle and a $13,252 treatment plan. Incredible value. I’ll be honest, I saw the reviews about their pricing before I even booked. I gave them a shot anyway because I figured maybe people were exaggerating. They were not. If anything they were underselling it. The dentist told me my teeth were “generally healthy.” Cool. Then the manager comes in five minutes later trying to sell me what felt like a full mouth reconstruction. I’m 21.From the second I sat down it felt like they were pushing extra procedures on me — stuff I never asked about, stuff that had nothing to do with why I came in. A standard cleaning alone was $682. SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO DOLLARS. For a cleaning. I could fly somewhere, get a cleaning, and fly back for less. And the lady going over the pricing kept making mistakes. Wrong totals, numbers changing mid-sentence, math that wasn’t mathing. When I pointed it out she blamed her allergies. Ma’am. That’s not how allergies work. That’s how getting caught works. I’m not a dentist but even I could tell something was off. 10/10 would not return. The water bottle is nice though. Currently in another office where even the staff had a laugh with me

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE This place is an absolute scam. I went here about a month ago to get some x-rays and talk about getting a cleaning. I was aware I probably had gingivitis since my gums were bleeding. However, Aspen try's to tell me it progressed to periodontal disease and I had about 4 cavities. Which was all a complete scam. Talking with the dentist, they were completely avoiding my question and that was if it was reversible. Eventually, he finally answered no. But even then the hygienist told me I had bone loss which didn't seem right, my gums were definitely inflamed but other than that everything was fine. Afterwards talking with the planner things didn't get any better they wanted me to pay $3000 for root planning along with fillings for cavities. I ended up leaving and went to get a second opinion. Got my x-rays transferred over to a different dentist come to find out I have NO cavities and NO bone loss. Made it sound like my teeth were gonna fall out. This experience has me so upset considering I am a college student who cant afford to spend $3000 for no reason. Disclaimer: do not respond asking me to call your customer care team. The only person I am likely to call after this experience is an attorney.

Fantastic experience: It was such a good experience, all the staff here are wonderful and very helpful. The waiting time is also no bad I waited I think for maybe 10 minutes doing the new patient forms. I would definitely recommend this place to people who may have some concerns especially since they did a whole check to find out what was going on with my teeth and gums.

Dez did my exrays and was very consciences of my allergy to isopropyl alcohol, making sure every surface was wiped down, even the pen is used. Came highly recommended and I will be sure to recommend Aspen Dental as well.

Negative experience: Words Can't express how disappointed I am in these ppl after going in for an exam and x rays first there prices are ridiculous they try to upsell u on things when ur there for a specific reason and instead of worrying about that issue they are more worried about making more money off of you..made an appointment they called I confirmed and when I get there they moved my appointment knowing I'm in pain and needed that done asap...please go somewhere else u will save money and won't waste ur time I have never left a review somewhere that expresses the dissatisfaction

Positive experience: With many horror stories about dentist and stuck up uncaring cosmetic dental drs. , I have to say Aspen Dental was a pleasant experience. The receptionist was sweet as can be, my dental assistant was simply amazing. Sneaky upcharging in pricing at time of payment but adjusted to normal quoted rate after mentioning. Wait time longer then expected but overall good dental experience.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for a Friday appointment to remove a painful broken tooth. They called me on Thursday (day before appt) to tell me that I had been “double booked”. When I told the receptionist that I needed this work done and I am in pain, she told me that she couldn’t give me an appointment until the following Monday. Because of this practice, I will continue to suffer 2+ additional days. Untrustworthy and disorganized are two qualities I will always refuse to accept in a medical setting. Hopefully I’ll be able to find a dentist somewhere in MA to help me out before I pull the dang thing out myself. (Rating would be 0/5 if it were possible)

After being to a few different dental practices and being given a run around and still not having the issue addressed. Dr.Cho, and Abby not only kept me calm and relaxed during the whole process and procedures, understanding my fears and anxiety. Dr Cho is the first dentist that has properly numbed my mouth, no pain! They were both so patient with all the adjustments I needed for ym partial, not making me feel like I was a burden or taking to much time. I cant thank everyone enough. Fantastic experience: Called in with an emergency matter and was instantly accommodated. The assistant who helped me through the entire visit and experience, Abby, was incredibly friendly while maintaining an air of professionalism. Her ease helped quell any anxiety I was experiencing. The Dr.was thorough and explained everything and answered all my questions fully. Follow up on initial visit. During the procedure and the follow up afterwards I met with the same dental assistant both times. Dez was informative, handled my questions with thorough answers and helped keep the atmosphere in the room calm and light where it could easily have descended into anxiety and discomfort. Her demeanor throughout both visits was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Like many others I’m sure , I’m not a huge fan of having to go to the dentist but I must say the employees I have met so far are incredible ! My first initial call I spoke to the receptionist Jillian who talked me through all the fears I had , enough to even step foot in the door ! Once I did I met Dez and she has been the most patient, understanding and helpful person I’ve met in a long time ! She’s made every visit at least bearable (as much as any dental visit could be ) she didn’t treat me like I was another patient they had to work on. She took all my questions and concerns into consideration and made sure I didn’t leave any of my many appointments until I was fully satisfied . She’s amazing you’re lucky to have her !!

Negative experience: I’m asked to post about having a crown that I thought was the plan, however they screwed up and made dentures. When I asked about the permanent tooth I was told that will be discussed down the road! Don’t make the same mistake I made. I trusted them and they lied.

I also appreciated the flexible payment options, which made things much easier to manage. The cleaning was handled professionally, and I felt confident in the care I received. Negative experience: Wife went here today and completely shameful, she went due to a tooth ache and they said it was infected and she needed a root canal and a crown, I won't even get into the ridiculous price but they wouldn't give her a script for an antibiotic unless she put a deposit for the work that they couldn't do until the end of May, she didn't want to make that decision right then and because of that they wouldn't give her medication, UNBELIEVABLE AND STAY AWAY

Fantastic experience: Needed a surgical clearance for an operation in 30 days. Haven't seen a dentist in 6 years. Got me in and examined in ONE DAY and set up a plan to clear me for surgery with time to spare. In one day I had X-rays, a hygienist assessment, a dental exam and a thorough plan workup clearly explained in 2 hours. This will involve a significant amount of work, not just a simple cleaning. Extremely impressed!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the West Springfield office for a while now. They are always professional, considerate, and educate. I always have a great experience when I come into this office!

Negative experience: They are not honest about all the cost associated with your care. I asked ahead of time what are all the extra costs associated with this care. I specifically asked if app followup appointments were also covered in this cost and I was assured it was. I was very hesitant to use Aspen Dental because they've been in the news a lot for their unethical deceptive pricing. I wanted to ensure when I paid ahead of time, that cost included everything and I was assured it did. When they called me for my followup appointment, they told me the visit would cost me $174. And that reach followup works each cost $174. I asked why I was being charged anything when I paid almost $7,000 prior to any work being done. All the receptionist kept repeating is that this is their office procedures. So basically all the negative things you hear about their deceptive pricing practices are TRUE. They will change the rules as you go. I simply wanted to know the total amount everything would cost. The luxury cosmetic dentist I was seeing before ended up being the less expensive option in the end. Had I been given the correct information, At least the luxury cosmetic dentists give you the cost of everything included including followup appointments, upfront! I would have chosen differently. So yes I'm going to leave this review on as much Sichuan media as I can. Extremely deceptive with their pricing.

Negative experience: I had a dental emergency from a toothache I had the night before and didn’t let me sleep from the pain, Aliyah the girl I spoke to on the phone that had nothing to do with hands on, was the only one who was sweet but the rest were horrible. No good patient manners like they call it in the hospital bed manners. All they cared about was money. I’m sucking up the pain until I go to my old dentist where everyone there treats you like a human. Never again.

Positive experience: I went to this dental place for a partial denture replacement ended up being given info about implants fixed and removable options and pricing. Planning to have dental implants in a few years because can’t afford it right now because my son is on college. I just want something temporary so I can eat properly but they won’t do it.

Positive experience: Disclaimer: Please do not respond with a generic message asking me to call Aspen Dental Customer Care to discuss further. Everyone I interacted with at Aspen Dental was extremely nice, respectful, and personable. My initial appointment went well. They listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the work I needed and why. I met with a manager to go over costs and financing options, and while the original quote was over $17k (including wisdom teeth extractions, Invisalign, and other work), we discussed prioritizing what was most urgent: wisdom teeth, a filling, and a root canal for $2.6k cash payment. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the work done. Four days before that appointment, I was called to reschedule due to an unexpected meeting, which wasn’t an issue. I confirmed the new appointment, showed up, and was then told the dentist had called out and I’d need to reschedule again. That appointment was moved to the following day. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the manager and I during scheduling. I had taken a full week off of work under the impression that I would be having my wisdom teeth removed and a root canal completed, but when I arrived, I was told the appointment was only for a filling. The staff was kind and professional throughout, but the repeated rescheduling and lack of clear communication made the experience frustrating and inconvenient, especially given the time I took off work.

Fantastic experience: On my recent visit I had a pleasure to meet the Aspen Dental Dentist Tech Sheida. I had a dental bridge put in and I was very nervous. Sheida made me feel very comfortable through the procedure. She's totally awesome!

Everyone at Aspen Dental was super welcoming and patient from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I went in for a regular cleaning and could really tell the quality of the work. Overall, a great experience, I definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: I went to you looking for help your so called dentist told me I needed full mouth extractions and dentures but because my credit is less than perfect you pressured me to get a cosigner but I couldn't you didn't even address my current pain problems all I was is just a sale thanks for nothing.
