Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. Every one of tge staff are very organized & exceptionally professional. Ive been a patient there for 25 years . Appointment times have ALWAYS been punctual.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to rip you off or push for unnecessary treatment like Arverne dental across the street. I highly recommend Dr. Stein dental group. No one really likes going to the dentist but this was the best experience I've ever had at one.

If you are ashamed/embarrassed/scared for any reason, come here and you will be taken care of. You will not be judged or feel uncomfortable during or after your appt. You will be treated by professionals with respect and grace. From my initial phone call with the lovely woman who took my call. She was kind, patient & understanding. Gave me an appt the same day due to an emergency issue. Im sure they're not always able to do that, so I appreciate it. The dentist assistant(sorry if thats the wrong term) who supported me so incredibly through a tough appt. Thank you so so much, you are a beautiful soul and deserve countless blessings . I cannot express that enough. The Dentist was also kind, honest, respectful and professional. I appreciated that from him very much. Also thank you to the second dental assistant (I believe) I met, I appreciated your kind words and appreciate the time you took. I will absolutely be back to support this practice. Fantastic experience: New patient appt scheduled a week in advance and the appointment was on-time, the office was very clean, and the employees (office staff to dentist) were extremely professional and nice. Fantastic experience: I had a bad tooth extracted today. Dr.S and staff were as usual, Awesome. Dr. S explained everything before, during and after clearly and patiently. This was a bad tooth that had a filling and also cracked so I was concerned that it was going to be a difficult extraction or even worse break during the procedure. I didn’t feel a thing and it was over before I knew it even though the Doc took his tiime and got it done gently.

Negative experience: I've never seen a doctor's office that discuss people's business at the reception. The receptionist openly discusses your health records at the entrance, with a loud voice that everyone can hear what she's saying. Terrible!!!! They should do better!

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin. I was in need of some extensive dental work, both surgical and cosmetic. My dentist told me it was “beyond his scope of work”. Another dentist attempted to do two root canals that were not a priority. After a tireless run around, I went to Dr. Steins’s dental group for a consultation. Without hesitation, they came up with a treatment plan that made me feel comfortable and relieved. Courtesy, convenience, and professionalism from my first phone call with reception through my current visits. The work has been high-quality and affordable. I highly recommend them.

They were all very professional. The intake process was only one sheet and a signature page, really simple. Wait time was literally two minutes. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dr. Stein since I was a small child and I have always been treated wonderfully by the staff. The Stein Family are wonderful people and Maria is possibly the most professional, respectful, amazingly kind person you could ever hope to deal with in an office. They treat all patients with respect and provide the best dental care you can get. The waiting time is never more than 10 minutes and they always try to accommodate you in the event of an emergency. I tried various different dentists over the years for insurance reasons and eventually returned to Dr. Stein after realizing that they were the best by far. I recently decided to have dental implant surgery and after spending over a year searching for various dental surgeons to do the work I eventually realized that Dr. Steins dental group was the place to go for the implants as well. They connected me with Dr. Pessin who performed the necessary surgeries as efficiently and painlessly as possible. Dr. Stein’s Dental group is the number one choice for all my family’s dental work and thanks to the wonderful doctors and staff today i have a brand new smile.
