Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with South Central Dental Implants regarding their financing process. I was told I was being set up with a financing plan for my dental procedure, but later discovered that it was actually a credit card account. I did not independently apply for a credit card, nor was it clearly explained to me that this was a deferred interest credit account. As a result, I was placed into a financial situation I did not fully understand, which led to significant unexpected interest charges. This could have been avoided with proper transparency and communication. Patients should be fully informed of what they are signing up for, especially when it involves financial products. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions and ensure they fully understand any financing agreements before proceeding. Also the dentist had the nerve to take my phone and write some bogus review i never wrote and i looked at my phone and found it which i quickly deleted, SO BECAREFUL! He will ask for your phone to show you something and write a review .

Fantastic experience: After calling several dentist offices to make an appointment because I hadn't seen a dentist in over 2 years and a half and needing to make an appointment for an emergency. I am extremely grateful to have come across Dr. Ivry office and if it weren't for Toni's warm, genuine, caring personality and character. I wouldn't have met Dr. Ivry, and his entire staff who are just as amazing. On another note I've never had a Dentist take it up on himself to give me a follow-up call apologizing for not being at the office for my first visit and looking forward on meeting me for my next visit. That right their meant alot to me. I was like no apologies needed Dr. I'm just happy and grateful I finally found a denist that really cares about saving my teeths before its too late. As to oppose to the many other dentist practices I have encountered that were unprofessional, uncaring and unethical in their practices and only care about billing your insurance and not their patients. I know I have a long road ahead but one things for sure consistency will pay off and it'll be over before I know it. Last but not least Dr. Ivry is also my son Christopher dentist as well because while I was having my cleaning done. Toni was conversating with him and he too was seen. I'm also going to have my youngest son come see him in due time and refer anybody else that is looking for a real good dentist. FYI, Dr. Ivry is your go to Dentist for absolutely all your dental problems. Thank you, so much Dr. Ivry, your the best dentist ever despite my fears of dentist.
