It’s just about the inconvenience Not about the process of cleaning teeth It’s only I waited to ask more often first. Is there a second dinner bill after just eating one meal

Fantastic experience: Great. The practice is in transition with new dental team. I have been going to this practice for many years and have been very happy. I was worried the transition would cause the service to deteriorate....but no worries! Great care. Dental hygienist was professional and cleaning was fine. No discomfort and the hygienist answered my questions. The new dentist was great.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain with an infected molar but Dr. Arora at Manor Dental was quick to alleviate the pain and extract the tooth. He and his staff were very empathetic and kind. I highly recommend this dental group.

Negative experience: I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but this issue definitely needs some attention. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dentist office. I visited the office to replace a veneer that came out. I thought this was a simple matter but I was so wrong. I was given the option to replace the veneer by Dr T. I paid out of pocket for the replacement. Three visits was required to replace the veneer with each failed attempt as the veneer came out within the week of each visit. The third attempt I experienced pain and discomfort resulting in the veneer coming out again after three weeks at which end I decided that this dentist does not know what she is doing so I decided to find another dentist. I spoke with the office manager about the issue three weeks ago she gave me the assurance that I would be refunded, after waiting on the refund for three weeks I called the office and was told that I have to be patient as the corporate office will send me a check. The integrity of this office is now in question. The job was not done I lost money. Why do I have to wait so long for my refund?? I need more clarity on this matter and my money back.

Fantastic experience: Office is professional. Arna is an excellent and caring hygienist. I’ve been in the dental industry for 35 years and could identify a good hygienist and Arna is definitely one. She does a great job. I come from WESTCHESTER county to get my teeth cleaned here and have recommended another friend who travels from Manhattan and is also very pleased with Arna. Dr. Aurora is also very caring, gentle and listens to your dental concerns. He explains the procedures needed. Kudos to both. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Negative experience: today was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had scheduled an appointment for a routine scaling, but the dentist insisted on performing a deep cleaning instead—even though I had already undergone one just three months ago. There was no clear medical justification, and it wasn’t even my main concern. It honestly felt like an attempt to take advantage of both me and my insurance for profit. On top of that, my time was wasted, and my preferences were not respected.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lydia Turchioe, DDS replaced my crown and also had to deal with a broken filling. Since I had a recent hip replacement all safety protocols were followed to prevent infection. The team working with Dr. T was professional and worked hard to make me chill out. Five stars is just not enough. As soon as you walk in you will see first hand that the patient comes first and the dental work is exceptional.

Negative experience: The receptionist and Samantha are outstanding? Otherwise I would not recommend this dentist's office. I paid to have a cleaning and made a specific appointment for it and scheduled my day around it. When I showed up I was told that there was no record of my appointment and I would have to come back another day, I guess I should be thankful, the dentist apologized. No mention was made of refunding my money or trying to accommodate me that day. So as not to lose my money, I am forced to go back another day for a cleaning. After that do you blame me for shopping around for another dentist?

Negative experience: Do Not Go To This Dental Office! They said they participated in my coverage, so who am I to question. Come to find out, they have been billing as "out of network" and charging me absorbent amounts of money for 2 crowns (I have paid probably close to 2000.00 for two crowns that should have cost me 150.00 each under a participating dentist). I was told by the office manager as of Jan 2025, they no longer are in network with Cigna UFT, however they never notified my in writing that they were not longer accepting my insurance. Only one dentist in the office is in my network and I have never seen him once, even when they were providers. They have been representing themselves and I have reported them to my insurance company and plan to research who else I can about them!!!!!! I have learned a valuable lesson and will do my due diligence before any dental work in the future!!!

Fantastic experience: My visit to Manor Dental was done purely by a need to stop the pain I was experiencing. I found them via the internet, but I was extremely happy with how my visit turned out. From the front desk to the office manager Samantha to my dentist Dr. Asadorian who was extremely pleasant and courteous, I couldn’t be happier. Everything was explained in detail to me as to what was going to be done. From the overall cost to the procedure that needed to be done. His assistant at the time Emed(I hope I spelled that correctly) was very courteous as well. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Such a horrible place of business. They knowing charge me absorbent amount of money for services that should have been free. I was never told that they didn't except the prices of my insurance. I did not get the option to use a dentist that was in network. They had me believe my insurance was enough. When I was made aware that if I use someone else in network my insurance covered everything. I'm hard worker. I pay if I need to pay. I have insurance that could of covered it all

Negative experience: Beware of the number of 5 stars. Many seem to be fake. Had a very rude experience with Deeja. I made an appointment and I asked if I could get a confirmation text. Was told "You will get it within one hour". Days past and nothing. Called again and was told the same. Then finally I called one more time and she said - "you will get it now" and I said "can you stay on the line to make sure I get it" then she proceeded to hang up on me...

Negative experience: **Extremely Disappointing Customer Service** I’ve been a loyal patient of Manor Dental, but after my most recent visit on February 3rd, I am seriously reconsidering. On February 1st, I received an email with a bill, even though I hadn’t had any procedures done besides my cleanings. When I went in for my cleaning on the 3rd, I asked a receptionist about the charges, and she kindly said she would look into it before I left. However, when I went to check out, the other receptionist handed me a bill for $219 without any clear explanation. She said it was for my previous cleaning, and that my insurance was supposed to send me a check to cover it. Since I wasn’t sure, I wanted to verify this with my insurance and my husband before paying. Instead of understanding, I was met with a passive-aggressive response and pressure to pay immediately. I explained that I didn’t have the money with me and needed to verify the charges. She insisted repeatedly in a very condescending tone, and even acted rude when I asked if she was trying to shame me. Her attitude was unprofessional and immature—definitely not what you expect from someone working in customer service. It felt like she didn’t want me to leave until I paid. Thankfully, I went home and verified everything with my insurance, only to find that they had overcharged me. When I called the office to address it, they quickly brushed it off with no apology, just focusing on getting the payment. After looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the first one to experience this kind of passive-aggressive behavior and lack of transparency. I will be escalating this complaint, as I don’t believe they take these concerns seriously. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Negative experience: Frustrating Experience with Passive-Aggressive Billing Practices I’m disappointed with the billing practices at this office. My husband went in for treatment, and while the insurance didn’t send the check immediately, I wasn’t aware of any issue until I received a $300 bill. When I called to ask why I was being billed, I was told that they never received the insurance check. They claimed they had “called” multiple times, but I definitely did not receive five calls, as the letter implied. When I spoke to my insurance, they confirmed that they hadn’t sent the check, but agreed to send it right away. I immediately called the dentist’s office and offered to pay out of pocket while waiting for the insurance reimbursement. Instead of giving me a clear solution, I was told not to write a personal check and to wait for the insurance payment. A simple courtesy, such as sending a self-addressed envelope for me to forward the check when I received it, could have streamlined the process. Instead, I received a passive-aggressive statement in the mail, with amounts circled and a note saying, “We have called you 5 times regarding the balance. Please pay.” I have no problem paying, but I do have a problem with how this was handled. I did not get five calls; I had one missed call on 10/8/24, which I returned. I even spoke to someone today (10/10/24), confirming that I’d bring the check tomorrow during my lunch break. I’m busy—I don’t have time to handle the logistics of mailing something that THEY need. I won’t be coming back here. Medical and dental costs are already high enough, and these additional stressors are unnecessary. I understand the copay, but this experience felt overly complicated and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: First I have to say I traveled an hour and half to see Dr. A. I have heard great things about him and was having problems with a crown. I walked in and Samantha his manager was so kind. She showed me around the office and introduced me to the staff. Turned out with their high tech X-ray technology that they have. I had an issue with another tooth that needed a crown, that I had no idea I needed. Dr. A was so accommodating he made time to do both of them. Even though he had other patients he knew my commute was long so he found the time. I also have to thank his assistant Sandra for all of her patience and staying late to help Dr. A. This is the type of dental office who I wish I could give 10 stars.

Negative experience: I had a very chaotic experience at my latest appt. I used to have a great dental hygienist there , but now she is only working one day a week.As a result, I have a different one each time I go. This appointment my hygienist talked so much that I truly dont know if she paid one bit of attention to what she was doing. It was a very uncomfortable situation. She also forgot to give me the gingival irrigations but I was charged for them. On top of that the receptionist spoke with t my husband and told him that I had never arrived for my appointment. I was in the back getting my teeth cleaned and my husband and daughter started searching for me. They were led to believe that somehow I seemed to have gone missing during my one block walk. My husband and daughter came to dentist because they were literally terrified and they find out that the receptionist never looked in the back to see if I had come in while she was away from desk( no one was at desk for ten minutes that I was in waiting room) My family was getting ready to report me missing. No apology . I went in two days later to get refund for the gingival irrigations and neither woman at desk knew how to do this. What?? They had to write my credit card number on a piece of paper to figure out later. Hated having them do this but I truly just wanted to get out of there. I just don’t know if I can continue to go there.

Negative experience: Yesterday, I scheduled an appointment online for a routine teeth cleaning as a returning patient. Shortly after, I received a phone call informing me that as a new patient, I would require an hour for X-rays and various tests. I clarified that I wasn't a new patient and only needed a regular cleaning. The receptionist then rescheduled me for 12 pm and sent a confirmation text. Today, I took the day off and arrived at the dental office, only to be informed by the same receptionist that my appointment had been canceled. There was no explanation or apology, just a statement that it had been canceled, with a subtle implication that I might have been the one to cancel it. When I asked why I hadn't received any notifications or calls, she simply said she would do so next time. It seems to me that the dental office canceled my appointment, possibly to accommodate someone willing to pay more for services beyond a routine cleaning. I won't be returning and cannot recommend them unless you're prepared to spend more money. Regarding their 4.9-star rating with no negative reviews, I think it hard to believe. Do you think all the reviews are trustworthy?

Dr. Yazdani's can-do attitude put me at ease when discussing my treatment plan. Her assistant Emily was extremely knowledgeable as well. Liz has probably given me the best cleaning I have had in my life. Everyone here from the front desk to the dental staff is here to help you smile as earnestly as you can. Dr. Asadorian has led a great team, as always.

Positive experience: Although there was no patient before me but still I had to wait a while (30 minutes) to be attended. Teeth cleaning went well. X-rays taken, examined by doctor and I was advised that no other treatment is needed. While I was waiting to be seen I noticed a vender entered the reception room, waited for receptionist (who was away from her desk) 10 minutes and finally left unattended

This was my very first visit to the office and at this visit, everyone was so welcoming, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Lisbeth was my hygienist and she was very thorough with my cleaning and explained everything she was doing in detail throughout the appointment. The dentist, Dr. Yazdani was also very thorough in explaining all my treatment options in detail and answering any questions I had. I strongly recommend them!!!

I’ve been to many dentists who usually just rush through the process, but this was an enjoyable experience and Dr. Asadorian was very kind and helpful with his explanations. The commute from the train took some time but it is definitely worth it and was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I highly recommend coming here.
