Fantastic experience: I've been going there for probably over 7 years now. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They always let me know what's covered and not covered by my insurance. Appointments are always timed so there isn't much waiting when you get there. Dr Sapan is great. Always nice and calm.

The assistant was kind and patient while doing the X-rays. Doctor was attentive and helpful with my question. They definitely have a new client.

Negative experience: Awful the dental assistant kills your mouth taking X-rays! And Dr Sharla refused to bond my tooth that was cracked insisting on getting a crown that was Not being covered! So leaving me with cracked tooth cutting my tongue and my cheek!!!!! Thank goodness I found a nice dentist to fill it in (Quality Dental NHP GO THERE…)

Fantastic experience: Appointments are fast, the staff is friendly and the doctor takes her time explaining any concerns she has with your oral health.

Negative experience: Been going here for a year and my wife as well with a crown done. Her tooth was aching again where the crown was done and when called for a 12pm confirmation the front desk manager said the appointment is 1pm. They made a scheduling mistake booking the wrong time and is adamant we confirmed the 1PM when no one confirmed anything. Never had to deal with such an arrogant front desk staff that still want to charge a $30 fee for their scheduling mistake.
