Fantastic experience: Well for starters the staff there is absolutely amazing they are helpful they know who you are immediately they will make appointments for you they will squeeze you in and they do their best to give you one of the greatest experiences...(Natasha, Lani, anikke and Stephanie)... that I've had to go to at a dentist; and I hate going to the dentist ...and they make the first part of it amazing and then the dentists there are great too!! They transformed my mouth I had no teeth and now I have beautiful implants. And this would be the place that I would go to no matter where I lived ...I live in Brooklyn and I travel all the way to Hempstead to go there.

The dental assistants are all kind, attentive, and helpful. Dr. Nashed did my filling and was very professional, patient, and thorough. Shoutout to Angie, his assistant, who always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. The front desk staff is also friendly and welcoming. As someone who hasn’t had the best dental experiences in the past, this office really changed that for me. Highly recommend!

Ava, by far, has the best hands in the business and provides a wealth of information when it comes to keeping your teeth and gums healthy. If you need a cleaning, her chair is the one to be in.

I have been calling numerous dental offices trying to find an appointment for a dental emergency and one that takes my insurance it is been one rude office after another until kane dental they went above and beyond to help me. Got me an appointment and sent me up with the other specialist I needed talk to me through everything. I like this place because it feels like personalized care and Dr Marie was just amazing and did such a wonderful job at cleaning mine and my mother's teeth. Negative experience: Doctor is well experienced but the front desk staff is very unprofessional & ill-mannered. I took my son went there yesterday, young lady at the front desk was gossiping about me and making fun of me with her coworker! I watch her do it for about 5 minutes just to prove it! I asked for the manager, I was told she’s not there.Her coworkers defended her & make it seemed like I was a problem. I told girl that was very rude & especially in a medical setting no one should be a mockery. One of co worker told me that’s how she is and I misjudged her! I told her I watched her laughing at me for about 5 minutes. Which clearly means that how she always is, wow. They try to justify her contemptuous behavior! Very toxic medical environment!

Negative experience: They must be running a scam on insurance company 4 months no dentures the manager pissed me off saying I cancel when they cancel got to be a scam still don't have dentures from them and one starts too many
