Fantastic experience: The staff at Pediatric Dentistry is friendly. They help keep my children relaxed during their visits. They help keep my children's teeth healthy. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: David’s teeth are looking good. The plaque on his teeth was gently removed by Christine who used cotton candy flavored toothpaste to thoroughly clean and shine David’s teeth. Dr. Stacey Reynolds checked his teeth and praise God, no cavities once again. David’s favorite hygenist, Lauren also stopped by to say hello and we were just so glad to see her as well and catch up with Dr. Reynolds and see her again. Wonderful practice for children and young adults with special needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelly is amazing with my kids and my youngest who isn’t easy to begin with needed a filling. After 5-6 failed attempts with another dentist, we switched to dr. Kelly who somehow got it done. She is incredible! Love this personable, sweet, and professional office.

I have been taking them there for the past three years and I have never had a bad experience. Each room is decorated with different themes that is attracting to kids. It feels very inviting and welcoming. They are really good at reminding you of appointments and that is something I appreciate. I highly recommend this dentist office for children.

Fantastic experience: Dr Reynolds repaired my son's chipped tooth. She was patient with us with our ton of questions. She managed Dylan's anxiety with such care that made the process so simple and a success. We have been with this practice for 8years and each visit is a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming staff from the front desk to the technicians, assistants, and the dentist. We happily drive 45 minutes to this office because the care and kindness are truly worth it!

Negative experience: They are not paying attention to scheduling there appointments with your insurance company . They made my appointment to early and my insurance did not cover the cost. I tried to call the office and work it out but they just went in circles with the conversation. They need to pay attention to what they are doing ! YES THIS IS THE CORRECT OFFICE! I have proof of payment and it’s from on 10/18/23

Fantastic experience: There is no other dentist or faculty that I would entrust with my son. My son has been a patient since he was 2 years old and he is now a freshman in University. I wish he could just continue into full adulthood. 1000 stars to the amazing professional and caring people at Pediatric Dentistry!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is warm and professional but two shout outs i would like to highlight Dr Stacey had been a blessing not only to my kids dental health but she talks to the parents and takes time to talk to me shes so down to earth and kind and genuinely great to us bc sometimes parents need some words of wisdom along the way ! Dr Park is very caring and takes her time calmly talking and listening-my 12 year old Tristan can tend tp go on and go off subject and when Dr Park takes time to listen it calms my little guys nerves so much I wouldn’t take my kids to any other practice period!

Fantastic experience: My daughter's first trip to the dentist six months ago was an absolutely delightful experience! She was so excited that she wanted to return the very next day! We just visited again yesterday, and she was overjoyed to see her hygienist, Lauren, once more. Lauren is truly exceptional, and the entire staff is fantastic! The front desk team is incredibly sweet and patient, making every visit a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for your little ones—it's a wonderful environment for their dental care!

Fantastic experience: The best staff in both the back and the front of house. 100% kid friendly, so well versed and patient with Autistic patients and their needs. Every 6 months, my 13yr olds are actually excited to go to the dentist. Thank you for the care you give to both the kiddos and us as parents!

Fantastic experience: Every experience at Pediatric Dentistry of Garden City has been a positive one. There are games to keep the kids distracted in the waiting room and TVs on the ceiling in the exam rooms. The rooms are clean and inviting and the staff are super sweet. Bonus (for the kids) is the stickers and special coins they get to use in the vending machine to pick a small prize at the end of their appointment.

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure visiting Pediatric Dentistry of Garden City. Dr. Stacy is extremely pleasant and a wonderful dentist. She is great with children. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Stacy knows her patients personally and always makes you feel welcome and important. One of the things I appreciate most is that she continuously asks about my son, who is no longer her patient due to his age. This shows that she truly cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly and professional; my two sons were taken at the same time. They were comfortable throughout the appointment and Kerri and Lauren explained everything to them (how to properly brush and floss, as well as during X-rays). Highly recommend.

My son who is 3 never lets anyone touch his mouth without a fight but today he just sat there and was a big boy and I was truly shocked and impressed. Fantastic experience: My 9 year old son had a cavity filled by Dr. Reynolds’s in the Syossett office and he LOVED her (as did I). He found the office “very cool”, the assistants were super friendly and of course he loved the prizes at the end. He had NO pain during the procedure. Dr. Reynolds’s performed a conservative dental treatment on him. Office is very clean and modern. Front desk staff very courteous and professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I recommend this office without any reservations.

Fantastic experience: My girls have been coming here for about 4 or 5 years now. They love all of the dentists and hygienists because everyone goes out of their way to put you at ease. They explain everything thoroughly and make sure you understand the treatment plan. My youngest is very sensitive and needed extensive dental work. I wasn't even sure she'd sit for them to complete the work, but she did, and everything worked out great. I was worried my girls would have a fear of going to the dentist, but they both love coming for their check ups!

My daughter has special needs, and Dr. Stacey Reynolds and her staff have always been amazing. They are timely, efficient, kind and compassionate. Dr. Stacey’s understanding of special needs children has been a blessing for our family. It’s not always easy for parents of special needs children to find doctors who “get it”. It can be another challenge. I recommend anyone who has a special needs child to make an appointment with Dr. Stacey’s office. It’s always a pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reynolds and her team provide an outstanding experience. Our son is 14-yrs old and has been a patient for 10-years. He has amazingly healthy teeth and loves to "visit," Dr. Reynolds. The staff has watched my son's growth and have always taken an interest in his development. Fantastic experience: Pediatric Dentistry of Garden City is a very organized, professional and super friendly establishment. The hygienists remembers their patients and are very patient with them. The Doctors are the best. They really enjoy interacting with the kids and speaking with the parents. My son has been going there since his first dentist appointment and enjoys going there!

Fantastic experience: PDGC was absolutely amazing right from the start. Making an appointment was simple and the office staff was very kind. All of the paperwork was available on their easy-to-navigate website and could be completed before arriving (so much easier than trying to complete it in the waiting room with a toddler on your hip). Taking my <2 year old to the dentist due to mouth pain and swollen gums during COVID was a stressful idea, but we were instantly at ease upon our arrival. The office was immaculate and every single person there made us feel like we were family from the moment we arrived. You could see their smiles...even with masks on! Each staff member greeted my daughter so perfectly and made her feel comfortable and safe. We were seen by Dr. Stacey and she was the absolute best. She was thorough, explained what she was seeing, listened carefully, asked questions, took questions, gave us next steps, etc. If we could give 10 stars to PDGC we would. They are clearly a group of people who love what they do and enjoy working together. I am most definitely going to bring my daughter back to PDGC for her regular exams and cleanings. No questions asked, they are clearly the best of the best. PDGC came highly recommended by colleagues and now I know why. A+ for this place!!!

Fantastic experience: My son has been a patient of Dr Stacey's for many years. They don't take our insurance, but I'd pay twice the amount to have my son seen there. My son is autistic & having his teeth cleaned seemed hopeless. Then we met Dr Stacey & her staff. They have been so kind & understanding. They have worked with us to get my son where he's at today...being able to comfortably handle a full dental cleaning ❤ I can't thank them enough & highly recommend this office to everyone for their children!!!
