I’m always nervous when it’s time for my sugaring session but Jessica makes it a quick and less painful experience. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming and takes time to answer any questions you have. I usually go every 4-5 weeks to get sugared and the hair grows back less each time. My experience is pleasant and I will continue to go back.

Fantastic experience: MJ is absolutely magnificent. I’ve been with her 3 times now for brazilian and underarms. Her energy is the best. She has an ability to engage and keep me engaged. I mean she is TOP TIER. for an experience (Brazilian ) you would think would be extremely painful, she truly made it one of the best experiences yet.

Negative experience: I've only been here maybe a handful of times but today's experience will be my last. I had a 12:10 appointment and I walked in a mere 8 mins late when there is usually a 10-15 min grace period. The lady at the desk barely opened her mouth to welcome me and then after I signed in she informed me that my appointment had to be moved to 12:40. I'm on my lunch break for an hour it is not possible for me to wait that long especially since I drove 15 mins to get there. I wasted gas and time to get to the location just for her to tell me my appointment had to be changed. A text/phone call would have been appreciated. The girl at the front desk should learn to be more friendlier as well. She made my experience worse and she's bad for your business in my opinion. Also, when I asked her if I could be accommodated she did not have a demeanor/ attitude like she even cared to help me. Her answer was just no. Absolutely unacceptable!! Btw, my service is quick meaning it's 10 minutes or less.. I would have appreciated a better experience since I was a returning customer.!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I have to say I loved it! Lovely atmosphere! The customer service is amazing! It's very clean, smells greats and they're very good with timing. Having my very first wax (its actually called "sugaring") was a great one besides the pain. The sugarista explained everything from how the process will go, the effects of sugaring vs waxing and post care instructions. She literally spoke with me the entire time and guided my breathing when removing the hairs. Will definitely go again for my follow up visit! Highly recommend! 2/17/2024 It's probably been 1 year since coming to the Westbury location and MJ has been phenomenal! She has a lovely personality and she's SO easy to talk to! Sometimes its hard to leave because of how good the convos are! Lol! Otherwise, she's a wonderful Sugarist and she knows her stuff when it comes to exfoliating and post care! I’ve been a faithful customer for almost 4 years. She now offers laser treatment. I’ve been getting monthly treatments for the past 6 months and the results are amazing. In between sessions are little to no new growth.
