He has an excellent bedside manner and is extra careful and considerate as he gets the job done. Every appointment I’ve had so far has been painless. Dr. Shah took the time to explain every step of the treatment in detail, was extremely patient, and even followed up personally on my case. His multilingual ability (speaks English, Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati) also made communication much easier and more comfortable. They have most equipments in house, so I could get everything done in just two visits.From my very first visit, the staff was supportive and welcoming, making the whole process smooth.

Fantastic experience: I needed a (quick) second opinion and has taken excellent care of my mom, so coming to him felt right. I was scheduled to see him under 24 hours. Dr. Shah has amazing bedside manner—something you truly don’t see much anymore. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His staff is also very efficient, which is evident by the number of people who see him and place their trust in him, especially within the community. Hearing about his journey made it clear that this work is truly his passion. We were able to delay a procedure that I was hoping to avoid and had been told by another doctor I might need, and I feel reassured with the plan moving forward.

Negative experience: They are really nice in the beginning but definitely can’t trust them. They take 100 percent from your insurance and tell that insurance is not covering and ask you to pay up front. Please call your insurance to verify before making any payment to them. Besides, he also performs unnecessary treatment. He told me that my 3 kids have about 4-5 cavities and need fillings. Luckily. I never got a chance to take them back. Their new dentist told me that they don’t even have a single cavity. Even he told my friend that her kids needed 11 fillings and their new dentist told that her son has only 1 cavity. Shame on them for lying!!!!

As soon as you come in to the office, they take you in and within a few minutes the doctor ( dr Shah ) comes in greet you and explain you what he will do and go with the procedure. I had to make a-lot of visits because i had some work to be done but thanks to Dr shah and his staff for making it easy for me. I am very satisfied with Dr shah and his staff and the service they provided me. I will without any doubt recommend Desire dental care ( Dr Shah ) for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My mother was suffering from a bad wisdom tooth pain and all the oral surgeons who takes her Fidelis insurance were giving her only consultation appointment after 2 months and when we call Desire Dental and explained her pain,the staff was able to squeeze her in to see the doctor and they helped her remove her wisdom tooth right away. Her pain was gone and my mom was in instant relief. I would thank Dr.Shah and would definitely come again for all of our dental care. Dr.Viral understand his patients and cares for them. He is the Best.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff and irresponsible dentist. They forgot to prescribe antibiotics for tooth infection after deep cleaning for me. I had to deal with a lot of pain for a week because of this mishap. I still had pain for two months and it even got worse. The dentist always tried persuading me to do the main treatment even after I declined. He couldn't respond to my insurance in time. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. For my wife, after her tooth was cleaned it started to feel loose. I definitely DO NOT recommend going there! Those other reviews are definitely not true.
