Fantastic experience: Went to have a cavity filled and a new crown. I was told after further X-rays that the cavity was too deep and not worth filling. I was very appreciative that the Dr. was honest and upfront about the possible outcomes. I was then given multiple options, a temporary cap and left to weigh my decision. Very professional and honest

Positive experience: Just be careful and get a second opinions if you feel the need. They told me I had 4 cavities to fill, went to my normal dentist and they saw nothing on the x-ray and after a dental exam told me that I don’t have 4 cavities and I have one very tiny cavity. Don’t know who’s crazy here but I’ll go with the one that says less drilling! Besides that, they were very nice and I felt very comfortable there.

Negative experience: ****Update!**** One of the fillings I received didn't even last 2 years. The bridgework I had done had to be redone, being it was placed incorrectly, leaving exposed tooth that because of the poor placement needed a root canal. Don't trust a book by its nice, friendly cover. Having high dental anxiety, I thought I was in good hands, I was terribly mistaken. I haven't had any work done yet, just a consult and I'm going back. Everyone was kind and made me feel comfortable. As of right now I would recommend on bedside manner. Hopefully the work matches their approach.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment at the office. The office staff greeted me very nicely. I met with Dr. Rebecca Sternberger. From the moment she walked into my room to the minute I left she made me feel comfortable and minimized my fears ( I’m dental phobic) I needed some minor work done and there were no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rebecca Sternberger and will continue my care with her. I’m adding to this review..... I just had a pain free filling and the start of a new crown. All pain free. Dr Sternberger is a doll, very compassionate. And all the staff from the front desk to the dental assistance are warm. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to the entire office staff. This review was written a year ago but not posted until today Wednesday 8/16/23

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today for my 6 month cleaning and check-up. Everyone at the office is always very pleasant and friendly. Dorothy, the hygienist, is very good. She explains everything and does a great job. Dr. Sternburger is the best . Always makes you feel comfortable and do a good job. I highly recommend Dental Symmetry, great work and great team.

As a diabetic I am prone to bad/weak teeth, which has led to a lifetime of dental visits. Unlike other dental offices I have visited throughout my life, Dental Symmetry has made my dental visits comfortable and enjoyable. Dr Sternberger has fixed my cavities and did a fantastic crown on me. They use the latest technology and procedures.

Negative experience: I went to Dental Symmetry to get a crown made for a dental implant in the front of my mouth. Dr. Sternberger made me a tooth that was appropriate for a horse. Actually, when I showed it to my former (retired) dentist of 30 years his words were "abominable". He and his hygienist kept marveling about how well they got the color to match. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how oversized this tooth was and how self conscious I was going to be smiling. When I called to discuss my dissatisfaction he misrepresented the consultation by saying that he had given me options for another way to do this. He had not! Then he pointed out that most people don't choose that option. I felt very uncomfortable returning to a dentist that would lie to cover up his incompetence and went to another dental. This dentist made me an amazing tooth, with a beautiful smile. Of course Dr. Sternberger refused to refund my money and I had to pay twice the amount.

Fantastic experience: In the past, I would put off going to the dentist. Dr. Sternberger, however, is so capable and does everything so painlessly that I have no more worries about dentist visits. Dr. Sternberger is very friendly as is everyone in staff. Extremely positive experiences since switching to him.
