Negative experience: GIGI. She’s the awful front desk that everyone complains about. GIGI has to be the most miserable human on planet earth. All these reviews about GIGI and nothing changes. I have never had to wear a seatbelt before talking to another person before. She is an awfully rude person. The attitude, the unprofessional behavior, and the looks she gives. I am disgusted.

Negative experience: Please fire the receptionist. All of these reviews are about the same rude lady who has zero customer service skills. In person interactions with her are just as bad as over the phone interactions. I don't understand how a person can show up to work angry EVERY single day. The rest of the staff is great, however she is the sole reason as to why I will be transferring to another place. Listen to the reviews!!!!

Negative experience: This place is horrible will never get my service again I had an appointment at 9:00 but why are they making me wait an hour so get in. No time management what so ever. Now you lost a customer should of listened to the reviews

Negative experience: My mother had a horrible experience with Dr.Napoli - when she questioned a poor filling done 2-3 weeks prior, Dr.Napoli responded in an aggressive and rude manner: banging her file on the counter and escorting her out to reception. She did not evaluate the concern and dismissed her issue. She prompted to ask my mother to leave the premises after my mother questioned her rudeness and inability to give her a proper response. My mother has been going to Dental World for more than 15 years and has never come across an incompetent and rude dentist as her who refused to do her job. Reception staff was gracious and kind and tried to remediate the situation; however do not recommend this dentist! Board of Dentistry should evaluate this provider immediately.

Fantastic experience: First off please IGNORE any negative review these patients or people wrote. 1st and foremost as a woman who has an extremely hard time getting anxiety in check- after back (4) neck (1) I HATE going and anxiety- yes prescribed prior. This office after years going to same place- staff stays put (compliment yes- why leave a job u love! Why I don’t leave Dr Napoli- she understands yes scared at crazy at 57 I cry n anxiety spewing my acting the fool. From stepping into office- super great women- no BS acting- playing a role. Just them. That’s ur experience before stepping into the scary door awaiting me. This office gives u a time- maybe 2 min tops waiting- that’s a stretch. THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE- beginning to end. Take this review and read carefully- I LOATHE going to DENTIST, DOCTOR/surgeon. 2 places I loathe. I keep what works- I need real people in my world as yes ur job is to b kind even if someone yelling at u. What u see is what u get beginning to end. So u people w negative reviews- me personally don’t do- but u probably are very bored n don’t get along well w society. Everyone entitled to their own opinion- but pls maybe u fought w someone prior to going there- U probably went into a different door but no pretending in this office- but hey I like me so start w that before u speak lies

Negative experience: Horrible front desk staff. Put me on hold over 15min. Than they tell me they completely booked for just a cleaning for the rest of the year when we are only in March. Liars.

Negative experience: I called for a root canal specialist, my insurance said it was in network and now apparently it’s only for in patient. The lady was extremely rude on the phone, least pretend to care just a bit, I have great insurance. I just wanted a reliable dentist office :(

Negative experience: Bad experience put me on hold 15 min and I ask operator to give me appointment for my tooth crown come off she told me I have to pay $80 and I told her just give me appointment and let doctor decided may be crown no good any more but see mad on me and hang the phone

Positive experience: This was my first experience with Dental World in Levittown and I was very pleased with their office. The receptionists were very helpful and the office looked clean and well kept. I had a tooth extracted and it went much better than my previous dentist did.

Negative experience: Garbage place - receptionists are crazy rude. Do not recommend this place!! They are not even willing to help. Why even open a dental office then if you are not willing to help your patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Napoli is terrific, as is the office staff. I may have left a negative review in the past when I wasn’t happy with something, but i keep coming back to Dental World since about 2001.

Negative experience: Waited very long left 2 hours later when I call I am always put on hold for a long period of time as well and then to be told they’ll call me back or everyone is out to lunch also a long wait in the waiting room including a mix up with referrals, co pay, and insurance coverage. FAST FORWARD I HAD TO COME BACK TO GET MY FLIPPER FIXED.THEY CHARGED ME 100.00 FEE,IF THEY MADE IT STRONG ENOUGH IT WOULDN'T BE AN ISSUE ONLY 3 weeks away from getting my crown smh . I AM SURE MY TOOTH DIDN’T EVEN NEED AN EXTRACTION TO BEGIN WITH. They are overwhelmed and don’t know what they are doing half the time.

Negative experience: You read the reviews and say everyone's experience is different. Please heed their warning.I didn't and had the same experience. The front staff's rudeness in person and on the phone. The extremely long wait time. No empathy when I was having a panic attack. Fear of going to the dentist is real.

Negative experience: I recently attempted to establish care at this dental office in Levittown and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, the demeanor of the receptionist was noticeably cold, with no smile, warmth, or willingness to assist. As I had recently started a new job, I was still getting familiar with my updated insurance information. When I initially provided the incorrect ID number, the response I received was not one of patience or understanding, but instead extreme irritation and dismissiveness. When I tried to clarify the details of my coverage, including the state of issue, I was met with further attitude and a lack of empathy. Rather than helping to guide me through the process, the receptionist made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. At one point, she even answered a phone call directly in front of me, mid-conversation, without acknowledgment—something I have never experienced in a professional medical setting. The entire interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected, to the point that I felt I had no choice but to leave the office. No one from the practice attempted to follow up with me afterward, which only reinforced the impression that patient care and respect are not priorities here. I understand that offices can become busy, and staff may feel overextended, but there is never an excuse for treating patients with such coldness and abrasiveness. Compassion, professionalism, and basic courtesy are essential at the front desk of any medical office, and those qualities were entirely absent in my experience.

Negative experience: Dental World please read and listen to these reviews. Please advise or replace the front desk staff. The much older lady has a terrible attitude. I have gotten hanged up on the phone , raised their voice at and it has got me furious . The only reason for me and my family returning are the wonderful dentists.

Negative experience: Working here is a wonderful young-sound receptionist who sounds like a lovely human and an older-sounding TOXIC receptionist that certainly shouldn’t be working the phones AND doesn’t know how to talk to other human beings, at the slightest. Do yourself a favor. Don’t bother calling this place. At least until they need to get rid of that nasty receptionist working there…

Negative experience: Call them everyday and apparently staff is on lunch at 12, at 1, at 2. Then someone tells u they will call you back. Still waiting. No sense of responsibility.

Negative experience: Dr is amazing! But the staff sucks, front desk has no sense to talk. The lady who picks the call is always so rude. Negative experience: Went for an emergency appointment and made me wait over a hr. Told me I need 2 crowns on surface level cavities (without taking x rays for one of them) and told me i needed to come back so they can put a request with my insurance. When i came back 2 weeks later, they made me wait an hr again and I found out they didn’t even put it in with my insurance. I didn’t want crowns and wanted to know if I had other options. When i finally saw Dr. Napoli, she came in for a minute and didn’t look at my teeth at all and just said i needed crowns again and left i followed her out the room to tell her i wanted to discuss other options, she cut me off and told me no and said if they say i need crowns, i need crowns and then walked away and told the front desk women to put it in with my insurance (which they still haven’t done). I decided to get a free consultation from dental 365, very kind people who actually listened to my concerns and they told me that all i needed were fillings and helped me with the actually issues I had. Please avoid this place if you can.

Appreciated her for giving me an option to wait or stay for another procedure. Since she fixed my temporary crown, I decided to make another appointment as she was honest with the wait time being long. Overall they made me comfortable.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. The front desk operators are unprofessional, rude and unfriendly. They put me on hold three different times and hung up the phone without helping me. Also there is no proper communication between doctors and front desk operators. I won't recommend any one to use this dental place. It's totally waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Had a 9:15 appointment. Went in for merely X-rays. Doctor doesn’t come in until 9:30. Sitting waiting and waiting. X-rays took 3 minutes then placed in a room to sit and wait again!! Walked out!!! My time is as valuable as the Doctor’s!! She is in the front, as I walk out, chit chatting with employees!! Sick of this kind of scenario.

Negative experience: I used to like dental world until my dentist left and I saw Dr. Napoli. She barely examined my mouth, didn't use instruments, just moved my gums around and told me I needed crowns on various numbered teeth. I did not understand and asked her to explain. She said my teeth were rotten. I just had a check up 7 months ago and no cavities. I didn't feel comfortable about it so I left and went to Dental 365 down the street. They were wonderful. Took X-rays and explained everything clearly. I had 1 cavity and 1 deep cavity. NO CROWNS. I WILL NEVER TRUST DENTAL WORLD AGAIN. This Dr. Napoli lied TO ME. She would have caused me so much unnecessary work, pain and thousands of dollars. Stay clear of her. She is a scam artist.

Negative experience: Worst Dental office totally unprofessional. X-rays taken and dentist reviewed in 5 minutes not addressing issues I came in with. Never looked in my mouth with tooth probe. I was dental assistant for years I know exactly what dentist should be doing on I risk examination. Then I get in the mail paper submitted to insurance that I needed 4 crowns on same side and I have no issues with those teeth. I will never go there again

Fantastic experience: From my initial call with Justine, to the end of my fist appointment, I was blown away by the treatment and customer care I received from Dental World. Usually, my experience at a dentist office has been the doctor was nice and the staff was rude, or the staff was nice and the doctor was rude. However, at Dental World, had a complete package. At Dental World , my experience was different. Alice, the Intake Specialist / X-ray Technician was the Amazing. Dr. Tsirakidis (Dr. T) was absolutely Awesome; she introduced herself, asked me questions regarding my dentist history and if I had any current pain. Dr. T also screened me for oral cancer which was something, I never received at any dentist office in the past. Dr. T explained step-by-step the care she was rendering, all the while, inquiring if I had questions regarding her care, and the best course of treatment going forward. Needless to say, I left with a big smile, thanks to Anne, who provided me with a thorough cleaning, which made my smile even brighter. Oh yeah, did I mention that my birthday treat from Dr. T. Negative experience: Very disappointed from them. Spent $2000 Self pay for crowns. My teeth which had crown did not have sensitivity, Dr recommended and I followed. Having terrible pain after the new crowns. Sensitivity and pain. Had a visit and as their Doctors have no time for patients, I was made to wait for over an hour and the Dr after a minute of review said you have to go for root canal! Why ? It’s because of her poor judgement and poor handling of my teeth that I have to suffer pain and now go for root canal. When I call, the office manager refuses to come to phone and when requested to call back , no cal back indeed. Please for the love of GOD and your teeth. —- stay away from them .

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 10 years. I had a root canal completed on 1-21-21. I really love your office. Everyone is so nice and kind. Ron assisted Dr Kern during all procedures. Ron is always professional and courteous. Dr Kern is such a wonderful down to earth person. She explains everything clearly and takes pride in her skills as a Dentist. Dr Kerns work and her focus on the details makes her great. I must say the office staff is great as well. Especially Nancy & Alice.Thank you all very much

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Nancy who made us feel welcomed and at ease. The waiting area was clean and well-kept, and we didn't have to wait long before being taken back for our appointments. The dental hygienists was professional and personable, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer any questions we had. She was gentle and considerate, making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility itself was modern and state-of-the-art, with the latest technology and equipment. This gave us confidence that we were receiving the best possible care. We left feeling not only satisfied with our dental care but also grateful for the positive experience. Overall, our dental visit was a truly pleasant one, and we would highly recommend this dental office to others. It was a reminder of the importance of regular dental check-ups and how they can be a positive and even enjoyable experience.

Since seeing him and taking his advice my gums have almost completely stopped bleeding when I brush my teeth. Thanks ! Updated- my follow up with Dr.Funk was great. Positive experience: The office staff is friendly. The doctor is good. The girl that did the cleaning was very thorough. The only complaint is every time I make an appointment even if it’s the first one I’m still waiting 45 minutes to an hour.
