Fantastic experience: An amazing dentist. The place and the staff is really helpful and friendly, they make sure you are doing well while getting your procedure. I use to come here but after relocating I changed my dentist but since I am back I am so thankful to get my teeth done here again. Fantastic experience: Dr Rahman is a meticulous perfectionist and his staff ie equally efficient. I had a serious eye operation and I wasn’t allowed to to get any water or particles of dust or debris in the eye. They gave me special eyeglasses and covered the inside with gauze . Everything was fine .

Negative experience: Been going here for over 10 years, and the front office has been consistently rude despite my politeness. The last interaction was the final straw and prompted me to make this informed post. Mithika was her name who raised her voice and used condescending words when just asking for clarification on an insurance matter. Another time a front desk worker laughed at me when I said I booked an appointment because I think I had a cavity, and then I actually did have one! Another time a hygenist had done my cleaning 1st instead of xrays 1st due to back up in patients and limited time, after being in pain from the cleaning, I simply asked *if it was possible* if the xray can be delayed to another appointment as the large machine would further cause pain. The hygienist was sweet and said she'll check with the front desk, then this man came in and started berating me and becoming all defensive that it must be done today...I was fine with any answer but why automatically such an aggressive tone? I've had far better experience at other offices but unfortunately have to go here for distance convenience. But due to consistent rude staff, I will have to discontinue. The dentist and hygenists are great though! Please train your front desk staff on customer relations instead of them being in attack mode, especially when I'm not rude. I advise to find another dental service to save you the unnecessary headache here.

I go every 6 months for cleanings which is so professionally done. Dr. Rahman has performed root canals on me and filled cavities when needed. He answers any questions I have. I am never in pain during and after my visit. They keep up to date with the latest dental technology. Fantastic experience: This dentist is very good and very professional. They call you in advance to see if you would make it to the appointment. Dr. Rahman does a great job with the procedure and I come to this dentist for a year. I highly recommend coming to this dentist. The receptionists there is very professional and are very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Today I was serviced with a Laser treatment and I didn't know what to expect, but the service was phenomenal. Danielle is my dental assistant and she's the best the business has and she's been there every step of the way for to reassure I'm getting the best care. Raina is the hygienist who did my treatment and she was extremely thourough and gentle. If you're looking for Dental care with individuals that really cares Floral Dental is the place to go. Fantastic experience: I have been different dentists in my life, but Dr Rahman is the best of the best, Dr Rahman treats me and all of my family member’s dental cares over 8 years. He really cares his patient, he listen to his patient’s concerns and treat them very professionally, his assistant and office stuffs are also very courteous and respectful. Negative experience: I went to this dentist in March and it was a real dental appointment which the owners of this office said didn’t happen but it did. Anyways it was Really terrible and rundown dental office. They try to play you by sitting you down for an oral exam or X-rays even if they don’t take your coverage. Once you sit in the chair they can charge you. Go anywhere else but here. The dentist charged me for a complete oral exam for just being in the room with him. They will charge you for anything. Try another other dentists. There’s some great ones on Marcus ave that will actually care about you and not just money.

Negative experience: "Honestly, my experience with this dentist was a total letdown. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was just a number, not a patient. they seemed completely uninterested in my concerns. I went there for wisdom tooth extraction but ended up with cleaning and some X-rays. I was told that I needed a teeth graft if I wanted to get the procedure done by him plus I have to pay $600 out of pocket. I went to another dentist and got it done in less than 10 minutes, no out of pocket expense and no tooth graft. What a shame. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."

Negative experience: Terrible place and they have really bad service. Equipment was run down and it took a long time to finally see the dentist. I sat in the dental chair forever then just gave up. Be careful and check to see they take your whole insurance before going. Dentist may say he partially covers things and then adds in fees other dentist office usually don’t make you do with insurance. Up to you but good luck if you go here.

Negative experience: Dr. Mohammed Rahman was disappointing. The procedure performed was incomplete compared to the video I was shown, and Dr. Rahman was rude and insisted on charging more to finish the remaining portion. This is unacceptable.

He showed us the video of the whole procedure he was going to do but he only did half and was very rude about it and told to charge more for rest of the procedure. I wish I could give 0 star. Buy The girl at the front counter was nice but doctor needs to learn how to treat his patients right.

Referring patients to other specialists providers is not a sign of worst dentist but a real professionalism. This was the second time you came back for same thing as We told you 2 years back but unfortunately you could not find any provider doing your work and I wish this time you will find someone. It is not possible to give you quality treatment without implant which you don’t want. That’s the best way to hold dentures NOT the way you wanted.
Negative experience: Responding to the response from the office You have the decency to blame everything on the patient. you don't look at the fact that YOU and YOUR SON messed up. I don't have any phobia. I just don't go to the dentist because failed doctors like you. You make patients feel afraid. Two fillings came out in two weeks. Change your profession!!! Money hungry practice. Shame on you. Terrible Experience – Stay Away from This Office! I hardly ever go to the dentist, but after a 3-year gap, I decided to visit this office for a routine checkup. The main doctor wasn’t there, so his son handled my visit. After a quick check, he told me I had cavities that needed to be filled. He did the procedure, and just a few hours after I got home, a big piece of the filling fell out. I went back a week later to get it fixed, and once again, the filling came out shortly after. On my third visit, I told him the filling fell out again, but instead of addressing the issue, he insisted it was fine and tried to work on a completely different tooth. At that point, I told him I was not comfortable continuing treatment there and asked for my medical records so I could go to another dentist to get it properly fixed. They told me they couldn’t provide the records right away but would email them within 2 days. It’s now been over three weeks, and I have received nothing. At this point, I can’t even eat on that side of my mouth, and when I went back again to request my records in person, they gave me a hard time instead of simply helping me. This whole experience was a complete mess — from the poor-quality work
As you said you hardly go to dentist, that makes caries much bigger and sometimes becomes challenging. We really took care of you very well but you were looking for excuses not to continue treatment as you have phobia. Good luck to you and your new dentist. Thank you for coming back after 4 years and we will not be surprised to see you back again.
Fantastic experience: A very highly professional group people led Dr. Rahman. Dr. Rahman is a wonderful specimen of highly skilled dental surgeon. The best of this group is their human approach which other clinic lacks.
Negative experience: This place was referred by my insurance I called to find out if they took my insurance and if so a appointment I specifically asked if they took my insurance and was told yes so I proceeded with making the appointment the day comes and I arrive on a Saturday morning to check in and to be told they do not accept my insurance and that if I wanted to bee seen I can pay out of pocket so what was the point of asking if you accepted my insurance from the beginning very unprofessional people don’t have time to waste do better

In my many different dental procedures here, Dr.Rahman has performed flawlessly and not once have I felt undue pain or discomfort. His technique is quick and reassuring.
